I am very glad I ran into Ray's Automotive. They did a great job upgrading my 2023 Mustang GT stock shock mounts to the Steeda mounts. They are very professional, fast and knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving these guys a shot. Thank you Ray and Team!

The reviews were RIGHT! Fast , friendly and reliable service ~ very professional and educates you in details you on the with your car unlike most repair shops. They stand behind their work which is a big plus for me as a woman who knows little to nothing about repairs or mechanics! I def recommend this shop to anyone without a doubt. Thank you ~

Ray is the man! I had substantial damage to both driver side doors, a quarter panel and way deep scratch on my front fender. The shop was able to repair the dents, repaint the parts, and blended it in seamlessly. Work took about a week

Ray sr is a cool and honest person had to get a lot of things done to my car. They having my transmission replace calipers, looked at and replace emergency. Brake line was supposed to get replaced, and in the end was fixed because it wasn t connected correctly and he was honest and told me instead of turtle charging me for the part.!! had to wait for Ray to have space, but was worth the wait. This guy is honest and does an awesome job. This is how you run a business! Thank you sooo much Ray and to your team. We were on our way out of FL (Moving to NC) and all of a sudden my oil pressure in my Jeep wrangler dropped (smoke coming out) we immediately pulled over, my fianc� checked the Jeep and sure enough OIL, we lifted up the hood, noticed oil spraying (my fianc� got on the phone with the nearest repair shop) glad he found him when he did, the Jeep had to be towed we didn t have any cash on hand Ray covered the towing (added it onto the invoice at the end, very appreciative for that). You know you have a good mechanic when they say I m pretty sure I know what this is without doing a detailed look, sure enough they took a look at it the very next day ( it was the oil filter housing, it had a crack in it) that s Jeep wrangler stock, he called us and said he was going to put an aluminum one in (since that is the newest a lot better part (I appreciate that, and him not trying to make it a quick fix and put a plastic one in) Ray contacted the dealership and said he could get the part delivered in an hour and should be done before they closed (they did run it just to make sure we were all set). I am BEYOND greatful. We were moving so we had a TON of stuff in the jeep (I am so sorry you guys had to see that and deal with that) but the vehicles do go into their garage at night. Last but not least we did make it to North Carolina with no issues. Thank you all so much again!

First time coming here and I'm pretty sure this will be my mechanic. It's very hard to find a honest and good mechanic that works on European cars and isn't expensive in a since!

Rays did a rare motor swap on my Nissan Frontier and did a helluva job on it. This shop has experience and integrity that is very hard to find in South Miami. They are highly recommended

Rays was a life saver. The lady and I were out a vehicle due to a highway speed rear end accident. After waiting 9 months for the insurance and repairs, we were hit in a gas station after getting the car back 3 days prior. Took my car in today to be checked because days ago I noticed if I let go of the steering wheel the car would start veering hard to the right. I suspected either a bad tie rod or something else with the suspension. After they mounted the car and checked the wheels and suspension the diagnosis was a bad front driver side tire. I was like: "That's it?" Unfortunately they don't do tires. They gave me my keys and sent me on my way charging me nothing at all.Immediately took my car to a nearby tire shop. Ended up getting both front tires changed and the problem is completely gone.These guys have great automotive instincts and they will be the first place I go if any issue ever arises with my car again.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Anyone that knows me , knows im very meticulous with my cars. Ray's was recommended to me by a friend who has a really nice corvette. I have been back 2 times already and plan on making this my home shop for projects that I cannot tackle on my own. Customer service is on point. Communication is on point, they treated my minivan with same care of the Nissan GTR in the next bay over. Work was done in timely fashion and my vans are running smooth. Affordable price and they never tried to over sell anything I didnt need. From high performance to general mechanics they are on it! Thank you again Ray's, see you soon.

Never take your car to this place. Ray is extremely unprofessional and he should have his certifications taken away. When I received my car back from them I had numerous problems starting off with a check engine light maybe about 20-30 minutes after I drove it off, ended up having a misfire because they didn t finish their job and let the computer relearn the new flywheel that was put in place. My driveshaft was replaced as well which 2 of 4 bolts were missing and the 3rd was completely loose, so after looking for more problems another bolt was loose on my shifter that was replaced too. Furthermore the clutch line was changed to a braided one and was rerouted to under the catalytic converter and in between the heat shield. I worry for any other problems this car may have after they had their hands on in and I m extremely disappointed in the results.

Our A.C. stopped working the day before we were supposed to travel 12 hours home from Florida and on a Saturday no less. Found Ray's on the internet and just stopped by. He was nice enough to work us in, he repaired our A.C. and explained the work he was doing as he was doing it. Great service, great experience at a very reasonable price. I was traveling back up north from the Keys with my kids and my radiator hose cracked at a connection piece and leaked coolant everywhere. We found Ray s Automotive in a search of the local area and am so lucky we did!It was a Saturday afternoon and I just showed up without even calling and Ray stopped what he was doing and helped me with a temporary repair to get my family and I back home safely.And to top it off, he would not even accept payment from me! This absolutely saved our entire weekend and I cannot express my gratitude enough!!I would recommend supporting Ray and his business, and have already recommended him to others I know in the area.Thanks Ray!

Needed an engine for my 2017 Durango. Ray made me feel at ease. Did everything they said and more. Pulled old Engine put In new engine even replaced the water pump on the new engine. My experience with Ray's Automotive Repairs was overall AMAZING! I had an issue with my car A/C, after going first to a shop where they told me I needed to change the compressor...I went to see Ray and told me he ll check my A/C, not only did he fix my car within a day and a half but was honest enough to tell me that my compressor was ok and the replacement of the faulty component was going to be way cheaper than the price originally given by the other shop. My car was ready the day and time he promisee.... hands down a professional, honest, friendly, and reliable guy. Gained another customer for sure....highly recommended!Service: Air conditioning
