Otto and his team are amazing. They rebuilt my 1997 cv axles and quoted me a fair price. They are the most honest mechanics that I have ever seen. I would certainly do business again with them with my other vehicles.

Otto and his fellow mechanics treated me like family and everything was shown up front what I needed. Very honest and upfront about everything. Explained the pros and cons and offered a warranty with the repair. Will definitely return again. Thank you to Otto and friends.

Highly recommend this place! Otto is a nice man that takes care of my car quickly and with quality. I m a DIY mechanic myself and realized that my inner cv boot is leaking. So I brought my car here and looking for a rebuild. No appointment was needed and I was able to get my car on the lift as soon as I pulled in. Only took Otto 1.5 hours to do the rebuild and I m good to go. He has had experience with cv axle for over 15 years, I can tell that he knows what he is doing, and did the job properly as in a Lexus dealership. Also reasonable price!!! If I do it in a dealership they will definitely let me replace the axle and charge $2300 for it. Overall great experience!

This place is nothing fancy but they do great work and are the best prices in town. It's family owned and they take pride in their work. They specialize in steering, CV joints and suspension. I have an off road working vehicle and I'm constantly breaking things out in the backwoods of the Everglades and this is my go to repair shop because they do good work, they are fast and very affordable.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Honest and profesional 100 % i took my 2005 acura tl for racknpinion replace,this people went the extra mile ,they ran in to a problem because the previous owner had it replace somewhere else and they didnt installed the right way that cause that the racknpinion went bad, they fix the problem making new thread for screws that hold it, they dont even ask me for more money ,but i did because they really earn it doing an execelent job ,not to mention the price was much better than other racknpinion especialist in the hialeah and miami area ,i defitnly recomend RACKNPINION 2000 to all my friends and family, Otto the owner and his mechanic they really know the bussines, i congratulate them and wish them prosperity and am so glad i found them , thanks a lot otto and the mechanic young cuban fellow super efficient and with lots of knowledge. They deserved not 5 starts ,10 starts because they are not only good at what they doing but also very considerable with what they charge for the job they perform on my car, way to go !!! P.s. $70 short and they let me take my car and go back with the $ in few days,,nobody does that ,and that let you know what kind of people they are,Otto the owner and wife and staff they all deservd 10 big stars . I received work on my car last year after an accident and my dad received work on his car a few days ago. Otto is great and he does wonderful work. He is quick and efficient. Also his prices are reasonable. I will refer everyone I know to his shop for work. He is just that good!

The best and honest mechanic you will ever find!!! He saved me over $1,200.00 repairing my 2018 Toyota Highlander, compared to the dealership estimate. I live in West Broward and drove all the way his shop for my repairs. I will be a lifetime customer

2000 Honda Accord was in need of a new rack & pinion. The owner Otto and his mechanic was able to remove the old R&P and replace it with a rebuild one (option to rebuild your original) in a timely manner even though the world cup was playing on TV! Friendly, knowledgeable and affordable ($365 parts and labor). I wouldn't hesitate to use this team again! Thank you!

He let me drop my truck off while I was at work. He finished it before I got off. He was kind and respectful. He fixed my C/v joints and the the vehicle steering is better than it has ever been.

I had two problems with my 2006 Honda , 1) it was pulling to the right while driving.2) it made a noisy sound when turning the wheels right or left sides. I went in to this place as recommended by a relative to get it fixed, and I am very satisfied with the service, work done . Just as recommended . The two problems my car had were fixed, ordered with brand new parts , 1) the arms controls or frames from both sides left and right. Now my car drives straight. 2) brand new Cv joints with lifetime warranty for both sides of the wheels, left and right. No more noisy sounds. Car drives so smooth and straight now so aligned with steering wheel when driving. I am very satisfied and I definitely choose this place so reliable and very professional.Based on my experience It is the perfect place to take your car. The owner, Otto , very friendly, very professional, and considerable with the cost or prices, affordable price , and also parts warranty described on receipt. I was there Thursday April 14 , 2022.

Being new to the area I didn't know where to turn for a good auto mechanic. Searching online I chose Rack & Axles 2000 because of the reviews. I was not disappointed. The owner, Otto is an expert in auto repair and when he analyzed my car he actually taught me. Most importantly is his pricing. His service is value added and I HIGHLY recommend him and his shop. He has been in business since 1988 and has only great reviews.

Had my rack and pinion replaced about a month ago and now it s leaking. Went back to have it repaired and found a place was closed on a Monday. Went back on Tuesday and they were still closed. It s been five days now and they re still not open. Now I m without a car and have to get a ride to work so I guess I m gonna have to spend another $300 and have it replaced elsewhere. I would not recommend this business because they are very unreliable I ve called the two phone numbers on the receipt and all it does it just ring.Service: Steering & suspension repair

It says a lot when the Toyota service advisor told me to come here to handle my axle. I m glad I listened as I was back on the road within an hour, and the price was fantastic. If the need arises in another vehicle, I d gladly be back, but I will also highly refer this place to friends and family.

I don't write reviews much, but I have to say they Otto at Rack and Axles 2000 saved me thousands. I was on my fifth mechanic trying to replace 2 axles on a Renntech modified Mercedes CLS550. It's an expensive car, a very powerful car, and has been modified to race in luxury. The parts and labor are expensive. Most places in Florida wouldn't even the car because its complicated.Otto took booth axles out, rebuilt them, put them back in. He did it in 3 hours for about a 75% savings over the previous mechanics.How much did I save...? I saved about $3500 over the other mechanics.-Dr -T

I took my car to this shop for Cv Joints, they are amazing, super fast , honest and they changed my oil for free , if you want quality work done at a great price this is the place you must visit. Un taller que recomiendo a mi familiares y amigos. Si buscas un taller que haga buen trabajo de mecanica a buen precio, debes visitar Rack and Axles 2000 , honesto y profesional.

Rack and Axles 2000 replaced the rack & pion on my 2008 RX350 today. I am very satisfied with the results and will use them in the future. More importantly, I will recommend to others.

Just lefted his shop and my car broke down 25 miles in pompano beach! Axle broke that he just fixed and his shop is closed at the moment so I have to tow my vehicle... what a way to spend Xmas
