I was in Miami doing a show, had a problem with disc brakes, from the start When Janetsy took my call on a Sunday, Alaina got me in shop and Ernesto did the brake work which turned out to be several different problems, they did everything possible to get me going in a timely fashion, the prices were great and they did a great job! Thank you quality trailers.

The best trailer repair shop in south Florida possibly in all eastern united states; recommend calling before going as they are usually busy; if u have time it will b worth the wait; they do not let your trailer leave if its not done right; and will show u the work they will do and walk you through the process and pricing; not cheap, you get what u pay for.

I highly recommend this business.Their customer service is second to none.The parts quality is consistently outstanding,I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. This is my go-to place for any job that I need to do in my trailer, they are the best in town.Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled.From the owners Janetsy and Yuriam.Yeni(she handles payments and meets drivers upon arrival. She is always smiling). And of course Jean Carlos, who did all the work on my trailer, very knowledgeable and professional.Pricing is fair and transparent and a great value for the money.Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service.

This workshop is the most unprofessional that I have visited in 25 years, I was on the verge of disgracing my life by dealing with such low, ignorant people, who do not know that after repairing something indicated by a DOT inspection, they are required to sign next to it. of the repair that they did, He advised that there being so many places that are not exposed to dealing with businesses of this kind

Great experience! The women in the office are amazing. Very polite, helpful and sweet. Fair prices, good mechanics! Came in for a blown bag . Didn t have to wait to long. Overall!!! I m very happy with their work. Will be back when needed repairs to trailer Thanks Quality! PS thanks for the Cuban coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having had a several bad experiences with shops in general, I am always leery in general when needing repairs. I arrived close to closing on a Saturday and they agreed to stay a little late to receive my trailer. A mechanic and a assistant walked and we went over all that I needed done. She took detailed notes and they advised they would start the work on Monday. During my repair process the staff sent pictures and videos of what they found under the aluminium sheeting. I was extremely impressed with thier attention to detail with keeping us updated throughout the process. Needless to say my trailer is like new now. When I picked up the trailer, the owner walked the trailer again we went over the entire bill and showed and explained the repairs. I would highly recommend them as a fair and honest service provider. I should state that I drove three hours from Ft Myers to use them. Well worth the trip. You cannot go wrong with Quality Trailer Team.

Quality Trailer Repair is a must use for your trailer repairs. They fixed my trailer door in less than hour & half at a price so much cheaper than the popular trailer repair places. The management is fantastic. They really love their work and are looking out for the driver's pocketbook

Very good trailer shop. Had a bad experience at another trailer shop a few miles away found them by chance when needed work done to a brand new 53 ft before I put it on the road. Very reasonable rates and honest work will recommend
