I had a Terrible accident on Sunday 12/11/2022 on sw 8th total lost due to an irresponsible driver .While i was having a hard time a young man came to aid me and help me with taking the car to the body shop and get the paper work started a stranger that notice how much i was panicking. They have helped me with the paper work and insurance details looking forward to work with them again if i ever have a future accident. Front desk representatives and other workers are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for helping me when i needed it

All the good reviews are fake***Do not use their services, especially if the insurance is paying. The warranty is not working for bad job . They are unprofessiona, unethical and have zero customer service experience.

Unfortunately, a tree fell on my car the week of Christmas 2021. I stupidly send the car here for repairs. Fast forward to February 2022, no word from the shop and I called and spoke to Danny to understand what is taking so long. He says the piece is on back order, then in March the part arrived damaged and no ETA can be provided. Now April he says the car is ready but that the insurance hasn t paid. These people do not provide rentals if the part is on back order. They are unprofessiona, unethical and have zero customer service experience.Service: Body & Trim

This has been the most stressful situation! It s been 66 days since I brought my car to Q shop to get repaired and when they call me to pick up my car it had the same headlights from before after they charged the insurance company for new ones! My hood wasn t fixed it actually was worst then when I brought it! They re very unprofessional I have to take them to court because I can t reach or talk to anyone as of now regarding my car! Please do yourself a favor and don t do business here!Service: Body & Trim

This is a tow yard masquerading as a repair shop. They use tow truck drivers to "recommend" their shop when people are in distress dealing with an accident. They get your car and if you decide you don't want them to do the work they have fees that they never mentioned. Of course storage fees are Normal but real repair shops don't charge gate fees, administration fees (for insurance paperwork they never did), lift fees,cleaning fees. Mind you all this is cash only something else they don't mention until you are there on sire. This is a small tactic hoping you return the next day with the cash which is another day of storage. This place is a full scam.

I was kind of skeptical due to the reviews on google about this company. Long story short I ended up releasing my car back to my insurance company. It s a lot of negative comments about Yesenia but I can tell you this much she is a sweet heart. She helped my process with getting my car to another shop fast and simple. Once again I appreciate her for making my experience soothing.Service: Body & Trim

I am so thankful for Q motors. The girl at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The negative reviews do not represent the good work these people do. They even fixed things in my car that weren't in my estimate... I know they care for my car's longevity and my safety. I recommend Q motors to everyone in Miami.... you will not find a more honest and experienced group of people. Thank you Q motors!!! You all are a bendicion!!!

I recently got my car serviced here and Nicholas was great to work with! Not only was the service incredible but they also fixed my car and exceeded all of my expectations. Q Motors of Miami is the best, they're so nice and have the best team! 10/10 recommend.

A tow truck affiliated with Q Motors stopped by my accident and offered to tow me to Q Motors where he said they would offer to pay my deposit and give me a rental car.Once I arrived they said they wouldn't provide a rental Car. Red Flag #1They immediately started telling me my car was totatled and it would probably take about 3 weeks.They provided and estimate of around $4300 to the Insurance company. This was far from being totaled. 3 weeks has gone bye.5 weeks goes by and they say that there is more to the cost of the repairs. It takes them about two weeks to submit for the suplemental request.2 Months Later now my car is considered totaled even though it was worth $16,000.I found out after they were holding the car for 8 weeks they tried to get $150 a day in storage fees. They were charging my insurance company $10,000.There plan seems to drag their feet do no work and then bill the insurance company $150 a day to store the vehicles.It is a SCAM. STAY AWAY.Also the receptionist Yessenia will put you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up on you. She did this repeatedly to me and also to my insurance company. They also said they would save the personal items for me. I left my perscription sunglasses in my car. When I went to pick up the car they said they are not allowed to go in the car. They think you are dumb and will lie to you. I never met a slower, lazy and corrupt auto body shop in my life.

Q motors of miami is the best place to get your car fixed! They are very quick and very helpful. They are very informative about the process and are always available when you have questions. Wouldn t have done it with anybody else.

I had a good experience here after the last flooding in Miami, they towed my car on the spot and held it for me until insurance came and picked it up without me having to pay for anything. They were actually very helpful with walking me through the insurance process since I have never totaled a car before. Yesenia was very responsive and helpful.

My husband's car has been there for almost 2 months and the insurance already paid him all the money and they have not done anything, they just tell us that parts are missing and they do nothing, they are irresponsible, unprofessional, they abuse one. They play with the needs of the other and one goes through many difficulties because here you need a car to work but they don't careService: Body & Trim

These shop came recommended from a friend of mine and I m glad they sent me to them! From start the finish the they treated me well and were very clear on time frame and expectations for how long it would take to repair and repaint my car. Shop had my cars for over three months after an accident. Every week was a new story as to why the car was not finished. When I finally got my car back the job they did on my vehicle was TERRIBLE! parts were coming off while driving. The paint job was sandy and bumpy. Doors and hood weren t aligned properly. Missing parts on the door. Damage to my trunk which wasn t there prior. Customer service was very poor!!! They were rude whenever I would bring up the fact that they never met their deadlines that they previously told me. The most disrespectful discriminatory place I have ever been gave me discourtesy at every turn. They have hurt me worse than the original accident giving false dates of completion blatantly lying to me at every moment please everyone of color if you have the choice please DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. They hadn t even started my car until recently and it has been three months even disclosing that they lost my keys at one point. Go to the shops your insurance recommended I am a Veteran having served this country have never been disregarded in such a manner placing me on hold 20 minutes to tell me David is not here brothers and sisters stay away obviously from reviews they pick and choose who gets what.

I had to take my car for a repair within days of my lease return date. They repaired my car in record time and did an outstanding job, you couldn t even tell that the hood of the card had been painted. They are extremely meticulous with their work. I was very impressed and with services I received.

DO NOT GO HEREMy car got caught in the flood and the engine died. A random tow truck picked me up and brought me here, then refused to bring me and my car anywhere else, and I was forced to leave my car there. My car was here the past week until I got it out today. I called every day at several different times of day trying to speak to the mechanic who was working on my car, and was either hung up on or told that I would receive a call back for the first few days. When I did finally speak to him, he was very rude and disrespectful on the phone, and also told me one day that my engine was not locked and everything looks good , then told me the next day that the engine was locked. It was very obvious that these people were going to scam me. I finally got it towed out of here to my dealership after I was charged $300 for absolutely nothing. Also, the car was covered in new scratches and dents, so I essentially paid $300 to be lied to and have my car damaged. DO NOT GO HERE! If your car breaks down and a random tow truck picks you up, make sure it does not bring you here!

Tried being patient with them. Called multiple times. Place my insurance company on hold and even after signing the release form to my insurance they still won t release my car to the insurance. Don t worry you guys have the right one. Im a state attorney. They are holding onto my vehicle that got into an accident and won t release it to my insurance even when they got there to try and get it released. I keep records and call logs. You guys will be getting a law suit from me i also have my insurance agent record all calls they have with you guys under my HIPPA consent. Holding my car on purpose to add on addition storage fees

This place is horrendous, The front desk Jesenia Perez is the worst person, very rude ,unprofessional, and do not know how to treat people with respect. If u want to get a good dervice Do not use this company .The owner is lying, we removed all of our personal beloging the next day but you still manage to keep my car in yor property for another week to charge my insuran extra money. To all people out there do not fall for this SCAM

This is a second to none body shop. Very professional and most importantly a quick turn around on getting your vehicle back. My truck was left like if nothing ever happened to it. They really make it as a painless process as possible to get body repairs done. Had some non-insurance work done as well, and they did it for a reasonable price. They were very helpful personally, and their coordination with the car rental service is seamless. Their coordination with USAA and Enterprise car rental makes things easy. They re are my go-to for body repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This people are scammers stay away, they sit and do nothing to help people they are bunch of liars including that crack head yessenia they just sit and wait to rack up fees for storage, they have no honor. Be aware, they charge the insurance company 150 dollar per day. If your car is total loss , thats a money that the insurance company will deduct from you.Also they have a tendency not to answer the phone or letting you wait on the line for a long time.Good luck if you decide to do business in this place.

Scammers!!! If your car ever gets into an accident and they bring it here. Please get the car out of the storage immediately. They will convince you that the insurance is going to pay for the storage so they can rack up fees.
