SCAMMERS! Never got a detailed breakdown of my charges.Was told on multiple occasions that I wouldn t be able to get one and then one day was told I could get one and am still waiting for it.Was quoted more than $4k for repairs (again with no breakdown to these charges) and it was ONLY for body work.(Only a fender, bumper, hubcap and headlight needed to be replaced) Hub cap was never replaced(Couldn t spare $10 from the $4k) Fender was not aligned properly Bumper and hood remain unaligned as well New headlight doesn t reach as far as original headlight and is completely different than my original No mechanical work was done on the car (or even checked for prior to getting the vehicle returned)Once i got it back I realized the engine mounts were loose PLUS more mechanical work needed to be done.I don t trust them to do anymore work on my car and will not recommend this place to anyone

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOPMy car had a check engine light warning and a DPF filter light on. They charge $180.00 for a diagnosis, and I was told that the EGR valve needed to be replaced and it was going to be about $1000.00 and I agreed. The next day I get a call and they said the turbo had to be replaced plus a few more parts totaling about $4500.00, So my question is why do they keep the car for a whole day charge $ 180.00 for a diagnosis and not give the customer a semi accurate estimate of how much it is going to cost, The only thing I can think of is that they do not have an experienced staff that can properly diagnose or they do not have the right equipment needed for a proper diagnosis.Regarding the DPF filter they did a regeneration that cost about $350.00 more and supposably was fixed but only a few days later my check engine light came back on. I took the car back and they said that the DPF filter needed to be replaced for about $2300.00 Again if they had all the experience and equipment they claim to have how did they not know from the beginning that the filter had to be replaced. My guess is that they did the regeneration without checking what was causing the DPF light to come on. This people just throw spaghetti at the wall and see what sticks.About a month after the last time they checked my car I took it for an oil change to another shop. When they opened the hood they showed me that a part from the air intake had fallen in between the fans and the part was damaged and the fans now wabble. The only people that had touch my car prior to the shop where I did the oil change were the mechanics at prestige and they did not properly secured the part. Prestige Auto claims that it is impossible for them to know if they are responsible. No one but them touch that air intake, Now they are only going to replace the part of the intake that was damaged and I am left with the wabbling fan. I took the car on Friday and they told me they would have the replacement part by Monday or Tuesday I called on Wednesday and they said they will have it by Thursday or Friday so I am still waiting.

First Class Service! Chris was thorough in guiding me through the process. Prestige was able to solve a complex electrical battery drain issue on my 2007 BMW 525i. The prestige air freshener along with the car wash added a nice touch!

Truly amazing service. I had no idea where to take my car and got this place recommended by BMW owner to bring my Audi over to get checked. Communication, service, and timeliness was above expectations. Any time I need car help I know where to go. Chris was the best person to help me feel comfortable about giving me the run down of what my car needed.

I want to thank Chris and the entire team at Prestige!!! I can t say enough about the incredible customer service Chris provided. He always kept me updated on what was going on with my car and always answer my call!!!! They showed me in detailed with photos of the work that I needed to get done and explained to me step by step the process. I felt 100% comfortable with him. Very professional and pleasant experience. The bays are clean and organized and all the work orders are explained in detail before you approve. The waiting area is comfortable and they will even drop you off at the nearby shopping area where there are restaurant options while you wait. When you get your car back, it feels brand new!

Christian was great and very friendly. I entrusted him with my Porsche and he explained to me how everything worked and provided pictures of what needed to be serviced and the reasoning. The service was quick. Would highly recommend him as the quality of service and pricing is very appealing.

Where do I start, I purchased a Porsche a few months ago. Shopped aound for services and came across the repair shop. From the 1st call Chris was very through and helpful with details and my service needs. 2nd call to actually book the appt I spoke with Adolfo who was just as helpful with booking my appointment.The service was timely, efficient and what I appreciated more than anything is the high level of customer service. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was such a great experience and I would highly recommend beyond being trained professionals but an organization that makes customers feel valued beyond your repair needs.Sure both Chris and Adolfo represent this organization well and it shows with other returning customers the level of service they provide.I would highly recommend to anyone who value good value and even better customer service that goes beyond the call. The staff at Prestige Auto Tech were nothing less than fenomenal. It was my first experience taking my GLE 350 Mercedes Benz for service outside the dealership and must say I was a bit nervous but Adolfo and the team of professionals made me feel at ease by answering all my questions and concerns, later I definitely confirmed that I was in good hands and made the right choice, highly recommend them, thank you Prestige Auto Tech.

DON'T go here! They lied to me about several things! I basically endeded up paying $1600 for an oil change and a car wash. They told me that I was sold the wrong tire sizes and that was one of the problems with my car. The tire sizes were correct and it was listed in the door jam of the car. They also said they gave me a free diagnostic. this was also a lie. They said they did an diagnostic with the computer but it didn't work, and they still charged me for it. They charged me for an alignment and this was also a lie. I took the car to the tire store they said sold me the wrong tire sizes and they said no alingment was done. hThey also wanted to charge me $1200 to repair one door handle and $1600 for 2 tires! These guys are experts at padding the bill. They had my car for 6 days meanwhile I'm paying for a rental cuz they are closed on the weekends. This isn't over now I have to file a complaint becuz this was theft in my opinion. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES. TRUST ME!

I could not be anymore impressed with the quality of service that I received from these men. Antoan was friendly, professional, helpful and all around amazing. For needing a mechanic for the first time I am SO glad I came to them. I received photos of all the work, detailed estimates, the pricing was fair and the complimentary car wash didn t hurt! Haha. Thank you so much Prestige! You have a new lifetime customer! 10/10 recommend with my eyes closed this shop.

I recommend Prestige Auto Tech, this company its doing a great job better than the car dealers specifically on prices.I was taken care of by Christian Velasquez and from the first call I made to the shop he was so friendly and helpful very professional. He really made me feelI mentioned my a/c problem and he was very knowledgeable walked me through the whole process and I was totally impressed with everything.From the shop being so clean and organized, A video was sent to me about what was being done to the car and a picture of where the problem was totally amazing I really didn t expect that. I believe you guys just gain a new customer because the whole process was amazing. Specially, Christian staying on top and keeping me informed of everything that was going on with my Land Rover and I did not expect it to be returned so clean inside and out.Great service I would recommend it to everyone.I got a follow up call the next day from Christian just to see if I was completely satisfied and welcoming me to the Prestige Family. Prestige Auto Tech is my go to place for my car s service and repairs. Chris/Christian was very helpful, patient and courteous. I went for my cars oil and filter change. My car also needed new brakes and pads, but I did not have the budget for that at the time, and Chris mentioned that SNAP Financing could be of help. He helped me fill out the application and in a matter of 3 minutes or less it was approved and I was able to get my car fixed. They sent me home in a Loaner and by the next morning my car was ready. They also offer Complimentary Car Wash.Chris gave me as a courtesy the PAT Car Mug and a Baseball Cap, which I love very much. I totally recommend anyone who has a European car to go to Prestige Auto Tech! Long overdue review! Christian was awesome and very friendly. My Porsche Boxster had a bad ABS sensor. I had both axels and sensors replaced. They lent me a car to get to work while the car was in repair.About a week later, I start to hear rattling in my back tire and my engine light comes back on I went back to the shop and they found a rock had gotten into the section between the wheel and the brake. They removed it free of charge and also lent me a car that day to get to work, and washed my car as well!Overall recommend them for your car repair needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

It's very difficult finding a auto shop you trust and would recommend. My wife owns a porche macan and after taking it to multiple porche dealships and having nothing but issues I called around and was refered Prestige Auto Tech. The scheduling with Chris was easy and not 1+ month out like the dealship and the service times, prices and services offered were a great deal better than the stealership.Better yet the car was returned to me in better condition than I could have imagined. They cleaned things usually overlooked like doorsils, under mats, center console dust and dirt ect. A detailing that many other companies would absolutely charge for.I received picture of the car when work was being done and completed. Very easy to review estimates via text. And the shop was something you'll only see at most high-end dealships. The staff was knowledgeable, nice and good at their jobs, which seems to be a rarity these days.For applicable vehicles I will absolutely be coming back. I will update this review if my experience ever changes but I doubt it will. They do an amazing job.
