Above-average repair shop specializing in European luxury and domestic muscle. Phil is a good guy who is always available by phone or in person. In the two years I've been frequenting the shop, most of the customers who come by also take time to joke and catch up. Service wait times may vary.

I went to Phil s through my longtime master diesel tech, Joe, which is the best in the business and a member of Phil s team. From, scheduling, timeliness, customer service and quality control, Phil s is great. Old fashion friendly service from a neighborhood shop with up to date latest technology.

On 3/25/19, my brakes were grinding badly, the result of an impact to the front tire. Steering was out of alignment and battery ready to go. Work was completed by mid-afternoon! This company again performed 5-star work on my elderly Honda!!I've used many times...excellent in all areas. Quality work, fair prices and extremely nice staff. So refreshing to have professional, honest mechanics.

Phil's is my trusty mechanic here in Miami. I wont go anywhere else. Phil is always fair, fast, and they are so kind!!! GREAT customer service. I have been going here for 5 years and my girlfriend and her family have been going here longer than that. I give my highest recommendation because they deserve it and have proven it over and over.

Excellent repair facility. Extremely professional knowledgeable personnel. They work on gas and diesel vehicles. One technician worked at a new car dealership for 20yrs. They also work on rare antique cars, which is hard to find now a days.2023, this place is as good as ever!

My family has been using the guys at Autoverks for years. The quality of service is superb! They are reasonably priced and will always give quotes before they start working. One of the most honest auto shops in the Pinecrest area of Miami.

I took my 13 year old truck there because of some front end issues that the big chain shops were not able to fix. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and now my truck drives like it s brand new. Paul gave me a fair price and his customer service was above and beyond. The mannequin on the couch is kinda creepy but the family friendly service and atmosphere more than makes up for it.

For a repair facility, this place has a nice lil' office with a big screen TV and wi-fi which was super convenient for me. I took my lil' one while they did an oil change and the front brake pads. They highly recommended I dropped it off but I didn't have a ride back, so I decided to stick around and that's how I was able to do this review.The staff seems very friendly, courteous, maybe a little too much laughter here and there but it clearly is a family operated business, father and son, I found out after a while. They are super nice and even offered to wash my car which was beyond my expectations. My car really needed one! They are fully equiped outside and the main guy, Phil, is super easy to reach out and nice to talk to. He talks to you on a 1:1 level and explains everything your car has, like going to the doctor...I wonder if anyone calls him Dr. Phil! lolAnyways, I reccomend this place, it's located in the Miami, US 1 south area, it's clean, equipted and the price was reasonally. Trust me, I shop around and for what I got Vs. what I paid, and it was not bad. I would say a lil' over average, but trust me all the checkpoints in my list made it worth!

This place over charges !!!! Stay away!!! They DO NOT feel bad about robbing you blind for your repairs. You would think that they want to help and not charge an arm and a leg for it. They don't really answer questions either! They take your keys, and then hand you a HUGE bill !! Stay away! Way too expensive!! I found same repairs 1 mile away for 50% less !!

IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR TAKE YOUR CAR THERE GIVE THEM YOUR KEYS AND YOUR WALLET$$$DROPPED MY TRUCK OFF SATURDAY MORNING 830A.M.FOR A OIL CHANGE AND TUNE UP. WAS WARNED THEY CLOSED AT 1PM 1/2 DAY.THOUGHT AT LEAST I'LL GET OIL CHANGEDCAME BACK AT 12:20 NO WORK DONE ON MY TRUCK...FOR THE RECORD THE OWNER PHIL IS THE NICEST GUY IN THE WORLD.I GO ASK HIS SON WHO RUNS OFFICE AND HE SAYS CAN'T GET TO IT TODAY..HES WATCHING T.V.IN SANDALS WITH FEET UP IN CHAIR. ACTED LIKE I WAS INTERUPTING HIS T.V. TIME. I SAID IT'S 1220 YOU CLOSE AT 1PM HE SAID NOPE..CANT DO IT. COME BACK ANOTHER DAY...TOO MANY CHIEFS NOT ENOUGH QUALITY INDIANS. IF IT WAS MY DADS PLACE AND I WAS LACKING MECHANICS I THINK KID SHOULD OF JUMPED IN THERE AND CHANGED OIL HIMSELF STILL HAD 40 MINS TILL CLOSING AND SAVED A CUSTOMER. I SAID I WON'T COME BACKBECAUSE MY TIME IS VALUABLE AND HE SAID HE DIDN'T CARE AND TOLD ME TO F...KOFF. OBVIOUSLY I WILL TAKE MY MONEY AND CARS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
