Paola and Luis and the technicians at PAW are extremely helpful and professional and knowledgeable. I have a 2016 Mini Cooper Clubman they have been working on and I have nothing but prestigious work done on my Mini. You get certified German automotive work, at a U.S. cost. I highly recommend this business. Thank you, PAW for all of the great work.

Love these guys. Have been going to Louie for the past 10 yrs and it's like visiting family. Always professional, informs you of issues prior to him doing the work so you can make a decision without pressure. Classy people who won't steer you wrong. If you any issue with your car, this place is definitely the best auto shop that can fix your car, I have been taking my car here since 2010 for upgrades. There's nothing that Luis can't fix and of course with the attention of his amazing front desk Paola is a team work!

Paola was super nice. Muchacha bien Linda. Me atendio muy bien. Bien amable. They fixed my car great and gave me great prices. The financial help needed. Corre como nuevo. Runs like new and I have a new motor. They installed everything great and kept me informed the whole time. Would highly recommend this place. Bien lugar personal bien amable.

Excellent quality, fast work, I have a 5-speed Volkswagen Beetle, damaged transmission, the receptionist located a spare part and they installed it, wow, congratulations to the group in general, I recommend it

Oh man this place is a huge rip off. They do good work but that girl Paola is wicked smart she will hustle you lol. She s the fisherman you are the fish . Be quick or be dead. :/

First off the level of professionalism and customer service provided by Luis and his staff was amazing. I recently had the shop install a lift on my Jeep. Easy scheduling and great turn around time at a fair price along with quality work.

Upgraded my all-season tires to new all-terrain tires on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Friendly staff and great service. You can pay for service via Zelle or Cash App which is nice. Bilingual staff so communication is a breeze here. Definitely coming back.Service: TiresService: Tires

AMAZING!!!! These are one of the last honest places left. These guys are golden in my book. Great knowledgeable mechanics and even better people. Take your automobile here with peace of mind that they will do an honest job and charge a fare price. Hands down a rare great experience with a shop. A+++++. Thank you guys again.

I read all the good reviews and decided on this shop. They weren't the cheapest in town, far from it they were very expensive. So I thought this place would do a good job; boy was I wrong. Not only did they charge me tons of money, they caused so much damage to my car. Damaged pieces and cross-threaded bolts galore. Do not be fooled by the good reviews.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Professional, Knowledgeable and Honest. Definitely on of the best customer service experiences I have had with a mechanic shop. Their rating is not for nothing as I got an oil pump, timing chain and a speed sensor done at this shop. Other shops I have called won't acknowledge your existence but at Perez your treated like vin diesel would say....family. Luis will take care of you to the best of his ability no if, and or but about it.

This is my go to place for anything. The owner knows what hes doing and is a fair person. I have always been sceptical of mechanics because even though I know a decent amount about cars I am no pro so you need to be able to trust the person and many out there are out to rip you off. But not here. Here you get super friendly service and they are very accommodating. Quick diagnosis, quick repair, honest and good pricing what more could you ask for. I have been coming here for years and not once have a had a bad experience. I have recommended many people and all agree they deserve 5 stars. Honda's, Mercedes, lexus, dodge ram, jeep, Hyundai I've taken them all there and always had my issues resolved without having to break the bank or wait long for repairs! Trust worthy and A+ service

The best mechanic in Miami! I've been going to Perez for over a year now and they're the best mechanics I've ever known. The owner Louis is friendly and honest, and will never try to sell you something you don't need. The quality of their work is great, and they go above and beyond to help you keep your car running smoothly. They work fairly quickly despite the volume of customers they have, their prices are excellent, and Louis gives discounts to repeat customers. Definitely give this family shop a try before you empty your pocketbook elsewhere!

I've been taking my car there for a few years now. they are always so helpful and kind. I was having break issues last week so i brought my car in and they took care of me immediately! Louis is always so kind and makes sure that everything is perfect and running well for me. Paul helped me out this past visit, he was very knowledgable. He went step by step to explain and show me what was going on with the car. He also explained what sort on maintenance i should be doing on the car to keep her happy and running well. Always a great experience here!

Louis and Joe are stand up guys. They really helped me out with my jeep wrangler. I chose this garage because they were the cheapest in town, and they had previously installed a clutch in a buddy of mines jeep as well. Jeep is driving perfect. If you are looking for a quality garage for a fraction of the cost of what others are charging, then be sure to stop by and ask for either Louis (owner) or Joe (manager), they won't bullshit you, and will give you honest advice and consult you about your vehicle's needs. Also they will do the job fast. I had my clutch installed and ready that same day. This is a real review written by a real customer. I wrote this because I am truly satisfied with their work, and I know how hard it is to find an honest mechanic out here in Miami. Thanks again guys.Sincerely,Joey

By far the best service I ve had in south Florida! They re honest, hard working individuals. Whatever s wrong with your vehicle, believe me when I tell you they can fix it and fix it right. Excellent costumer service. Stephanie worked continuously to find me the parts my car needed and Horus (spelling?) was able to get it up and running in no time. I felt right at home and very taken care of. 100 perecent my new go to auto shop.

First time taking my car there and I asked for them to take a deep dive on my car as it was old and needed a little love. In my opinion, they gave a Fair assessment and price.
