Complete trash. I prefer to bring my company vehicle and personal vehicles to the dealers for service. I dropped it off at 9am to do a basic oil change. On a company truck and my personal truck. I was told they would be ready by 1PM twice. They use to close later in the day. For you know people that work 9-5 jobs. But now they are closed at 5pm. Both my vehicles are stuck here now over night until tomorrow morning. My work truck was suppose to go out first thing in the morning at 7am and they open at 8am. They told me 3 times when I was dropping off the vehicles they would call once they were done. I called them at 4pm 6 time to check on the status of the vehicles. No answer from any department except operator to transfer me to every department to see if someone could get service to answer the phone. So nocuriosity call to let me know they were backed up or behind schedule. So normal oil changes take 2 days? I m glad they upgraded their building to mask how horrible the service is. I would also say while they were under construction they might have messed up their phone lines but even before the remodel they never answered the phones anyway.Avoid the Palmetto Ford and Lorenzo Ford both of them are complete trash!!!!I guess I ll start going to another Ford dealership until I find one that is worth anything.

They delivered a new car to me, but I found scratches on the door and window rubber. When I pointed it out to them, they assured me it would be solved by washing the car and asked me to bring it back after a couple of days. I did as they asked; they washed the car, but the scratches remained. They then promised to call me for service to do the paint touch-ups, but it's been two months, and I have not received any calls from them. Moreover, the salesperson who was my only point of contact has stopped responding to my emails. I am now in the claim process with Ford. The dealer s behavior is unacceptable.

Great dealership with a great staff. From the front to the back, everyone will work to get your vehicle fixed correctly and back into your hands. Alex Alvarez, the service advisor, is outstanding in his professionalism and dedication to your satisfaction. You will not find a guy who will work harder to help you in any dealership you visit. David, the Service Director, is there to make sure everything runs smooth and to make sure you leave happy. Mike, the lead tech, is probably hands down the best Ford tech in Miami. Never met a more knowledgeable and capable technician anywhere, especially when it comes to Ford diesel trucks. They may be really busy sometimes, but the results are worth the wait. Convienent location. Great looking dealership that reflects on the outstanding serice the provide. All A+ from me.

Horrible experience, I would not waste my time or money on this dealership. I contacted the dealership in regard to an advertised vehicle. Once I called they stated that although the vehicle is advertised at a price point in reality the starting msrp is actually 7k above advertised. When speaking to sales person about my range on a monthly price point they stated I was delusional and that I could never get close to that monthly payment. However, I was already pre-approved through my preferred lender so if we could work the number I would have bought the car that day. But the sales person attitude made me reconsider the sale. After much thought I still wanted the vehicle but did not want to deal with the sales rep I spoke to. I filled out an online credit application, however they require for a representative to contact you to go over your numbers. Since I already had spoke to a rep I got the same representative that I didn t want. When asking for the numbers that ford are providing for a loan because most ford are offering 1.9% they said that they are busy and don t have my numbers. They told me they would call in 5 minutes. I had to call after 10. They again stated that they are too busy and that they would call me or text me the number when they can. They never contacted me after hours had gone by. Then I contacted them; and they stated they just got free time when I just called. Mind you I was already driving a loaner from another dealership and was on a way to purchase it and I told this to the rep. They message me 10 minutes later with ridiculous figures nowhere near my desired stated monthly payment which was not unreasonable at all. I tell this to the representative and tell them if we can work on they out the door price they can make a sale we where not to far off. They stated that not possible and that they have other people to talk to and hung up the call on me.Rude, unprofessional, dishonest and any other horrible thing you can think of from a dealership was displayed in my interaction with them.

Worst experience I've ever had with a service department. I took one of our company trucks there for service. After waiting a little over month for my appointment date, we dropped off the truck for it sit there for 10 more days before it even got diagnosed. A month later, they still haven't finished the repairs and their last excuse was that the only technician that can work on our truck was sent out to training, leaving our truck unfinished and on the lift. They're unresponsive and when they do answer, they just don't care and offer no solution.

My ford explorer broke on November 19. On the 21th I dropped it in the palmetto ford miami dealer where I got it in lease. They said they would call back in 5 days. They didn t. So I called and they said that later that they or next day they would call with a diagnosis. It has been 24 days since I left the car there and I have been calling or visiting every day, and every day they say later today or max tomorrow we will call with a diagnosis . Is this normal?

Horrible service at the parts department. Men at the desk did not want to help out. Waited over an hour for a part that was already there. Had to ask for a manager to get my part. Thank you to the manager and thank you to Josh in the parts department for helping. The other 2 men here, you have horrible service and should be replaced.

One of the salesmen marvin really helped me out and did a great job getting me a new f150 he stood even almost an hour after closing time to help me with all the paperwork and got me the truck for really cheap i would recommend palmeto ford to anyone in south florida trying to buy a new truck

Please, do no send me more promotions or "Special Service Offres" last time I serviced my Expedition at your center with a filter and oil change, you installed a Vietnamise oil filter which is clearly NOT a GENUINE Ford spare part or Motorcraft. You disappointed me very much.

Jose Osorio in the parts department is not trained to work with customers at all. He insulted me and tried to intimidate me in front of other customers and the staff, while I was talking to the manager assistant at Palmetto Ford parts department Barbara Puebla. I don t think that behavior is the way Freightliner and Palmetto Ford do business and treat their customers. We have been buying parts from this store for years and never had this kind of situation. When asking for an electric part refund or some other options available to help us with the fact that the customer canceled the job, in part because we had to wait a few days for another Part salesperson at Palmetto Ford to let us know that they had the part in stock available, Jose Osorio gave me a few options in a very rude and not respectful at all way, when I was explaining my concern to him:Option 1: You must learn how to read ,because our refund policy clearly says we don t do refunds on electric components.Option 2: You can call the PoliceOption 3: You can come back in the afternoon to talk to a manager assistant or manager ,because they are not in the office at this moment.Palmetto Ford and Freightliner should know that they have a rude, violent person taking care of customers. I hope this review will be helpful to whoever could take care of this situation and prevent this kind of bad service from happening to another customer.9/11/2023Auto A/C Repair LLC.

Waited a year to post this but feel the same day as I do when I walked off the lot. The finance person, Marcel or Marcus, can t remember his name, is a complete slime ball. Originally tried to finance me though another bank when I expressed that I only wanted to go through my bank. 4 weeks back and forth with him and he still managed to mess it up twice. Finally got my loan to go over with my correct bank but it was a headache. Also the truck they sold me is now a lemon, it also only had 500 miles on it. Stay far away, go to another dealer.

Recently purchased a 2023 Mach E, Couldn t have asked for a simpler and easy process. Lilliam and Kenny were both excellent . Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Would recommend anyone to contact them for a vehicle purchase.

Called in on Monday looking for a truck part. Person who answered the phone was initially helpful. They had the part, and he was going to send me a credit card authorization so one of my team members could pick it up. Great- I thought. Gave him my email and 1 hour later I called back as I had not received it, thinking that maybe he wrote the email down wrong. He was not there, he had left for lunch. Why he didn't send it before he left for lunch, I do not know. Four hours later I had still not received the CC Authorization. Called back again, and now he had left for the day, still without sending it. I explained it to who ever answered that I need to talk to someone as I needed to pay and I needed the part. Was then on hold for 45 minutes and no one ever answered. While on hold I used the Chat-Feature for the dealership to also explain what was going on and asked for a Manager to call me, They said they would. But of course no one ever called. Needless to say I never heard back from the Parts Department either. I ended up going to another Dealer that had the part I needed. Dealership has some room to work on their communication skills and follow up with customers. I do not leave 1 start reviews lightly, but feel the dealership really dropped the ball here.

Countless hours on hold, given the run-around, nobody taking responsibility for anything. Still no resolution to service and parts needs. I rarely write reviews but this establishment is a fine example of terrible customer service/interaction.

Worst customer service ever. The service department is completely incompetent and do not care about their customers time. Was given an appointment first thing in the morning specifically for an oil change and recall. I was told that the oil change would be done today but that the recall would probably not be done today because they may need parts. I called several times throughout the day and the service advisor was busy and would call me back or was out to lunch and they didn t know when he would return. When I didn t get a response, I went in person to inquire. I ended up picking up my car 6.5 hours later without them having even looked at my car. Apparently there are no appointments, only check in times there when you the. enter a queue and they could take up to a month to look at your car according to what a service advisor told us. The manager told me there was nothing she could do but would have the service manager call me. Called corporate, where they scheduled my appointment and they said they can t even take a formal complaint. Tried to talk to a supervisor and after waiting about 15 minutes to be transferred, I was hung up on. Beware and steer clear from this place!

I have been searching for a very specific vehicle and I was told by Youdeline, Anna Flores, that vehicle I was looking for was there and available. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning. I drove one hour to arrive on site and ask for Ernie who is the person Anna Flores told me to ask for. Ernie had no idea who I was or why I was there. He asked for my name and what vehicle I was looking for so I told him and he responded that it was sold yesterday. I wasted two hours of time traveling there and back to see a vehicle that was sold at the same time that my appointment was scheduled. It is very inconsiderate that this dealership did not notify me that the vehicle I was going to test drive was sold the day before. I was prepared to buy this vehicle on-site.

Stopped by today very excited with my husband to either buy a box truck for our business or an F250 and the supervisor BRENDA was either having a bad day or she s just normally not very helpful. We wanted to place an order for an F250 because they don t have any in stock and she told us to go online and figure it out, once we re ready we can go into the store and place it (pretty much gift her her commission) had no type of good customer service, to then find out Ford isn t even accepting orders right now. Point is she had no interest in helping us or even giving us alternative options. She dismissed us and didn t look back.

Cristian was a great sales rep, very transparent throughout the whole buying experience. The price was great value and didn't have unnecessary markup, dealer fees or hidden fees. Cristian is a great guy and made the process quick and easy. I would recommend everyone I know to buy a car here.

Palmetto Ford is very user unfriendly!!This place is a joke from the get go. You cant even get a straight answer to a simple question.They advertise all these sort of discounts which may or may not apply and I wanted to inquire about them.I asked the chat window about the trade in discount and financing discounts which are advertised on the webpage and she says she is unable to help with the pricing info and needs my phone number and email for someone from sales to call me.Then I try actually calling them with the number listed for the dealership and clearly asking for the Sales Department and she says "yes I'm sales". Yet when I ask her the same question regarding the trade discounts and financing discounts she say's "I'm in internet department and cant give you price information but what is your phone number and email and someone from sales will call you". I then ask to speak to a real live sales person but says she cannot transfer the call, she needs my phone numbers to have someone contact me.So in essence, EVERYONE you speak to is in the "internet sales" department and really only there to take your number and unable to give you any real information. They pretend they are in sales, they will even tell you they are in sales but in reality it is just a bunch of young people in a glass room that do nothing but answer incoming calls and try to get your phone number and email address for their database.Palmetto Ford is using very bad business practices which aggravate and frustrate potential customers from the very first time they are trying to simply reach them as a customer.I could only imagine all the shenanigans one would receive after signing on the dotted line."There is only ONE chance to make a good FIRST impression".

Cristian made the whole buying experience easy and actually enjoyable. Palmetto Truck Center's pricing is fair and doesn't add all the fees/markups you find at other dealerships. I could tell from the first time I contacted him that it was going to be an easy transaction. From start to finish this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Thank you Palmetto Truck Center for helping me get into the exact vehicle I wanted!

This rating may change since we are waiting on parts to come in.Setting up the appointment was easy and they set me up with the person in charge of my car. Who has been amazing at giving me my options and allowing me to make the choices without pushing me one way or the other.

Service and follow up at this location is outstanding and if any issues are encountered, bringing it to the attention of the service manager David means it will be immediately rectified to the customer's satisfaction! After a small initial issue with communication was promptly resolved by the service manager David, I am happy to report that I've rarely had the attention to customer satisfaction and dedication to service than that experienced at Palmetto Ford Truck Sales Service Department. My experience is that when a customer has an issue with service at a retail location, the true measure of that retail location's dedication to customer satisfaction is not necessarily how many issues customers have but the location's earnest efforts in resolving these issues. Thank you for the attention to detail and for caring about customer feedback.

I had a friend that recommended me this dealership, because he had purchased a new van here. After I went there and looked for a van to purchase, I found one that I was interested in. I left a down payment of $2500 on the vehicle on Friday and by Monday the salesman told me they had sent the vehicle to the auction to sell. I was not only dealing with a salesman, but a manager. Her name was Brenda Vjar. I was also dealing with her assistant manager Jose Albert. The vehicle was sold after I put down my downpayment without anyone contacting me. Both managers were very unprofessional. After finding out the vehicle was sold I contacted general manager Doron Mizrahi, and he wasn't very nice. I told him I was going to file a complaint to the dealer and he said that wasn't going to affect the dealer in anyway. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Walked in, waited 10 minutes & no one still came to assist me. Finally stopped a parts worker & asked for help. When I finally got help the worker went to get the keys to the car & never returned. I bet if I were white or Hispanic I would ve gotten help with no issues!!!!!
