Naulin has been an amazing find. They are polite, on-time, and don't mind explaining things. They honor warranties for work and don't over-book work for the day. It's not a bad thing that they don't just take anyone, any day. This way you aren't left waiting for them to rush through work to fit more people in.

If you drive a german vehicle and are looking for a reliable mechanic that won t overcharge you, Naulins is the place to go. I drive a 2014 Bmw 435 xdrive and Naulins is the only mechanic shop I trust to repair my car. While most mechanic shops try to add unneccesariy charges, Naulins tells me exactly what needs to be fixed and not to waste money when certain repairs can wait. The staff is communicative, repairs are fast, and the price is the best and most fair in all of miami.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Professional service and honest. My family has been using this business for over 15 years. I took my 2019 BMW for coolant leak issue. BMW service wanted to change me more than double the price. I appreciate their professionalism and education you through the problem and process and car repaired same day. I will use them for all my car needs.

Naulin Auto Services is extremely professional, resourceful and fair. I took in my Subaru because it had been losing oil since 2016, it had been to countless Subaru dealer maintenance shops with no Joy.I brought it in to Naulin and he was able to identify the problem, provide the paperwork (Maintenance Bulletin) from Subaru detailing it was under warranty.6 years of Subaru Dealer Maintenance visits Vs 2 hours at Naulin. Naulin was recommended by a good colleague as being the best in Miami and I can testify that this auto repair shop definitely is.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Fantastic service! I was recommended this shop by a friend and I couldn't be happier! Daniel at the front was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and clear with his explanations. My Jeep AC was repaired in a timely fashion and with reasonable pricing. As a single mom who knows not too much about cars, I can say that I was nervous to get a quote on my older car. Naulin came highly recommended from a trusted friend, and I can tell you that they fully exceeded my expectations! They are friendly, honest, straightforward, and they take great care of your vehicle. I've had instances where a tire needed a plug (they didn't even charge for this and got me in within ten minutes!) and where my window wouldn't roll down (it was about to pour rain and they saw me within minutes of my frantic call). These guys are legit and I cannot say enough good things about them.

Pedro and Luis are great! They are so humble and genuine, you never feel ripped off by them. I drive 40 minutes just to get my car serviced by them and that says a lot. When I took my Jeep to the dealer for my ac problems, they wanted to charge me over $1200 when all I needed was Freon; mind you, I told the dealership that s all I needed and they refused to listen to me because I m a woman. You won t be disappointed with their customer service!

After a few experiences from myself and friends, I can honestly say Pedro Naulin is the real deal and can personally vouch for all the reviews. He can easily be separated from 99% of the other shops in Dade County. I say this since I'm a former ASE certified brake and cooling system mechanic, and a drag racer. This gives me extra discernment to know a bit more than the average customer, and trust is an understatement for what I've found in Naulin. Pedro not only offers honest, outstanding customer service, but he knows his stuff from practical experience, especially with Japanese makes (he took good care of my Nissan when I was in a jam). Seeing him strip away an interior to tackle an electrical gremlin is nothing short of amazing. Finally, Pedro himself is a racer. And, in my honest opinion, racers know more about automotive value than any dealership or chain service center on the planet.

I got recommended by a friend. I got to say the staff is well knowledgeable and profession. They did a big job and got my car back reasonable time so far so good. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a mechanic..

Great experience with these guys. My car battery was not holding charge for a while. After a long Google search I determined it was a bad alternator. I began to search mechanics in the area of the hammocks to see who gave me the best price. Most mechanics I called just gave me a price and what time to go by. When I called naulin Auto Services it was a big difference. I think I spoke with Luis, who came off as a pretty nice guy. I called for a quote and ended up talking with the guy for a good 15 minutes. Instead of giving me a price for the alternator he began to ask me several questions about my vehicle, symptoms, year I bought the battery etc. He told me all the possible things that my vehicle could have. He even offered to lend me a battery so I could get my car there. Long story short, he checked my car free of charge and it ended up being a bad battery. He saved me alot of money!!! These people working there seem very honest, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Very professional service from Naulin. They helped me with diagnosing my AC problem. It wasn't cooling. Seeked second opinion from Naulin because I first went to Friocar. Friocar said to me that my compressor was not pumping and needed to be replaced. Friocar was going to charge me over $1,000 to replace the compressor and its components plus labor. I purchased the compressor from Autozone 2 years ago and brought it to Friocar to have it installed. Friocar did a good job installing it and only was charged for the labor. But new AC Compressors do not go bad in 2 years. Friocar was just trying to rip me off. I could not believe the bad service that I was now getting from Friocar. So I went to Naulin Auto Service to seek a second opinion and diagnosis. Naulin found that I was only low in refrigerant, about 30 percent low. I only ended up paying a little over $110 for the check up and the refrigerant evac and recharge. I was very pleased with the service with Naulin. I have previously done oil changes with Naulin and really liked their service then. Thanks Naulin Auto Services!

Took my car in to be fix drivable. It wasnt starting. And when they called telling me my car was fixed and they even test drove it. When I went to pick it up come to drive down the street and the car started drove away and 2 seconds later the car starts driving like a go-cart 2 miles an hour. When I call and told them I was almost killed they laughed about it. And said well we told you it needed a clutch. So they still let me drive away knowing it didnt work. Ever the less. Will never Recommend. I do recommend you find someone who is Honest and wants to get your car fixed right. This is NOT that repair shop.Services: Tires, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

I have been going for years to Pedro the owner. The customer service is excellent. More important he is fair with the pricing and the quality of service is great. I recommend anyone looking for an honest mechanic go to Naulin Auto Services.

I can t say enough about the customer service and professionalism of this business. Pedro, Luis, and Jackie are great people. They make sure you are well taken care of, and treat you like family. Integrity and accountability are rare these days, and as much as I hate to say it, especially here in Miami. However, this family business gets it right. So if you have any auto-service needs, give them a chance, they will not disappoint.

Knowledge and Trust are two things that you need in a mechanic. Pedro has both of these qualities. He is honest, up front and knows what he is talking about. I bring my cars all the way from Hollywood to get work here because I know it will be done right and I will not get ripped off.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, friendly, and didnt try to upsell or make me spend money when i didnt need to. Being a woman and going to a mechanic is scary for me because ive been scammed by mechanics in the past. Not them ! I trust them and i will definitely keep taking all my cars there from now on. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this Auto shop, the owner takes the time to explain his finding and offers options. He is not your average mechanics and also his prices are very fair. I bring both our MBs.
