Got there at 5:55pm they had the doors locked. A worker walked right past the door and kept walking to the other side of the store. I was knocking and ignored, and it was very hot outside. They only opened the door after 7 minutes to let 3 people out. They purposely made me wait 7 minutes outside to tell me that they just shut off the computers. Sick, lazy, uncaring, sales (non-sales) people. One of the customers leaving even felt bad for me, to the extent of giving me his info so he could be a witness.Update on email reply:It's been a week since I emailed and still no response. Is this business closing down or just discriminating against Hispanic women? Which is the same treatment I received at the store.

I was treated like a king here, Alan the gentleman with the long hair, although a little slow helped me find the part that i needed. Luis the assistant manager saw that i was struggling to meet the payment required and he worked out a discount for me. And then ashley the very lovely girl sparked up an intriguing conversation while patrick the handsome fella fetched my parts. The kid josh is a little weird though. The manager Sander is cool and my overall experienced elated me across the rest of my weekend.

Will not go back shopping there. Purchased wiper blades and coolant for the RV, was told the NAPA policy for returns was a no hassle return policy, stopped at another NAPA store to return the blades because they didn't fit and was told that it was necessary to return them at the original store because that store is privately owned. You don't have this type of hassles with the other auto parts stores

Got here at 5:53 pm to pick up an item I had already purchased online. Doors locked, lights off. I sure hope the workers aren't being paid for the time not attending to customers. After spending 20 more minutes than anticipated due to traffic, it was extremely frustrating to see the store closed early. Also, no hours posted out front? Are closing and opening hours a secret?

You know if I don't know Napa had all the parts that would have saved me a lot of trip time and money to find these parts And come to find out Napa auto's with less than a mile away from my house literally went all across Miami just define these parts

Staff was well informed, they easily helped me get a part for my truck that the nearest auto zone claims they did not have and pep boys ordered incorrectly and was way overpriced.

Their products are more expensive because they're suppose to be better quality. The starter I bought failed the week after the warranty expired. The salesman then tried to blame the bad part on my wife being careless because that's just what women do. Sexist pig! Never buying anything NAPA again!

This morning the girl working was being super disrespectful from the minute i went in the store i said good morning i thought she didn't herd so i said it again then i ask her if she have what i was looking for she said she dont think they have it so i said did you check she ignored me i had to ask someone else

This store needs to change its business hours I ve come here on sundays and they are always closed even though it states they are open until 4 .. this is the third time I ve run into this problem can someone please fix the business hours online if the store is closed as it confuses potential customers

You call and ask for a part and they don t even bother looking it. They just say NO! I went there it it was right on the shelf. Losers!!

After being on the phone for 20 minutes on hold I finally got a representative he said to me if I do not have the part he cannot help me he was nasty and he was rude And nasty he hung up the phone on me

Horrible who has a store meeting in middle of the day and doesn't let customer know. Outside waiting and place on hold without hearing out how to assist a customer.
