I still remember first the time I was here, did a tune on my 330i. Noticed that the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about car s performance. Shout out Alex and Jack, recently gave me advices about changing my brakes. The mechanic did a great job!

After going to every BMY dealership here in South Florida I can confidently say I will only be bringing my car to MPI from now on. The attentiveness and service I received was hands down one of the best I ve ever received. Went above and beyond to help me with my issues.

Came in for a hub centric ring installation, and an oil change. Was in and out in an hour and a half. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will be tuning my car in the future here as well.

Brought my M4 to MPI for new tires, oil change, brake fluid flush & ideas on how to properly tune my car for additional power gains. Their service was expedient, professional staff, honest quotes and exotic cars surrounding the shop. Needless to say, I ll be back for more work in the future and referrals will most certainly be passed on to those looking for elite performance results. Excellent service. Called in the morning to schedule a service and was told to come in and they would take care of it the same day. Out within a few hours and much cheaper than the dealer.

I was recommended to MPI by Apex Alignment. My 2021 BMW X5 has 22" OEM wheels and I was looking for a shop that would install the new tires with care and had the right machine to mount them correctly. They use a Hunter tire changer, and very important as well, a Hunter Road Force wheel balancer. I'm purchasing my car soon when lease ends and MPI will be where I take the car for oil changes, and any other maintenance needed. To top it off they recomended me a 3rd party extended warranty that was less expensive and covers longer than BMW's extended warranty. In great hands here, thanks!

Diamond in the rough: I believe these guys are honest, extremely skillful and candid. I live in Jupiter and I have taken my M5 to them for years. They have very good mechanics, and they often under promise and overdeliver, which is an extremely rare quality in this trade.

I requested their services for the 1st time to install a couple of accessories to my BMW. Alex at the front desk is super proffessional and helpful. The service was excellent a d at a very reasonable price, specially compared to BMW quotes! I will definitely bring them my BMW again. Thx!

Only place I will have my car serviced in Miami. Don t waste your time and money at other shops. MPI does it right the first time, and have continuously gone above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Kayla was amazing, super knowledgeable, took pride in her work and wouldn t stop until she figured out the issue. A++

Had a vibration in the steering wheel at 60-70mphof my Cayenne SUV with new tires that another shop tried to fix (balaced and re-balanced)- same issue. Turns out MPI is one of the few shops (outside of the dealership) that has a Hunter road force balance machine that addressed my issue. Not only is the team there extremely friendly and knowledgeable but they take their time to explain the issue and ultimately how they addressed it. (Having more than one location of weights on one side of the tire is an issue that needs to be addressed by road force balancing). I will come back here for all my future maintenance. Also, the shop is clean and has a great waiting area (wifi, TV, snack machine).

So far, the MPI team is very professional they work with you, not against you. Everything is straightforward, so there is no hidden agenda. They quote you a price for the work, and you let them know when you want to get it done and they have a beautiful waiting room. Just added a vending machine awesome.. Thank you, Alex, Ray, and the rest of the team for treating me like family! I love you guys!!!

Great shop! Highly recommended!Very knowledgeable, I took my car(Bmw 550)to other shops and BMW dealer about my issue and none could figure out the problem and Alex from AMP figured out the issue in minutes and got my baby up and running in no time. So if you re having issues with your car don t hesitate to check these guys out! A truly amazing experience dealing with them. Everyone on this ship is very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate guys doing what they love which is reflected on their quality of work. I ve been going to them for the past 4 years and taken there numerous of my cars.I would recommend those individuals who are into customizing (performance and look oriented) their cars. Their prices are very fair and most of the time even better than other shops. Let s not mention dealer prices.They also do maintenance and general repairs. I take my cars here to perform all my dealer recommended services and oil change.For further reference go on YouTube and search for their race cars. Give them a try and let their work do the talking. You will not be disappointed!

Cant complain! Spoke to Alex on the phone. Set an appointment, got me in the door and car on the lift at the time he said it would be done.As a service manager at a dealer this was super impressive and set a great example for me to hold my own store to higher standards. No one likes waiting around after their scheduled time. This guy guy killed it will return and implore anyone to bring the car to them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The piece of mind I have after bringing my car to MPI is great! They call and talk to you about what needs to be done and give great advice. The time that it takes to do the job is given and you will even get a phone call to update you. Great place. MPI is a fantastic shop. I have had high performance upgrades done there to my BMW as well as yesterday I took my vehicle in for regular service and maintenance. They are very knowledgeable, priced very reasonably and the work they deliver is always first class and top of the line. I would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Rey, Jack and the team at MPI are awesome.

Amazing job and price took my M4 to get downpipes and tune and they did all the same day and it was done high quality the results were amazing. Will be going back again to do some other to my car. Had a good experience with price, communication, quality, and customer service. Definitely recommend!

High quality service and speedy. I've taken my Q50 in twice to have 3 parts installed each time and got the car back within a few hours with no issues. Friendly and knowledgeable team but a little pricey, nevertheless I highly recommend MPI.

Truly happy with the way my cars always come out. I appreciate the honesty and great service. Not knowing much about cars and tunes have gotten me ripped off before but at MPI I ve taken notice that they want their customers to be happy with their services and accrue your money with most optimal performance.

Needed engine mounts for my BMW and brought it here without appointment. Finally running smooth again. Knowledgeable staff, nice shop with clean waiting area and best of all, Great Service . Thanks for taking the time to explain the issues with my car..definitely coming back here.

While moving from Dallas to Miami back in 2016 I was hoping to find BMW specialists that could meet all my 335is needs. Let me say, I could not have been luckier to have Rey and his team provide me their keen expertise and service for the past 4 years! Whether it was a simple oil change, or a complex tune and part upgrade, the diagnoses, prices, and recommendations were communicated professionally, always worth it, and incredibly rewarding. For as long as I have my vehicle (or for that matter, if I end up owning any other vehicle they specialize in), it will not be serviced at any other location. BEYOND EXCELLENT. All my thanks to you guys!!!

The service was excellent. Great customer service. My bmw driver door was locked from the Inside and outside, the actuator had to be replaced and the only way was to break the inside panel but MPI managed to get the job done while still keeping my inside panel in one piece! I m grateful for that. Thank you again!

Awesome place. Our first time there today with our BMW 1X. While we were waiting for job done on the car, Jack was very helpful answering a lot of questions we had since it's our first BMW. Happy we have a BMW SPECIALIST so close by. Can only highly recommend them!

My first encounter at MPI was the shop cleanliness and organization. It really set the tone for me when bringing my cars for service. Meeting Rey and Jack impressed me on how they diagnosed my problems on the spot and were quick on their turnaround times. I'm not the type of person to try and get something for free but I am a firm believer in what you pay for you will receive and the fair pricing for the excellent service was something that left me an impression that I just felt I had to leave a positive review. Thank you Rey and Jack for being in business and being able to help me with my cars! I highly recommend them and will refer anyone to them.

The cleanest ,friendliest and most hard working BMW repair and performance shop in Miami. Every time i go in they do all they can to repair my car quickly. They are honest and leaps and bounds beyond the customer service of any dealership. I will recommend MPI too all my friends and family.

The only place ill go to as long as I have my bmw they did great work each time the prices were more then fair even worked with me . and what ever was wrong with the car was what was wrong no fixing things to just make a extra dollar. no gimmicks no extra charges just great service I recommend them to every one who has a bmw and is in need of service. Also work very quick and get the car back to you soon no waiting weeks and weeks.
