My experience at this repair shop was beyond disappointing, it was downright disgraceful. Not only did they attempt to scam me into unnecessary repairs, but the disrespect escalated when they resorted to flirting and harassment. The blatant attempt to take advantage of a woman seeking honest service is unacceptable. I'm utterly disgusted by their behavior, and I strongly advise against anyone, especially women, visiting this repair shop. It's clear that their priorities lie in exploitation rather than providing genuine and respectful service. Steer clear and find an establishment that values integrity and professionalism.

I am compelled to share my horrendous experience with Motoro, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear. My interaction with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare, marked by abysmal service, blatant lies, and an utter disregard for customer satisfaction.First and foremost, Motoro exhibited a complete lack of transparency and honesty when it came to their services. I was promised that a crucial part for my vehicle would arrive on a specific day, only to find out a month later that the part was still nowhere to be seen. The deceitful nature of their promises is beyond infuriating, and it speaks volumes about the integrity of this establishment.Furthermore, the issue of overbooking cars seems to be a recurring problem at Motoro. Their irresponsible handling of reservations raises serious questions about their management and organizational capabilities. This lack of foresight has undoubtedly inconvenienced countless customers, myself included.Attempting to resolve these issues with the owner, Felix Mario Diaz Jr, has proven to be an exercise in futility. Despite my attempts to contact him and settle matters regarding my car, Mr. Diaz remains elusive and unresponsive. His blatant refusal to take responsibility for the problems at his establishment is both unprofessional and unacceptable.It is disheartening to note that the employees at Motoro are ill-equipped to handle such critical decisions. The absence of leadership and the inability to locate the owner further contribute to the chaos and frustration experienced by customers.In conclusion, I implore anyone reading this review to STAY FAR AWAY from Motoro for anything related to their vehicle. The combination of poor service, dishonesty, overbooking, and an unresponsive owner makes this establishment a risky and regrettable choice. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Motoro Car Repair Shop. I want to share my harrowing experience with the hope of preventing others from falling victim to what I can only describe as a scam operation.From the outset, the promises made by the owner and his team were nothing but a web of lies. My car was in need of repair, and I trusted Motoro Car to handle the job. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a year-long nightmare that ended with my vehicle in a worse state than when I first brought it in.the owner kept my car for almost 1 entire year. He just had to change the engine but months after months found more and more problems. When I was going their nobody could tell me what has been done or not.... and I got it back in a worst state that it was when I brought it to the repair shop. He claimed to have performed extensive repairs and improvements on my car, but upon closer inspection, it became evident that much of the work was either subpar.The most alarming part of this ordeal came to light when one of Motoro Car's former employees reached out to me. This whistleblower revealed thatthe owner had a history of fraudulent practices. The employee was fired for refusing to participate in these unethical activities.The lack of transparency and integrity displayed by Motoro Car is deeply concerning. The prolonged duration of the repairs and the subsequent degradation of my vehicle raise serious questions about the legitimacy of their operations. It is clear that not only failed to uphold their end of the bargain but actively engaged in dishonest practices at the expense of their customers.I implore anyone considering Motoro Car Repair Shop for their automotive needs to think twice. If you have doubts about their honesty or the quality of their work, feel free to reach out to me for more details or any proof ( I have a million of them) In my opinion, Motoro Car does not deserve the trust of any customer, and their doors should be closed to prevent further harm to unsuspecting individuals seeking reliable automotive services.

I'm Super disappointed with this place. It looked like a decent place to get my oil changed. They were able to service my VW TIGUAN right away. I came back about 40 minutes later after getting a haircut accross the street. Payed my bill, opened the hood and checked the engine oil. It was nearly empty! I checked it 2 more times and same result. So obviously I went back inside the office and told them to come see. The mechanic told me he put the amount that VW required and it was enough. It took him 5 more times checking it to realize he was making no sense. Had I not checked it my engine could have been royally effed. He eventually added more Oil but was reluctant. All I'm saying is check it yourself before you drive away. Terrible.

The mechanic is horrible, bad service, they didn't want to call the warranty. They didn't want to give me the diagnosis and the mechanic wanted to keep the money that they were charging me for 175. He wanted me to send it to him by CEL without consulting with the owner. I don't know.
