My experience was awesome, while visiting Miami, I decided to get my daughter s car serviced.I called the facility. They immediately emailed me a quote of my service needed. The service, staff and the facility is awesome. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience all around. Beautiful interior with complimentary coffee & a seating area.Fast service that was reasonably priced. Received a front & rear brake pad change, oil change, & air filter change on an 2014 Audi A7

Omg these guys are amazing! Kenny was great! Showed me the car before he serviced it! They showed me a price list for the future! I also Love that they have ice cream and soft drinks. I was There 30 minutes for oil change and they also topped my fluids and air on tires! Prices are reasonable by the way for a Porsche!

A lot of auto services are usually head aches to deal with full of shady business men who only want a quick and overpriced check.Happy to say that this was not one of them. Quality top of the line customer service and a genuine attitude which really made me feel comfortable.On top of that the service was excellent, my installations were done very professionally and at a reasonable price.I ll definitely be coming back here again !!

It s always an absolute pleasure doing business here. Very hard to find mechanics you can trust and these guys believe in good business. Won t overcharge or lie about diagnosis like many other shops I ve had to endure. These guys believe in creating relationships with their clients as opposed to the typical repair shop who is just looking for the quick buck. These guys showcase their commitment to you and your long term business through action and honesty. I had a different shop quote me 6k for the job and I am back in the road for less than 1500 and riding very smooth. Super happy with these guys and they will be the only guys to work in my car moving forward.A true 5 star place to do business with!

Highly recommended. Recently moved to Miami and needed a new mechanic. This shop is very trustworthy & extremely professional. They gave me the best price in town and the work was top quality. Great management and a pleasant staff!

Excellent service, everyone was very professional! I came in with a couple issues with my car and they automatically knew what was wrong with it. They were also very transparent about what i would be paying. They are super affordable and my car was fixed on time as promised.

I can only recommend this place. I ve been treated extremely good. The job was done in a professional manner and they really took care of my v�hicule.The time was quick and efficient.I was also looking at little details such as cleanness of the place and the way the employees explain the procedures and the time and respect they give you.I have nothing to comment on.My experience was perfect

Kenny, one of the techs, was very helpful with diagnosing my car when I came to the shop. He gave detailed explanations and the job was carried out thoroughly. I'm appreciative for him and the owner's help. Always a great experience at Motoro.

Amazing place! Well located. Close to my house in brickell. Went in for an oil change and they did a full review of my car and let me know if a coolant leak I was not even aware of. Saved me from loosing my engine and causing further damage to the car.HONEST, he will literally take you and show you the issues you have with your car easing your mindWould not go anywhere else

Great service! My husband took our Volkswagen due to an issue with the oil. They were very thorough and took car of the problem. We take both our cars for oil changes too, they re quick and prices are reasonable! Thanks Motoro Cars!

This place is trash, they'll try to find every unrelated way they can to rack up your bill. Including suggesting part changes you don't even need replaced. They even suggested changing parts I had already replaced a week prior. You'll spend 1k and still leave with the problem you came in with. The 170$ assement is a scam, they dont even check the entire car or give you any kind of report. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and money.

This place is awesome! Customer service for me is number one and they have it down pact! They answer the phone and messages with any questions or updates you may need.Was in and out within an hour. Had my tires replaced, they also did an alignment for me.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Motoro Car Repair Shop. I want to share my harrowing experience with the hope of preventing others from falling victim to what I can only describe as a scam operation.From the outset, the promises made by the owner and his team were nothing but a web of lies. My car was in need of repair, and I trusted Motoro Car to handle the job. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a year-long nightmare that ended with my vehicle in a worse state than when I first brought it in.the owner kept my car for almost 1 entire year. He just had to change the engine but months after months found more and more problems. When I was going their nobody could tell me what has been done or not.... and I got it back in a worst state that it was when I brought it to the repair shop. He claimed to have performed extensive repairs and improvements on my car, but upon closer inspection, it became evident that much of the work was either subpar.The most alarming part of this ordeal came to light when one of Motoro Car's former employees reached out to me. This whistleblower revealed thatthe owner had a history of fraudulent practices. The employee was fired for refusing to participate in these unethical activities.The lack of transparency and integrity displayed by Motoro Car is deeply concerning. The prolonged duration of the repairs and the subsequent degradation of my vehicle raise serious questions about the legitimacy of their operations. It is clear that they not only failed to uphold their end of the bargain but actively engaged in dishonest practices at the expense of their customers.I implore anyone considering Motoro Car Repair Shop for their automotive needs to think twice. If you have doubts about their honesty or the quality of their work, feel free to reach out to me for more details or any proof ( I have a million of them) In my opinion, Motoro Car does not deserve the trust of any customer, and their doors should be closed to prevent further harm to unsuspecting individuals seeking reliable automotive services.

I brought my car into Motoro for the first time today for routine maintenance and was extremely impressed with Motoro's professionalism, honesty, transparency and attention to detail. The quote I received was extremely reasonable and hundreds of dollars less than what the dealer quoted me. Charles was very thorough and gave me a detailed explanation of the services performed on my car. I was also very pleased and surprised by the quick turnaround time. I will definitely be returning for any auto maintenance services and repairs, and highly recommend Charles and Motoro to anyone looking for an excellent auto shop in the Miami area.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

I honestly don't understand some of the low reviews on here, because I had a great experience!! My car had died and they recommended a tow truck, were vocal about when to bring the car, and overall super communicative with regards to any update they encountered. My car was in and out in 3 business days with the change of a whole accelerator pedal, new air filters, cleaning of the throttle and an oil change. I hate getting my car looked at especially as a woman, but both my father and boyfriend were impressed with their prices and the service. Super reasonable, highly recommend and I will be coming back to do my routine oil changes :)

Came in with 1 problem left with 2 bigger problems. They denied malpractice and did not provide any refunds.Their lack of knowledge and customer service skills is concerning when you think about how many people can be affected by their negligence and ineptitude.Do yourselves a good favor and stay way from these incompetent so-called mechanics.Google should start allowing to rate 0 stars based on how awful the experience is with them.

The guys at Motoro cars always take care of me, especially Nadir and Youssef. Customer service in Miami is horrible in general but these guys are the complete opposite and know how to take care of their clients. If you looking to get any type of work on your car, whether it be custom work or general maintenance, don t hesitate to contact them. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Came in for a diagnostic. They were honest, thorough, and showed me exactly what was wrong. Even when I mentioned wanting to do some of the work myself, they were super friendly, offered tips and tricks to do those jobs if I were to do it myself, and gave me a quote in case i didnt. Im happy to say this is a place I can trust, and I will return whenever i need something done or checked out.

This place is very hospitable warm welcoming & most importantly they pay attention to details. Customer service is top notch & the employees are reliable and hard working. I would definitely recommend this place in a heart beat
