This may be my second review of any business ever. I have here about 5 or 6 times within about as many years. Always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They are always willing and able to go the extra mile. However, earlier this week, I was in need of some service and am going through hard times. They not only took this into consideration. They went the extra mile and then some. They took care of my needs and treated me as I would only expect family to treat me. They were unexpectedly empathetic to my hard times, and without me even asking for a break, they charged me well below the value of their service. When I asked for what I owed, the gentleman at the counter blew my mind with what he responded with. Without divulging that data on this platform, I can say that these folks have my business for as long as I have a heartbeat. When I stated that the cost was not possible to be that low, he simply replied, "Pay it forward."Miller Auto Care 2, I sincerely thank you.

Sad to see where this business went, I started coming here in their original location as it was close by, long wait times have been common since then, and I can only say the quality of business has only dwindled since. I dont know if it s the care of the workers that has depleted over the years, I have had to come back to fix a leak in my coolant(or so they say) 3 times in the past two months, with the mechanic telling me there is no issue and it should be fine only to have my engine overheat on the expressway today, leaving me to tow it to the shop, where they said they couldn t look at it today, and then nonetheless they couldn t even find my information for myself or the car. If its not snarky looks, it s them not knowing the issue, giving out close to no solutions, or vague solutions at that. Consistency and clearness towards any and every customer should be the goal of a good business. Not vague explanations, solutions and leaving your customer lost. Gladly will never be coming back

Terrible customer service, I called for a simple quote and the employee on the phone hung up without saying a word. That person is unprofessional and needs to get fired.

Wow, so sad ! My wife and I have been coming here for all our oil and tire changes. I spend good money on all their work. I'm not going back ever again cause of their attitude towards other customer's and also ripping me off with their prices. From know on, I'm going to miller and 107 ave. .... They are professional and also took the time to give me an estimate.

This place is is very questionable. I went to purchase a used tire for my car and in order for them to check if they had it, I was forced to give them my keys. I told the guy at the desk that I didn't see the logic of handing him my keys if I'm not even sure we are going to do business. I expressed my discomfort with that weird requirement and I was given an attitude and told that " that's how we work here". They made me wait for a while to eventually tell me the did not have the tire and had to remove a sticker from my keys. I've never been happier for business to tell me they couldn't help me. Bad customer service and strange protocol to serve their customers. Dont go there..

I called and asked if they do transmission oil changes and the response was no. I'm confused, if not a mechanic than who? Lol 2 stars because he was professional.

Awesome place, the owner is really cool and good people. The men working in the shop are friendly and professional. The front desk staff are friendly as well. The work was done flawlessly.

They attended to me quickly, like in 15 to 20 minutes I was ready to go. I took the oil and they put it in, they also refilled the air in the tires, the antifreeze and the glass liquid, for the same 20 dollars.

Fast service, good communication and fair pricing. I had my four tires replaced, balanced and aligned. Total time was less than one hour. Drove my car about 10 miles home and I have no complaints. Highly recommended.

Just got my car back from my first visit. I suspected my car had some major issues, but they said everything checks out fine, and the secretary even gave me a discount on one of their services since they didn't need to completely do it. I'm happy because they were honest and didn't "discover" problems which weren't there. I had no unexpected charges and only paid for labor. They said come back if my car still has problems, and I will.

I feel robbed. I went to Miller Auto Care 2 about 6 months ago to get 4 new tires with warranty. Magically the warranty isn t in their system when it was time to use it when I had issues with one of the tires. Don t waste your money on tires here take your money elsewhere.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Bought a used tire here. Good prices. Fast service and nice staff. English is limited (I had to speak with the lady in the office with another customer translating). Sorry to say this is just Miami. That being said, I liked it.

My husband always comes here to get his oil changed. Is my first time. They cordial and offer good service and prices. They have a new location. Is nice clean, with outside seating area.

The new address is 9798 Bird Road. I was going to the gas station and I ran over the 'Man Holes' they have where they open underground to put more gas. I got a big screw in my tire and it was leaking fast, the low tire pressure light immediately turned on. I drove over to their new location and within 30 minutes, my brand new tires I just got 2 weeks ago was fixed. The lady working in the front on July 19, 2020 around 10AM let me leave and pay her later because my debit card did not work. I been having an issue with the "chip" of the card and she allowed me to leave with no stress and I was able to return and pay them with cash from the ATM. Thank you so much to the owners of Miller auto care. The young women in the front should be rewarded for such great character and being a trusting person in a business like this. Thank you tons to Miller Auto Care. I will be back, and I will spread only good word.

Had me in an out in about 20 minutes for a flat tire. They try to push the used tires on you but I guess they try to save you money in some way. The longest was actually waiting for tow truck to arrive. I have always recommended them and they always deliver

I can't speak for the Long Haul yet because this just happened but I happen to blow a tire a block away from this place I pulled over to fix it and just before I was about to get my spare out I turned around and noticed this place directly behind me so I threw everything back in the trunk went to them and they had me out of there in under 10 minutes with a new tire hopefully it turns out good after seeing some of the horror stories but the people were professional and a woman behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys I appreciate it. ... update: they bothered not to balance the tire which caused shaking that I had fixed right away and with the driving i do that couldve lead to a big problem. Hoping this tire holds ...if its an emergency go and then go somewhere else for a follow up but if it can wait then go somewhere trustworthy

This place sucks ,don't get an alignment here ,alain the alignment tech loves to use pipe wrenches on the inner tie rod. Once the car is done, the inner tie rod is trashed and u will need a new one. Horrible horrible technician. The young girl at the front desk is the best employee they have there. She's very understanding ND gives great service. Other than that,everything else sucks ! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

On a Sunday morning, I needed 2 valves replaced on my front and rear right side tires. I was in and out in 15 minutes, 30 dollars plus taxes, and received the excellent customer service they always provide.

This is my 3rd time visiting the place, great service, fast and reliable. Prices are fair and they are always ready to help. My account was accessed quickly and checkout was a breeze. I will always recommend. Thanks!!
