Seems to be a consistent them with this place. Rude service people that answer the service line but tell you they don t do service. Told me car will be ready next day. Never heard from them for 3 days. Then told they suddenly researched part will take 10 days. Now have to collect my car and bring back in 2 weeks later. Mike

Second time I take my mustang in for warranty work and they did a great job. Tech left no sign that they were even there, despite dropping my differential and taking apart my door. Alejandro is the best service advisor there, ask for him. Remember to tip for a job well done. Thanks guys

Customer service was great but the prices are eye popping. An evaporator repair quoted at over 3500 was 1700 elsewhere at a top rated ac repair shop.

This is the worst dealer. Dropped my truck for mirror not opening sometimes, sunroof seal cracked (ordered more than 1 month in advance), and the roof strip loose (missing rivet). After 1 week without anybody contacted me, I called 4 times (same day) with promises they will call back. The 4 time they call me back and say they needed 3 more days to replace the sunroof seal. They never fixed the mirror. Took them 1 week to install one rivet. I asked them for loaner and denied to grant me that. This is not the first time I had issues there, las oil change I still have no idea if they did it, they never put the sticker. Time to move from Ford. They will lie in your face. On the service department my only good experience was with Mike and guy on the (payment) window.

First time bring my new Ford I bought in December of 2022. Mike is my new adviser for my truck. Very nice and knowledgeable about fords. Will continue to us this Ford and Mike as my advisor. Thanks for great customer service.

Leonardo delivered as promised on my two service recall repairs for my 2022 Maverick Hybrid, which is the best truck I have ever owned. Very professional and he followed through promptly on my requests.

My estimated wait time was 1-2 hours, yet I am going on hour 4 and they need another hour. Youre time is an after thought here. Their customers lounge has a tv with the volume at zero. Will not be bringing my car back.

Spoke with renso on the phone to confirm a price he called me and was being short with me didn't answer my question he hung up on me mid-conversation and was tapping he's pen acting like he was annoyed he was only speaking Spanish when I was speaking English to him. This is why tesla is the future so you don't have to deal with people who hate there job. Florida customer service you know how it is.

My service provider Renzo was phenomenal. He worked around my schedule to drop off my truck for its first service. They were professional, personable, and respected my time. Renzo was able to secure an Uber to take me back home and later in the day, an Uber to bring me to the dealer to pickup the truck. Totally seamless process. Very happy with my experience!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Called could not talk to parts. Stop by part needed was not available talk to a sales persone onthe way out about placing an order and detail. Salesperson pretty ignorant of the EV ordering process.

Me parece un poco incoherente que en la pagina web hagan escribir lo que necesito para que un se�or de mala gana que ni los buenos dias dice me diga al llegar al servicio que que necesito hacerle al carro y por nada mas ponerle el scanner al auto me diga que son 200$.Deberian especificar o contactar al cliente para no hacerlo perder el tiempo.

Leonardo in the oil change area is a charlatan who wants to charge old ladies who don't know about cars an oil change for 90 dollars when it costs 40 with the story that it is "maintenance" when no charge is requested. maintenance.
