Recently took my Mercedes in for an A service. They were very fair with pricing and upfront. I appreciate that they showed me evidence that my car needed some additional work and quoted it before preforming the work. Would definitely recommend them and will be back!

Amazing Service, Above and Beyond! Honest, !!! hard to find these days. IM. PRESS. IVE!!!Very impressed with the service for my 2014 Jaguar F type! Manager Felipe who Is also active technician was great explaining what needed to be done and why. Seamless transition from dropping car off until picking it up. Realistic goals related to completion of service, great communication by text message which is a major plus!He provided photos of the problematic parts before beginning the repair, an accurate and competitive invoice was provided. He even showed the old parts to me in person after replacing them. This element gives a piece of mind when luxury car maintenance is so high.My experience with Jaguar pompano beach was absolute nightmare! I had my brake pads and rotors changed at Miami Euro and it was one of the best experiences I ve had. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel at home. This place is Great! Best Shop for your Mercedes! 10/10 would recommend!I just brought a Mercedes from what I thought was a reputable dealer. Turns out the some of the electrical components of the car were having issues I received a quote from the dealer but I decided to shop around first..I heard of Miami Euro Auto Center from a friend and I decided to check it out. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable!!! I showed them the quote from the dealership and they gave me their honest opinion that I was gonna overpay for something so simple they gave me a much better price and they fixed my issue without any problems!They treated me and my car with respect and were courteous. Plus the shop is extremely clean.

Finally an honest and experienced mechanic!! I ve been jumping from place to place always with expensive and not honest people, this guys were recommended and I have been doing the same. I also like that when they diagnose my car, they give me options, different scenarios and prices so I can decide what to spend to fix it. Bravo! What kind of mechanic does that?? Come on!

Came in to get new breaks and have my check engine light checked. I was happy with the price and service. Very nice staff. A clean bathroom as well as waiting area with Wi-Fi. Not what you expect from a mechanic shop lol. They even offered me and the other people who were waiting ice cold water bottles. Nice touch! Definitely recommend.

I took my 2006 BMW 3-Series there and was very happy with the service. A rare gem in the car repair world. Incredibly helpful and trustworthy team. I called Felipe ahead of time who helped squeeze me in quickly. He gave a clear timeline and discussed pricing options with me. No hidden surprises. Will definitely go back for any repair needs.

Amazing Service. The Employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is well kept and clean (unlike some places that have grease everywhere. These guys keep their Customer waiting area VERY CLEAN!They aren t like your typical mechanics here in Miami they act like they thoroughly enjoy Cars and working on them. They never try to price gauge. This is the 3rd time I ve gone to them for service maintenance since I ve had my car and I ll continue to bring my BMW!Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

My husband took our car for an oil change. Ronald the technician serviced our car, did an exceptional job changing our oil and did not expect him to check all fluids & tire pressure on the vehicle which he did. I will never ~tire~ of exclaiming about what a great auto center this is! The service, location, and efficiency of this repair center is one of a kind. I came here to get my tires aligned, oil checked, and to get a transmission service. As a woman, I have never felt comfortable going to a repair shop, but the mechanics were very respectful and provided me with thorough explanations for my car maintenance which allowed me to trust their expertise. My car was good as new after this visit and I m so glad I discovered this place!Services: Wheel alignment, Transmission repair, Brakes, Oil change

Came to this shop get my car diagnosed. I had numerous of other mechanics attempting to find the issue with my vehicle; however, the guys at Miami Euro were able to pin point what was wrong within the matter of minutes. Customer service was outstanding and would highly strongly recommend to others if they need work done to their cars. Either to a basic car that I drive to high performance vehicles they will take care of you.

I m happy with the service I got here. My car is a 2016 Mercedes GT AMG . The team is very friendly. I took my car to different shops and this shop has the best prices and are very professional and knowledgeable. Their service to the people not only the car was the reason I decided to leave my car here. The atmosphere is awesome I highly recommend!! I have had a BMW now for 2 years and was in real need for a local certified mechanic that wasnt going to rip me off or treat me like a number how Braman or South Miami motors has done. In calling for estimates, I spoke with Felipe over the phone and it was like talking to a buddy of mine. He educated me on the repairs I needed and provided a reasonable estimate. I arranged to have the car towed to the shop the following day and everything went so smooth throughout the entire time they has my car. The location is located very close to beach/downtown/brickell too which is great. He updated me through text and politely responded in a timely manner whenever I would reach out for updates. Once the car was ready, I made my way up to the shop. One of the mechanics was working on a car in the bay. He saw me walk into the waiting room and stopped working on the car to come offer me a freezing cold bottle of water. How awesome is that! The shop was nice and mechanics were all young professional guys that seemed to enjoy what they were doing- fixing euro cars with their buddies or what not. It was a great vibe. During check out everything was covered thoroughly and I was able to ask questions and not feel dumb or I wasnt upsold or told I needed a bunch of other work done like how the dealership usually does. I am so glad I discovered Miami Euro Auto Center!

David was wonderful to work with in terms of communication and follow up; they came in extremely well priced compared to the Audi dealership who I will never go back to now. I took my Mini Cooper to diagnose why my car was running hot. They replaced the thermostat and advised replacing the serpentine belt. Jairo and Felipe are very professional and the price of repairing the car was reasonable. I highly recommend Miami Euro Auto Center.

Had an appointment 9.30, brought my Q5 for a transmission issue. The guy didn t know anything else than changing oil and regular repairs or didn t really wanna work that day.He finally told me that he didn t really know what the problem was, but charged me $60 for 30min work.I went to a REAL euro car repair shop and got the problem solved in a couple hours. Please don t open a euro car shop if you know nothing about these cars, you are just making people waste their time.

I called for a quote on a 2010 Mercedes glk 350 Red long story short I had a mechanic stold money from me bad work so I took my car here and the guys where amazing friendly I had it tow to them they text all the time gave me all info needed to fix my car at a fair price not to expensive totally recommended thank you guys happy with the service and car fix.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery
