If only i had done a little research before bringing my car here. the tech mike completely botched the motor work he did on my car, left it non operating and ended up costing me 2,000 to have his mistake repaired elsewhere !!! the owner enrique did nothing to help. please do not take your car there. horrible people

Enrique and his team are incredible! They have helped me time after time to get my cars back on the road at an affordable price. Quick diagnosis and accurate servicing. Over the years they have become like family and my trusted advisors when it comes to all things vehicles. If you need mechanic work done, this is the place to go. I highly recommend!

I want to give a five star to this mechanic because they indeed helped me right away with my truck motor starter, It took them not days but 2 hours to fix the problem which they were able to figure out right away. Advise call first and ask if they can fix it same day that way they know n u know if it s going to work out well. My husband was able not to miss work, Thank you all for been reliable and nice!

I attempted to get my a/c fixed with the Ford dealership on US1 & 154. They lost my work order ticket and my car sat in their parking lot for 2wks!! Called & left messages and no one ever returned my calls. They have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to show up to see what was going on. Adding insult to injury, after I showed up and spoke to the manager (who was apologetic & kind), I got a same day estimate of roughly $4,000. (Which included 10 hours under the car ). Yeah, needless to say, I left!!Ended up in Miami Car Care where the service, interaction & attention to my needs was spectacular. In 2 days, I got a new a/c motor with warranty and fixed a minor window issue I had for $1,100. It took roughly 2 hours!Finally, an honest and reasonable mechanic who truly cares about his customers and the relationship he establishes with them. I will definitely use Enrique again and share my experience to help promote good quality help, reasonable pricing and amazing service!!! My family and I bring our cars here to get worked on and serviced. We ve been coming here for the last 2 years and the service is unbeatable, the quality is fantastic and the staff is amazing!My father and I both brought our cars here to get a pre-purchase inspection and they helped us make the right choice and steered us in the right direction.Thank you Enrique and staff for your help, honesty and quality. The absolute worst place i couldve ever taken my car. The tech Mike completely broke off the tcm adapters when doing a transmission swap on my car, costing me 800$ on a new tcm. Enrique the owner and mike both refused to take fault and pay for damages. Now started having problems with engine vibrating on gear took it to another shop and was provided with photos showing when transmission was changed, the tech mike attached the transmission mount completely incorrectly causing it to shift and cause the vibrations. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from these "professionals" horrible sloppy job. waste of time and money. If i could give them 0 stars i would.

So glad I found Miami Car Care. Mechanic who worked on my car was very experienced with Saturns. Found actual cause of old oil leak and fixed it. Previous mechanic had told me there was no point in fixing it because it would just start leaking again. Because oil was dripping on the starter, the starter went out and the oil drip would have taken it out again within the year. Very comforting to know I can now take my Saturn Relay to someone who knows it. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Awesome place.

I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service I received from Enrique and his team at Miami Car Care.Recently, I encountered an issue with an extended warranty on our vehicle, and Enrique's expertise was invaluable in navigating the process. He explained the situation clearly the process and how it works, and managed my expectations, ensuring I knew what to anticipate next. It was reassuring to know that they were closely monitoring the problem, waiting for it to become more pronounced before moving forward with the warranty work and for the best chance of getting it covered by the extended warranty company.Another problem arose with my brakes, which had been serviced by a different mechanic shop in March. Over time, they began to skid, causing concern. I brought the car to Miami Car Care, and one of Enrique's technicians Mike promptly attended to the matter. He carefully listened to my concerns, inspected the brakes, and quickly identified the issue. Apparently, a critical step was overlooked during the installation, that by leaving a film on the new rotors that hindered smooth braking. This was an oversight from the previous mechanic shop.Mike took the time to explain the problem to me, and we went for a test drive to ensure it was resolved. I was blown away by the difference the brakes were performing properly.One thing that stood out to me was their dedication to putting the customer first. They didn't rush for a quick fix; instead, they made sure the problem was thoroughly resolved, even advising us to wait for dry conditions to test the brakes fully. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is rare.Moving forward, I have made Miami Car Care my go-to mechanic. It's comforting to know that their priority is delivering exceptional service, with customer satisfaction, rather than merely focusing on only financial gain.

It was my first time going to Miami Car Care to get an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to take me in pretty quickly considering that I gave them such short notice. The owner was really friendly and accommodating and they were very efficient and did a great job. The prices are also very fair. I am so glad I found them and will definitely be going there for all my future car needs. I highly recommend them!

I took my Jeep to Miami Car Care, certified service mechanic for my car warranty, for a faulty alternator. They fixed the car in 4 hours!!! The job was professionally done. Enrique and staff provided a friendly and accurate service. The best part they are located 5 minutes from where I live. I finally found a competent and honest shop. Thank you guys. You will see me again!

Took my 1999 Mazda Miata for a clutch fix they were able to diagnosis and fix the same day. Very trustworthy and reliable, happy to take my older car there. Will be going for all mechanic work!

Enrique is a real standup guy, I don t trust to many mechanics, but this one is genuinely a good guy, when he says he fixed the problem believe me it s done, and he honors his warranty agreement between his customers.

Took about a week, but these guys did a good job. They replaced my water pump, thermostat, and timing belt due to my engine overheating. They also helped me with a valve cover gasket leak, which i know is common for my toyota sienna, and spark plugs. Only issue is that the auto tech doesnt speak english, and i would've loved to communicate with him to learn more about my vehicle, but the office employee was sufficient enough to help me out with general questions, so good on you, Enrique.Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance
