Richard and his team are the best in what they do. They re honest and transparent about their pricing. I ve taken my car in for maintenance and replacement parts and they always come through. It s good peace of mind when I drive away knowing the job was done responsibly and without worry about it coming up again.

I took my car in to fix up my AC and I have to say the service and timing of completion was excellent! These guys know what they re doing and really care for their customers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great mechanics

Steer Clear of this place Unprofessional and Slow ServiceI'm writing this review to warn others about my incredibly frustrating experience with this Shop.Unacceptably Long Wait Times:Simple light bulb change:I brought my car in for a simple headlight bulb replacement. The estimated time for this job was 1 hour. However, unbelievably, it took them two days to complete! Such a routine task is an outrageously long time, leaving me stranded without a car for longer than necessary.The diagnosis followed by neglect:After the light bulb fiasco, I returned my other car with the engine light on. They identified the problem, but the car sat outside for 4 days before any work began! This is entirely unacceptable.When I came in on Friday asking for my car, they told me to come inside and show me the cars we are working on today, but not mine after four days! When I asked about this, they said here is your key. You can take the car if you like.Lack of Communication and Care:Throughout my experience, there needed to be more communication from the shop. I had to constantly call and inquire about the status of my car, only to receive vague responses or be placed on hold for extended periods. This entire experience felt incredibly unprofessional and completely disregarded my time and needs.They don't answer the phone!Recommendation:I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you're looking for a reliable and efficient mechanic. Plenty of other shops value their customers' time and provide transparent communication. Please just avoid the frustration and wasted time I had at Miami Auto Care Center.

Very friendly and honest staff. I appreciated their professionalism along with their expertise. Even though I was advised about soon to happen wear and tear on my vehicle, It was not like other shops where it feels like they are trying to sell you on other services for their benefit. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a new auto shop or mechanic.

Very detail oriented and family friendly shop. Emphasizing great customer service and experience. Reasonable prices on transparency. This is truly a one stop shop for any auto care needs. The best part if they can t do it they know where you can get it done and not lose an arm and a leg!

I took my Corolla to get my tire patched here. I was given swift & incredible service by Richard who was outstanding with explaining to me some specific auto care terms I was unfamiliar with along with getting my tire patched. I will certainly be coming here for the forceable future!

Went down by miami to visit my parents and had an issue with an EVAP sensor that was preventing my car from starting. Issue came up last minute at the end of my trip and I was stressing it since I didn t have a ride home without my car.These guys took my car in with a last minute drop off and fixed it right up by end of day. Super thankful and happy to know I have a trustworthy local mechanic that always takes care of my car troubles when I m visiting Kendall.Keep up the good work!

Richard is a very kind,helpful,and Knowledgeable Manager. These guys are Awesome, honest, and Reasonably priced. I trust them for all my maintenance and repairs. Not to mention fast in my personal experience from previous other businesses. But never again. I am sticking with these guys.Thanks Guys

I came to get my oil change on a Saturday with a toddler Richard and his team were amazing. An AMAZING AMAZING autocare center that I recommend to everyone! Their mechanics and staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially Richard who I trust my life with! They go above and beyond, and do not try to charge extra fees. They also have a lifetime-warranty for all their parts, much longer than other auto-repair shops who usually only offer a 1-year warranty. I have had some car issues that turned out to be simple fixes on my end (which they could have taken totally taken advantage of and charge me lots of money for, which goes to show the honesty of their business), but I have never felt shamed by them, even if I was embarrassed myself. If you are looking at this business for repairs or services, CHOOSE THEM!! My family will be going to them for all our car needs since they're unbeatable, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Richard and his crew were wonderful and professional also very polite.,the waiting area was very nice and the bathroom was very new nice and very very clean. I am recommending this place of business to all my friends, I give it a 10 + in my book and that's rare coming from me, is nice to see that they are business and owners that make you want to come back.

GRADE A customer service! This is the first mechanic I have been to that didn't try to tag some extra fee on to my bill or convince me I needed additional repairs (I maintain my car well so I shouldn't). The waiting area is clean and well maintained with the nicest woman working behind the desk. I'll definitely be returning!Service: BrakesService: Brakes
