I ve been using this company since I bought my car, and they have been nothing but wonderful for me. Mark is always eager to help, and gets a mechanic to me in a very reasonable time. I am very happy with their work, and the mechanics that get sent to me are always happy to show me what they are doing, and I never feel pressured into getting something fixed that is not necessary. I highly recommend this organization.

I absolutely adored Mark and Ramon customer service. They were pleasant, respectful, honest, polite, responsive and very very helpful. I honestly wish I can have services like this in NY. If you re looking to book great mechanics and experience a great source of help, book with them. You will not regret it! Ramon is super super helpful and Mark makes sure everything goes as planned! I recommend booking with them! Thanks so much guys, I truly appreciated working with the you both.

These guys are the real deal. My car was stranded in Coconut Grove for weeks because the serpentine belt kept slipping off and I had no idea what the problem was. Gave these guys a call and operator Mark was very helpful. Mark sent one of his guys to my location and he immediately identified the issue. After weeks of my car being practically undrivable, they had me back on the road in under 30 minutes. Sincerely, I would recommend these guys to anybody

Outstanding Mobile Mechanics Service.I had a very sudden, out of nowhere issue with my power steering. I called this company and was connected to Mark instantly - no need to wait for a call back. He assured me that he had someone available the same day to come take a look at my car.Enter Ramon, the kindest, most professional and patient mechanic I've ever come across. He not only was at my door within 2 hrs of my original call, he took his time to diagnose the car, found the issue immediately and DID NOT try to push sales of things I did not need or rush at tall. He looked everywhere to make sure the car was ok. He even told me my battery was having issues and to contact AAA because it was still under warranty, it was!. Ramon gave me a diagnostics and quote that same evening, I approved it, he ordered the parts and within a couple of days (once parts arrived) he came back, did the job on site and today I drove 40 minutes like nothing ever happened.He went above and beyond with what was needed and did not push for any unnecessary parts or services.Ladies, If you are like me, mechanics scare you because you've probably been burned by one. These guys are ethical. Their prices are extremely fair and they are true professionals. I highly recommend them. They are now saved on my phone for any future repairs/maintenance for my car. Outstanding service, follow up on every step of the process and even after the job was completed. I have not experienced service like this in Miami ever before. Exceptional. I NEVER write reviews on google but these guys deserve it. Thank you Mark and Ramon.

Lewis did an amazing job!!! My front roters and all 4 pads needed replaced urgently and he was able to see me same day on a Sunday. He also did an oil change and replaced my air filters. I m extremely happy with his work and my car looks sounds and feels better than it did before. Thanks guys!

It s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days and shopping around online for the perfect one can be a challenge. But after reading reviews and no one calling me back but the owner Mark that says a lot. Mark was very helpful and attentive with helping me with my car. Later that day Eddie came out and fixed to issue. So knowledgable and professional, Eddie explained everything to me from what was wrong to how d it happened to how it s gonna be repaired. Really felt like I can trust him with my car. I am utterly satisfied with my choice and happy to be a new client.

The customer service through the phone was great , but the mechanic wasn t reliable.. I text two days in the row being patient and got a time for him to come and he didn t at all , didn t even call or text me back and no coming out to see the problem with my car just suggested buying brake pads over the phone when that wasn t even the problem. I trust In the reviews , but didn t received the same service.

I had a great experience using them. Mark was answered the first time I called and was able to set up an appointment for me right away. C-Lo was my mechanic. He was professional, efficient, and detail oriented. He got the job done the right way and was patient with me whenever I had a question.

Steven is/was a very professional and very thorough. He comes out and assess the issue and gives you fair options as to which direction to go. I felt bad for the guy because it was raining and he was still out there servicing my vehicle. Again truly professional and great at his craft. Will definitely be doing business with him again and referring friends and family...

Had my 2009 Maxima alternator fixed by a awesome mechanic named Steve.......Mark gave me a great price on the estimate and i had go with him, very satisfied. If I can't fix myself I will definitely call them again.

First time customer here and will return. Mark assisted immediately with scheduling and Eddie was very helpful. I called by 8am and by 2pm I had brakes changed and two oil changes done. All parts shared before installing, earned my trust.

They were fast and knowledgeable. They went out if their way to help me on a weekend at last minute notice. Eddie was great and courteous. He made sure the job was done right. The price was fair as well. Hard to find good honest mechanics. I'll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Considering today is a Sunday I didn t have high hopes for getting my car battery replaced the same day. However I came across Mechanics in Motion and was very pleasantly surprised!! My first encounter was with Mark who was professional, friendly and very quick to act. I spoke with him around 12 pm and had Adam at my house an hour later replacing my battery. He even went to the store to pick it up. Adam also was very knowledgeable, friendly , polite and just overall provided great service! I am beyond thankful to both Mark and Adam for making this such a pleasant experience! If you are looking for knowledgeable and friendly staff, convenient and quick service then this is definitely the place!!!Service: Auto battery replacement

I operate a small business with 5 trucks. We can t afford to have a trucks sitting at a traditional mechanic shop for 1 whole day for a brake job. We decided to try this company. I was very impressed with their communication and fairness in price. Ramon the mechanic communicated well and did a great job. The owner of the business also followed up and made sure the repair was done correctly. They changed the brakes on a 2016 Nissan Frontier. I gotta be honest. Stay away from these ppl, its nothing personal I just gotta keep it 100. The mechanic they sent me is more of a building contractor instead of an actual mechanic. But let me get straight to point, my car s lower control arm broke, paid the mechanic like $450, but he initially tried to charge me $600, got a new lower control arm installed but then come to find out when my car was driving and I ll try to hit the brakes it would make weird metal to metal noises. Come to find out my brake pads were installed backwards and I needed new rotors. Whats funny is how Mark to press me about $50 I owed them after the type of service I got.

I was in the market to purchase a new to me vehicle and found the perfect one for me. However, it was located 1550 miles from me. I reached out and spoke to Mark. I explained my situation, my concerns and what I was trying to accomplish. He completely understood and explained to me in detail what services they could provide and it was exactly what I needed. Mark set up the vehicle for a pre purchase inspection stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process so that I would understand the steps being taken. He had the vehicle scheduled for inspection within 24 hours!!! Once the mechanic assigned for my inspection, Ramone, was notified he also reached out to me. Ramone explained what his inspection would could consist of and what I could expect from him. He remained in contact with the day of the inspection, immediately after the inspection and even after he sent me the pictures, video and findings to make sure I located and had everything I needed. I can not speak more highly about the service and respect I have received including the follow up call today to make sure I had everything I needed!! If I am ever in this type of situation I will 1000% go with them again. If you need ANY type of service they offer they go above and beyond!!! Steven is literally the best! I called him he came to me in less than 30 minutes, brung me a new starter and installed it in no time! He's someone who is very knowledgeable in his field of business. He works fast and efficiently, great customer service and the prices are reasonable! He's a genuine person who is passionate about what he does and isn't trying to get over! My car battery died.. After experiencing terrible service from AAA I searched for another mobile battery service on line.I found found mechanics in motion online and called them.Mark called me back in a few minutes and described the service the service they could offer including the price and the timeline .Eddie arrived and delivered the service 100% as described.I wish I had called them first!Mark kept me informed throughout and called after the service was completed to evaluate my experience..They were both very professional and honest and delivered excellent service. Be aware they send me a thief mechanic who after I waited 6 hours he tooked my battery and stole 280$ cash and left never comed back I had to call cops and a new company for repair my car,,,,they did refund me the 280$ but not the cost of my battery he tooked and all the stress I had during this situation while I was working,,,think twice before using mobile mechanic in Miami,

Firstly, very good communication and response time with Adam.**Take note **Before having a mechanic come out to give a diagnosis on your car. Please make sure they can actually work on your car.I paid for a diagnostic just for the mechanic to inform me that he could not work on my car/ didn t want to take the job for reasons that were not disclosed prior.They definitely need a different policy set in place with mobile diagnoses.Being a woman with car issues is already an experience that one is hesitant about and this did not make it any better.After paying I felt like I was in the same position that I started in.And I definitely felt robbed/shorted.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Mechanics in Motion saved me in my time of need, I woke up one day to find out my car (Mercedes-Benz) was not starting, instead of calling a tow truck & going to a mechanic shop I counted on this company to come out and help me, they did a diagnostic check and two days later replaced my starter efficiently and safety. My car has been in great condition since and I am very satisfied with the work and attention to detail Mark & Ramon put into my case. Highly recommend for anyone who has a last minute emergency with their vehicle!!
