I have been bringing my cars and business trucks to the shop for over 18 years. My only regret was not writing this review sooner. There are very few places out there where you can get good service, at a reasonable price, and still feel like if you re in a family ambience. The Naranjo s have kept that tradition and from the looks of it will keep it for the life of the shop. Thank you!

Call and never get an answer. Request a quote and the ladies are super disrespectful they say someone will call you back and they don t. Then when you ask to speak with a gentleman they hang up on your face.Stop of that I took my Porsche here twice and both times for the oil changes the levels were done wrong causing the oil lights to come on.They won t quote you over phone and change prices everytime your call comes in. Very inconsistent and very rude front desk. When you are there in person it s Roush and all over the place.

If it wasn t for this place i honestly don t believe I would have been able to keep my Maserati. I brought the car when the economy was good now with everything being expensive his prices is still reasonable I m able to get through. Beside the work the staff is just AMAZING. I was out of town for months and after the work was done they went above and beyond to help out until my return. Im in a lost for words tbh . I honestly don t know what i would ve done if I hadn t found them and God definitely lead me to their shop. I will never take my vehicle any place else. Pedro, his wife and son were a dream! Recently moved from Canada and drove my Audi to town. They were all very kind and super affordable. If you have a foreign, don t bother wasting your money taking it to a dealership. This is the place!!

I have been going here for 12 years now. It's a family-owned affair busy. They are fair and hard-working people. Pedro the father, his wife, his son, and his daughter-in-law, are the business with his crew of well-trained and experienced mechanics. Pedro alone has over 30 years of experience. If you add up the other mechanic's experience you easily have 100 years or close of knowledge. Overall if they cannot fix your car they will tell you and recommend you to someone who can. I give my full-hearted recommendation.

They have been my trusted mechanics for over 5 years, have always been honest about what I need, and often they send videos of the car so you can see what is the problem and what is needed. They are also very professional and friendly. I have personally gotten a ride to my office while they work on the car. Thanks Pedro, Jonathan, and Sara!

Jonathan and the crew at NAPA here were very courteous, polite, and helpful. Their communication is excellent and I would highly recommend their services. They seem to have a lot of experience and I believe they would treat anyone's property as if it were their own.

The mechanics here aren t out to rob you or cause your accounts damage. Every detail of your automobile will be examined, discussed and prepped before any repairs are started. My favorite part was the atmosphere. It made me reminisce about working on my dad s cars when I didn t care about how my nail beds looked or the grease streaks on my thighs. If you like good, nay, FABULOUS service from lug nuts to fuel injectors, roll on in. They ll take care of you.

I must say this is one of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had at a shop. Jonathan is a class act and explains everything to you and gives you an honest rundown of prices before starting work. He kept it real with me on what I needed to do and what I could wait on. I m loyal to businesses that take pride like this and treat customers fairly. I ll be back for any future work needed I love this place!

I've been to a lot of mechanics in Miami, never finding one I felt comfortable with. I was recommended MBC Napa auto care by an autozone employee. Driving up, there are cars everywhere. Even without an appointment, I spoke to Jonathan, and he listened to my problems and was helpful and kind. He and his father, Pedro, knew the names of the people in their waiting room and were concerned about getting people out on time. They were helping with credit for payment plans, and another mechanic came through offering cortadito. Who knew there is such a great family run business in Miami.

I can t say enough good things about MBC. They take pride in their business and it shows. Jonathan is honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, a great communicator and transparent about what your car needs and what it will cost without game playing or other deceptive tactics. In addition, they re super efficient and nice. It s refreshing to find people that take pride in their work and understand that true customer loyalty is based on relationship building and trust.

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing service and Jonathan did a great job communicating all of my options, explained the details of the repairs and why, and even posted progress videos of my car as it was being repaired on Instagram. Pricing was very fair and he gave me a few different options for my situation. Johnathan, his father, and his wife were all very helpful and made this the easiest car repair I've ever had. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in South Florida in need of a mechanic.

Great people and friendly service who share the details with you (if you want them) and do a great job at very fair prices. Very capable too and able to bring savings with what they can do in house. Very transparent service. Sent me videos during the work and accommodated my attention to detail even painting my exhaust system for me and it looks and sounds great. Good job guys.

Pedro and his team did an outstanding fixing the starter in my SUV. They were communicative, professional and extremely client centric. I was very impressed with the entire team! Having your vehicle serviced can be stressful, MBC made it seamless. A++++!!!

I have been coming to Pedro's shop for around 15 years, maybe more. It's a family-owned business, and they treat you like family. You always get an honest assessment, a fair cost estimate, and great customer service. There are so many people out there looking to exploit you when your vehicle is broken down, but these guys always tell you how it is, that's peace of mind I wouldn't trade for anything.

I had some mechanical work done here in the past on my Toyota and their work was very good, so, when I recently needed some body work done, I was happy to hear that they now have a body shop too. Just like the mechanical work they did before, the body work turned out great! They went above and beyond to make me happy and the repair is perfect. The prices were very good and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. As a woman, I feel really comfortable taking my car to this shop. They are very honest, fair, and do great work. I will go here for anything I need in the future and will be recommending them to all of my friends. It's difficult to find a place this good in Miami...I HIGHLY recommend Jonathan and Pedro and their whole crew!

Family owned and operated. Phenomenal service and fair pricing. The owner Pedro gave me a ride to work and his son Jonathan went as far as ordering an Uber to pick me up once the work was done. Customer service and attention to detail is superior to other shops. Pedro's wife even gave me a cough drop when she noticed that I had a cough. Jonathan's wife explained everything to me on the phone and in person in a clear and concise manner. Jonathan is a difference-maker in customer service. I definitely recommend and I will definitely be returning for all my repair jobs.

Can't speak highly enough about Jonathan and his staff!!! I know how stressful it can be to try and find an honest mechanic, but look no further. Excellent work, fairly priced and done quickly. This garage is definitely a labor of love, family owned and rare to find these days. Highly recommmend!

This family owned business has been a life saver for me. They are very fair with pricing, quick, and do a great job. When my old mechanic sold his shop, I was devastated. But I think I found the best place in Miami.

The quality was excellent! Everyone was so nice, but with a great level of professionalism! The value of my repair was awesome. And the car was faster than expected. Overall, an excellent job :D
