Simply GREAT!Since the first moment I stepped in the office Miss Tara made me feel appreciated and took care of my case with a really good attitude.The staff who I was able to interact was very professional, timely and clean. and on top, as a courtesy, they cleaned my car.They are Customer Service Oriented!Thanks guys!

I just had my car serviced here for the second time. Luis is my service advisor is amazing and so awesome to work with. Their prices are so fair, and they treat their customers with respect and give honest evaluations of the services required for your vehicle. A friend who uses M&R for most of their auto needs referred me. I can only say positive things about them. The front desk personnel were very professional and courteous (especially Tara). Price was very reasonable for the brake rotor resurfacing job that was needed. You have to make an appointment for them to take a look at the car and give an estimate. It took about an hour for them to call me back and reveal the estimate. By end of day, the car was ready. I am very satisfied and I will definitely use them the auto repair needs of our household.Service: Brakes

I was recommended M&R Auto Repair and I am so thankful. Excellent service on all my auto needs which have been extensive after a drive down from the northeast. Pricing is fair and they kept me informed every step of the way. I knew I was in good hands when they told me what my auto needed and what could wait. Service is personal and professional. Finding a trusted mechanic in a new city is beyond intimidating. I had a wonderful first experience with M&R Auto and I want to start by saying how amazing Tara is - her customer service went above and beyond. From communicating everything in a timely manner to working with me to ensure my car had what it needed done (especially to fit within my budget). The work was done within 48 hours of dropping off my car and they have reasonable hours. I definitely plan on returning and recommending them to others.

After a bad experience with Toyota Service, I went to M&R to get an opinion for a strong vibration while accelerating on a Tacoma pick-up. M&R ran a diagnostic and rode the truck with me to verify that we were taking about the same problem. Their diagnostic was correct - Defective drive shaft U-joints - The work was completed the next day and the truck runs smooth again.Thanks

I have been using M &R for at least a decade for numerous repairs and have been satisfied with their work every time. They have repaired/replaced many components on numerous vehicles including replacing an engine. I took my truck there & the estimate was too much for me. So they diagnosed my issues & on the receipt says they topped off all my fluids. However, 4 days later at my usual mechanic there was no wiper fluid, I was extremely low on oil & power steering. Employee said they were just looking for mechanical issues & that that was a courtesy...Courtesy would be being honest & not putting something on a receipt that you didn't do that I paid for. Receipt says you did something you did not do!

This facility, M&R auto repair shop took great care of my twenty two year old truck. They got me in on short notice, repaired my vehicle and out the next day. The staff was very accommodating to my needs and wants. The cost of the repairs was less than anticipated. I will return!

Professional, kind, and affordable. M&R has now performed 3 repairs on my 2016 mustang. Every time they have been understanding when listening to my car trouble, and they take the time to make sure they understand exactly what the problem I m describing is. Their prices have always been reasonable, and my car has always been returned to me in a better condition than I left it. Most recently they replaced the clutch on my pony, and the car is driving better than when I bought it. I would highly, highly recommend these mechanics.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

Went there for inspection of my car. Came a bit late past 2 but they took care of it. Someone named Tara named an exception and the lady at the front desk was very nice.

Very friendly. non-intimidating service. M & R workspace is clean and clutter-free, unlike many of their competitors facilities that look like junkyards. M & R use's today's communication technology, email, text and keep your vehicle record on file. All their systems and printers are actually operational...They listen to you regarding what work you want done. They provide an estimate and complete the job within the time frame they promised. Very fair pricing... HIGHLY RECOMMEND, only wish I would have discovered them years ago!

Trevor, the owner of M & R, not only knows cars, but his integrity, honesty and humility is apparent. His daughter, Tara, is a reflection of her father and runs the office beautifully. My father, upon my recommendation, took his truck in for a tire rotation and alignment... Mt dad said he has NEVER had a better alignment and I concur. M & R also works very quickly. Every time I have taken my car to them, it has always been repaired the same day or the latest next day. I know very little about cars and I have never trusted mechanics. I trust M & R and believe what Trevor tells about my car. I HIGHLY recommend M & R.

I arrived at M&R Auto Repair and was greeted by the most professional and friendliest staff. The service an A+ and the prices phenomenal. I honestly can't believe places like this still exist. Family owned and operated, trustworthy, excellent diagnosticians. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of again...they told me what I needed to have done now, and what I could get done at a later date. The icing on the top was picking my car up and realizing that I'd gotten a free car wash (it comes with every service!) Wow! They have a new forever customer. Trust me, you won't go wrong trying them out.

They repaired my AC unit which was not blowing cold.I had to drive to Boca Raton for a service call which is more then a two hour round trip. Diving for two hours in the middle of the summer without AC is not for me. They saved my bacon...Yes, I highly recommend this business.Services: Auto brake repair, Air conditioning

For over a year, I had been wrestling with little air conditioning in my car. Very little came out the top vents and some came out the floor vents. I then noticed that the floor rug mat on the driver's side was wet. Not good! I didn't want to take my 11 year old car to the dealer so I went online to see who repaired car A/C's in my area. I read so many great reviews about M & R, that I decided to try them.From the first telephone call, in which I spoke to Summer, I was put at ease. She was very knowledgeable, reassuring, and pleasant so I knew I was in good hands. Nick did an incredible job, having to take out the dashboard, perform surgery on the A/C, and then put it all back together. What a job he did!I would definitely recommend M & R to all my friends. So pleasant an experience!Amy

I took my BMW 528i in for repairs at M & R Auto Repair and i am very impressed with the level of service i recieved . The workers were very professional & treated me with the utmost respect. I would strongly recommend this Auto shop to anyone that is looking for first class service. Keep up the good work.

Excellent customer service and attention to detail is more than you could ask for. Your car is returned to you clean and an explanation of the service is explained to you in layman s term. They are open and very honest about the service provided and will not do any thing on your car without consulting with you and explaining the need. Great staff and human beings.. Check them out, you will become a customer.

First and foremost they are very honest and conduct their business dealings with integrity. Trevor, a Master Technican has over 40 years of experience with schooling, including former race car driving, very innovative using his skills and ability to create tools and parts if necessary to get the job done. Tara in the front office is the consummate professional with several years of corporate experience, very sharp and solution oriented. They even wash your car after servicing. All in all a great experience. I highly recommend them for car repairs.

Trevor and Tara are the best. Very professional and friendly. They were able to diagnose and fix an ongoing problem I ve been having with my car for months that no other mechanic was able to diagnose. I ve spent lots of money to figure out the problem and just one visit to M&R Auto the problem was resolved.Customer for life!Services: Brake service & repair, Battery
