I scheduled on line an oil change for my Lexus, service took 1 hour and half for $125.If you want the wheels rotation will be $60 more..The building and furniture are a little bit old, The environment is dark, all TVs were off..The shop is almost without merchandise..

Worst service for a luxury vehicle Dealership service center.Loaner car is never available. I have extended warranty for my Lexus GX460 and I got loaner car once long back.Winning a million dollars lottery is easier than getting a loaner car here since few years.I will get rid of my Lexus vehicle soon only for their worst service.It is really frustrating.

I am extremely disappointed with my visit for a tire replacement. Instead of getting a new tire as expected, I was shocked to find that my flat tire was merely reinflated and not replaced. Additionally, the communication with the staff and manager was frustratingly inadequate, which only added to my dissatisfaction. This experience falls far below the standard of service I expected. I am very unhappy with how this situation was handled. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE FIRE THE INCOMPETENT SCHEMING MANAGER.

Services advisor Mario was very rude unhelpful . I had left my car car for service he gave me a loaner that needed service the following day I got it . Only to be extremely rude when I came and told me I had to wait for this loaner to get serviced and not give me a new loaner instead . Where is the customer service in this place ! I would never buy another car in from lexus the service I ve received is horrible and I will never come to this location either for the remainder of my service .

I had an appointment at 9:30 in the morning and I had to wait more than 30 minutes outside in the heat because adviser Mike was lost and helped a guy who said loud and clear in front of me that he didn t have an appointment. Advisor Mike told me that the other person had been waiting longer, I just stayed quiet but I shouldn t have. How is that my fault? What s an appointment for? Then he was taking pictures of the wrong car, not mine. I should ve just left and take my business somewhere else. I spent $150 dollars for oil and they didn t even honored my appointment. They lied about the price on top of everything. False advertisement online, they claim 4 cylinder cars have a special for $99 dollars but when its time to pay they add fees and they charge $60 dollars more. Are you kidding me ?! I would understand like 10-15% more but that s just ridiculous. There s no promotion m, don t believe that!I ve always taken my cars to get service at this location but I m definitely never coming here again.

I own a rx lexus, and they said they gonna replace the sensor and I looked at it and DIDNT REPLACE IT AT ALL,I say sue the Lexus of West Kendall Service!

Costumer service is the worse a waiting just for loaner for more 1:30 hours, only 2 costumer around plenty off loaners available. Common Lexus you can do a lot better

Lexus of West Kendall Service does not care about their customers or customers time at all. I waited 25 min for some guy named Robert who apparently I had an appt with for my service. He was clearly complicated with a customer there were 2 other service advisors doing nothing talking and laughing I explained I had somewhere to be and they said I needed to wait for Robert clearly not caring about my time and carried on talking and laughing. After explaining multiple times I do not know Robert and don t care who attends me I need to be somewhere they didn t care. I said I was leaving and they literally said bye. Needless to say I will not be back. If you want a place that doesn t care about your time and has poor customer service come to West Kendall Lexus Service.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

you won't believe this....Brought Lexus lx570 here for insurance claim to replace damaged interior parts and windshield...tried to get ahold of the Dealership owner to resolve numerous issues, no answers, service rep was ghosting me too, finally get this repaired after many weeks and countless hours of my time...when I get home and look in back of truck, a part of the door that belongs inside of it is in the back of the truck, not where it was supposed to be, inside the door! They forgot to install it! not only that, they totally destroyed the light colored carpet with their dark greasy work boots, but wait, there's more!! They STOLE ALL OF THE CUSTOM TIRE VALVE COVERS FROM THE TRUCK AND REPLACED THEM WITH BROKEN ONES!! Do you think anyone answered my concerns at the dealership? Crickets...you cant make this stuff up, sadly...Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto glass repair, Auto windshield replacement, Auto body & trim replacement, Auto maintenance

I came in Saturday and two tires were replaced. Less than 48 hours later the next day the back tire was low and service refuse to honor additional discount and the service manager insinuated that a nail was placed in the tire when I drove off the lot. Poor leader ship at the service center I have been a loyal customer for years and I m very disappointed in this transaction.Services: Tires, Auto maintenance

Do yourself a favor and ask for Esteban Mu�os when you schedule your service. I ve serviced my car twice and I always make sure to ask for him. He was ready to work at 8 am sharp, by far a much better performance than what I could see to his counterparts. Today my husband and I brought my NX300 for a gas pump recall. We were given a loaner vehicle, because the service takes a few hours. Mario, our Service Technician, was very professional and knowledgeable; he informed us of the recall process and the amount of time that we would have the loaner vehicle. Overall, the service at Lexus of West Kendall was excellent, as always. The reason for putting two stars was because the person in charge of the vehicle's loan, German. He gave me all the loaner vehicle papers to sign, before inspecting the car that he was giving to us. After signing the papers, we inspected and took pictures of the car; we noticed a scratch on the driver door. Around 5 hours later, Mario called us that our NX300 was ready for pickup. When we went to return the loaner vehicle, German tried to charge our insurance, because of the scratch that we noticed before we took that car in the morning, (we have a picture taken, as evidence). He inspected and took pictures of the car. German had to have noticed the the scratch that was there in the morning. This is a very disappointing situation because we had to alert the Service Manager, Alex Alvarez. Although Alex was able to resolve the problem created by German, our experience was dissatisfying due to German's incompetence and lackluster customer service. Thanks to Mario, Alex, and the rest of the staff, as your outstanding customer service is commendable.Note: We just named the person at Vehicle Loan desk as German, because a coworker, give us that name, we're not sure about the name, but pretty sure he was there for the entire day at that desk. Eduardo is great. Very Honest. There is someone answering the phone there named Kathy(?) who doesn't listen and is beyond rude. She shouldn't be client-facing, because she will lose business for the company.

Terrible service provided by staff. Service Appointment was scheduled with a loaner vehicle because, upon arrival Brian from the service dept Advised loaner was not available(despite appointment being scheduled requesting loaner). Terrible customer service and professionalism from employees in the service dept. I will NEVER make another appointment at Lexus of West Kendall!!

They messed up my a/c during a complimentary inspection and then claimed they didn't have the tools to even inspect the a/c. It was also very hard (I had to talk to 5 people) to get any info at all about what they did to my car. I was never able to talk to a single person who actually worked on my car. Bad service.

Was interested in purchasing. Got alot of resistance and run around. Manager never got back to me because I guess the purchase was not a straight forward purchase. I have yet to get a response from the manager as to the sale.
