Love doing business with Frank, the owner. Makes the experience so much easier than others. Makes you feel welcomed and doesn t make you feel belittled like other companies do. He s honest and straight up. Wherever I broke down. Didn t matter where. He was there to come help me out. One time he came and picked up from Card Sound Road with no hesitation. In the middle of the night as well. If you ever need a good experience with a tow truck driver. Frank is the go to man! Take it from a guy who has been doing business with Frank for years. He makes it that easy. Which is why I m a returning customer. Thank you Frank! Hope all is well with you and the business

I sent 2 emails/messages about a vehicle I'm trying to get rid of, and haven't heard back(almost 3 weeks later). Its fine if you're not interested, but at least say that. Now, I had to change my rating due to no/lack of communication. I'm not sure if someone monitors the emails/messages, but it shouldn't be an option if its not convenient for you to respond.

What can I say they are angels sent from heaven. Last night on the middle of the turnpike my car decided to act up and within 20 minutes they were assisting me. Great service and very polite. I will recommend them 100%.

I m currently in Georgia on a traveling assignment and my sister who s living in Miami calls me to let me know her car broke down on the turnpike. I happen to call This company and spoke to Frankie, I must say I was impressed with his professionalism and how fast he got to my sister car, less than 20 minutes. He also gave me enough time to find a mechanic so he can drop off the car. Frankie called me when he arrived to the scene and when he dropped of the car. I really appreciate the honesty and all the updates he gave me throughout the whole process. I would recommend his business to anyone!Service: Car towing

My young daughter (just graduated from college) who lives in Coral Gables broke down at Trader Joe s. She s never been stuck with car trouble before. 7pm Friday night I called Francisco with Kendall Towing. Their team was quick, extremely polite to my scared daughter and so helpful. I couldn t be more grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and fair price. Called this place up due to an emergency towing as it appeared the most reputable online and closest to my location. Was charged $220 to go 1.6 miles. I think this was excessive and overpriced. Looked into the same services after making the mistake and they were only willing to charge me between $85-100. I guess you live and learn !UPDATE: Business owner is super rude. Refuses to give me a receipt for the services I paid for. Have asked him over 5 times, claims it was sent but will not confirm which email he is using to send it from. PLEASE do not use this service, very unprofessional and will not care about what happens once you ZELLE him. My mistake for trusting a person with a business to be reputable, but please do not do that same as me. He charges $120 so that he can call a real tow truck owner and only gives that person $100 from the $220 he charges. I could have called a real tow truck person myself for half the price. Honest people do not exist anymore. Everything is a scam and people just don't care anymore about others.Service: Car towing

I thank God for Frank at Kendall Towing services today. It is Sunday and walking to the car, I noticed the FOB wouldn t even work. I could not get into my car at all! When I googled service providers, Kendall Towing Services came up. I called and Frank answered. After asking a few questions, Frank arrived in less than 30 minutes. He got the car started, but his help didn t end there. He let me know that the battery needed replacing. He then directed me to places that were available to do so and even translated for me! Furthermore, he stayed in front of me and had me follow him, ensuring I wasn t deserted due to another battery failure. If I could give Kendall towing services 100 stars I would. Please note: there is another business with a similar name that is NOT Kendall Towing SERVICES. So, make sure Services is in the name.

Had two inoperable cars next to my house for years and wanted to junk with a reputable company and not some random junk car sign. In fact saw them on @OnlyinDade or @Miami_problems. They answered my request very quickly, responded to questions immediately, and picked up the cars even faster. Fair deal and great service. Cristian the driver was on point. Thank you! There is nothing worst then having your car break down on a highway in the middle of the night. At 2:30 a.m after calling many different 24 hour towing services and having not a single one answer the phone, I came across Kendall towing service, and not only did they come right away but also loaded up my car quickly and brought my car back home charging a very reasonable price.Service: Car towing
