Took my 2017 Benz E300 to JSB for paint and body work. I couldn't be happier with the quality of their work and the great customer experience they provide. From the initial estimate to the delivery of the finish product, all appointments we handled quickly and there was great communication. The work was completed 2 days early, within the estimate and my Benz looks amazing!! Big shout out to to Michelle and Chris and everyone at JSB. These guys are pros and I highly recommend their services!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto body & trim replacement

Job done well. Gave a good price and fixed some extra stuff they found that was in need of fixing. Paint matched perfectly and very happy with the work done.these are two different crashes before and after, after the frustration of neither of them being my fault, I m glad JSB took care of me and has my looking as if it never happened ! They also communicate fast with insurances and make sure they approve what needs to be done, without you having to do little to nothing. Defiantly can rely on them. Michelle was a great help and Jackie as well when she would answer the phone. Michele s brother is also very nice and attends well.THANK YOU JSB

Excellent experience. This father / son team is the best. They are responsive, easy-to-deal with, and master craftsmen; they can totally rebuild and refurnish luxury cars from the ground up. I couldn t recommend JSB enough. Ive used JSB Autoworks to replace my battery in my Mercedes, and in the past for a service. As I was leaving on my second visit, I had a random part left in my trunk from a different shop that replaced a flat tire I had. I casually asked what it was, and JR (the owner) not only explained to me what the piece was, but took my spare tire out, correctly rearranged everything that the previous shop did wrong, and explained to me the entire time what every piece did and where they go.I m the type of person who is usually mistrustful of auto shops and does not know a ton about cars. I ve also never left a review for anything. But the service I got was 1000% of what I expected and deserves recognition.Not only did the above experience happen, but JR then took me on a complete tour of his shop when I casually mentioned that I was interested in cars. I couldn t believe the passion and attention to detail the entire team at JSB has when it comes to working on cars. If you care about your car, I wouldn t go anywhere else in Miami. They are the best.

Brought my vehicle in with multiple areas that needed body work. After trying a few body shops no one was able to get the job done like JSB. They saved my front bumper, matched my paint to perfection, and left the vehicle without uneven gaps on my hood. The team at JSB were very friendly and professional, had my vehicle done in 1 month s time. Moving forward they earned a customer for life, any servicing, detailing, tuning I would highly recommend.

Chris at JSB is great guy. His service work on my 2015 Panamera was superb and half the cost of the Collection. Highly recommend JSB as Porsche specialist.

Grateful for Gio and his team at JSB Auto Shop! I recently took my 2018 dodge challenger that had a messed up bumper and fender for repairs. A couple of their team members assessed the damaged which made me feel more comfortable when getting a quote. Thankfully JSB left my car looking like new! The staff is helpful, friendly, patient and keeps you updated on the status of your vehicle. They were kind enough to even detail it and refill my windshield wiper fluid that was empty before picking it up. Very satisfied with how my car was repaired. Highly recommend!

Michelle and Chris helped me out when I called about an issue with my front bumper. Right off the bat, I could tell the customer service was good! And then, when I dropped the car off, I couldn t believe how quickly it was ready! Great experience; I would definitely come back to these guys and/or recommend others!

Amazing work. Michelle and Chris were very responsive. Loved their online repair order estimate. I was able to see technician notes, photos and videos, cost and Accept/Decline repairs for each concern.

What a great experience! From my phone call to make the appointment, through the diagnostic process & repair! They were fabulous! They saved me a lot of money by narrowing down the issue & avoided my concerns that there were larger problems ahead . I wish I could give them 10 stars !

Great customer service, they inform you about everything they re doing every step of the way. They include pictures of the progress of your car. Staff and front office are amazing. I m very lucky that I found JSB, and will be taking all my business there

Found this place by just looking through Google maps and decided to give it a try. It was the best experience and best customer service that I ve received in Miami. The team did an amazing job and also gave me some advice on future repairs with no pressure on doing it that moment. For that reason alone, I will only be returning to this shop. if you have a Mercedes or BMW I highly recommend this location

As somebody who is very caring of their car I am cautious of who works on my car. I can tell everyone from experience JSB goes above and beyond. I do not ever see myself going to another mechanic shop and would recommend this shop to everyone.

This is a $10,000 dollar paint job. So disappointed in the quality of work recieved from @jsbenz. They've now painted my truck two times in the past 9 months. 5 months in their possession total. Overspray on windshield molding. No refinishing of the jambs or hinges properly so they're rusting. And both 1/4 panels and sunroof rusting/bubbling in the same area now 3 separate times. I'm at a loss and really ultimately disappointed. I've put so much money into this truck to make it perfect and @jsbenz reassured me it would be. Nothing but problems and re-work. I'd like to give another chance but have totally lost faith in their ability to do a proper job if they cannot even detrim the molding for painting. Especially on a job that cost so much. Additionally I commented my disappointment on their page and they blocked me lol. Keep in mind this truck was originally delivered 12/5/17, re-worked 1/2018 and ultimately re-painted a few months ago due to issues from the 2nd time it was brought back. I hope they see this and try to make it right. Sadly, today, 2018 you only get a response when people are vocal on the internet.

I m the type of person to really take care of my cars. I ve been to JS Benz 5 times so far, and it s now the only place I take my car. Service is excellent and prices range from fair to competitive. Also they are great to communicate with. I ve met most of the staff and each of them has been a pleasure to talk to and do business with. My experience with JS Benz has exceeded my expectations. Kathy, Leidis, Gio and the team at JS Benz were excellant in booking my car in and helping me resolve any issues with my new to me Mercedes SL65. They did a complete 70k mile service and also suggested a few other items I should look into. I am now getting some additional performance work like custom exhaust and ECU tuning work done there too! They know the Mercedes and other car lines very well as I did my research on them beforehand and found it to be spot on. There are real friendly and treat you as part of the family. Call or stop by and see for yourselves!

Geo are really helpful, I want to upgrade my headlight from halo to HID. Get really bad experience from other store. Geo spend a week on my car and help me realize my goal. The car come out perfect, no error on dashboard and the headlight working good. Thanks for Geo and his team. I believe no one can do such job in Miami even the dealer.

Highly Recommend!! Great work, outstanding quality of service from the first discussion to the completion of repainting my car. It came out perfect, color matched exactly, body lines were exact, looks new and you can t tell the new paint from the original.I researched a lot of shops before reaching out. I went to 3 shops for quotes and research, JSB was by far the most professional. I wanted my car done right and JSB was the right choice.Thanks Chris and the rest of the team!

I'm the type of person who greatly appreciates a professional environment when it comes to getting work done on my vehicles. After not even being able to get in touch (no return calls, no returned messages for weeks) with other "reputable" Euro shops, I bumped into someone with a built-motor RS3 at a gas station with E85. He recommended JSB as a top notch shop with great service. I called them, right there and then, and they had me in the next day. They were EXTREMELY professional, the owner showed me around the shop and told me about the business. The techs told me all the issues with my RS3, and they had an estimate in my email by the end of day. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about them. They made me feel comfortable, confident, and educated about my decisions. And perhaps even more important, their communication was spot-on. Clear, consise, no-BS. I cant say enough good things about them.

Very professional and friendly attention. Easy to contact, during the service (MB transmission flush and spark plugs replacement) they notify everything by text/email, through a link I can approve the service and then payment. I highly recommend.

Great to work with! I live in the Keys so it's really important that business keep there time line because of the 2 hours of driving, each way. JSB keep its commitment and delivered my vehicle on time. The quality was fantastic!
