I don't have enough good things to say about this body shop! Seriously, it was one of the smoothest claims I have ever had on a vehicle. Arrived at the body shop, they reviewed the vehicle, there afterwards we scheduled the date to bring in the car.. The day of drop off- they had a rental to go! The ladies in the front (Giselle, was great!) were exceptionally knowledgeable and super sweet!Vehicle was in great condition and i'm very happy with the results. During the accident, my door handle was scratched and the gas door fell off. They had to replace both pieces and do a paint job, my vehicle looks as good as new! :) Def. coming back if I ever need any other body shop repairs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All I can say is please don't bring ur car here for repairs they don't take pride in there work.Claim started great an turned into a real cluster f...k .they had my car sitting there for 2 weeks. After they said made all repairs from accident. And they did not and will lie rite to ur face. Honestly the bumper looked better before they repaired it. Management is very un honest was a terrible experience..just giving everyone the heads up. Avoid this place if possible .

Please go to another place. You're gonna start losing your mind waiting on these people. Somewhat nice people and absolutely TERRIBLE service. Better off finding another body shop.

GEICO Express sent me here in January 2023 for some body work after running into a pole in a parking garage. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work; the car looks like it did before the accident. My only suggestion is to do a walk around like you would if you were renting a car, to make sure that you and the shop agree on all the damage to the car before they start working on it. I realized that in hindsight but, thankfully, my car was not damaged during the repair process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My beautiful father decided to back up without it looking and smash my new Tesla in two different places thank God I know about this place and I know especially Mario that works there she is the best in one day he was able to return my car to it s original theory like nothing ever happened in the price it s Hialeah price which means it s unbeatable

I went to go fix my truck at this body shop requested by progressive they charged $8,000+ afterwards I paid $1,000 for the deductible I asked about my step being replaced because it was part of the accident they said it would ve been extra not paid by the insurance I told them it was fine to give me my step back (running boards) from the truck yet they THREW IT AWAY unprofessional without my consent they threw my personal property said they would be responsible for it yet I ve waited more than 2 weeks for this step when it only took them 2 weeks to give me my car I m going to 3 weeks now how hard is it to get a running board when on Amazon only took me 3 days for delivery.

They took care of everything for me..Stayed in touch with me through the whole process explain to me details of what they were doing to my car. when I picked it up the process was smooth and the job was excellent good service!!!

I would recommend Jonathan s Body Shop to any one with absolutely no doubts. Form a value perspective, the cost of doing the body work was about 40% leads than other quotes I got. The staff was professional, thorough and very courteous. They were not trying to sell work that I did it need they acted on my best interest and help me decide what I need to prioritize . Shaving, friendly staff, good advise? Professional and reasonably priced. They got my business from now on. Thanks guys !!

#1 Body Shop in Miami. After our experience at Jonathan's Body Shop, this is my go to place and I recommend them to EVERYONE! My fiance and sister went here and got massive damage repaired on their cars quickly without any issue. The geico rep always kept us updated and informed. Rick was also very kind and professional in helping us with an issue today. Thank you to everyone at Jonathan's Body Shop, your hard work does not go unrecognized!

CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE TURNING IT IN TO GET FIXED TO THIS PLACE! I had a $75 cologne bottle in the glove compartment of my vehicle when I left it to get fixed and when I checked my whole car it was no longer there when I picked it up. By the time I went back they were closed. It may not seem like nothing big but at the end of the day it is something personal valuable. No point in going back with a day gone by, because they're just going to look at me like I'm stupid. But keep an eye out and be careful with this place. Hope you guys that work there and that are in charge (MANAGERS) see this! Great job keeping an eye on your employees when it comes to others people's property. Bunch of scumbags.

The staff is pleasant to work with not to mention having Geico and Enterprise there on site is so convenient. I wasn't impressed with the work after the car was repaired.

Don't go to Jonathan body shop, they're crooks, they will replace a broken part with an old one and then tell you that it is new. Ripoff, they are no good. Stay away.
