I recently visited Johnny's Auto Parts and had an excellent experience. The customer service was top-notch, and the sales representatives, especially Miranda, were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. While the product quality was fair, the outstanding service more than made up for it. I will definitely be returning for any future parts needs

They had what I needed when I needed it. (Nobody else did) A very reasonable wait. And better prices than the big box automotive stores. The only problem is how long it took to get to the location... But it was worth it.

If you need any part they have it and if they don't have it they'll have it within an hour or you can go pick it up

Great place to get the parts you need great help for anyone who speaks spanish and Creole. The prices are priced great and you get good deal on the parts for your car sometimes they have the parts other times they dont but still great place to pick up your car needs.

I can say they prob have the best prices in town but customer service is absolute trash. You can t reach the business if you need to discuss anything. Literally left my phone ringing for 45 mins only to pick up and hang it up. If you are not local you will have to drive there to possibly get what you need. No functional website and timing of deliveries have been missed. If you are a local it s best to stop in and handle your business. Outside of that. Good luck to you because its damn near impossible

Prices are good but at the warehouse, service is very slow. Their warehouse drivers pickup several orders at a time, so if another customer has a large order, be prepared to wait anywhere from 20 minutes or more!

Yeah their prices for parts are cheap but, at the cost of customer service and won't for the life line of the business answer the friggan phone!!! It's amazing that they are still in business!! Had to travel from Fort Lauderdale to Miami where the store is located just to be told they didn't have my parts! All they had to do is ANSWER THE FRIGGAN PHONE!!!!!

take a photo of your paper receipt, without one they wont honor your guarantee even if its a month old. doesnt matter if you used a card. also, customer service is horrible, they make excuses to not work.

DESAPPOINTED. Is a guy who really doesn't care about customers. Sitting in front of the 4th. Computer , next to small white Christmas tree... watching his phone for over 20 minutes.... ignoring all of the customers... Wasted my time .... I walked away.

Their people are very experienced in what they do they're very friendly and they're very helpful if Johnny don't have it they'll try to find you someplace close that don't have it if you need any auto parts for your car check out Johnny's

I can t tell that much about this place cuz I was there no even 5 Minutes but yes I found the piece I was looking for , only thing was , they didn t have in the store so they gave me an option to go to the warehouse that was 4 minutes away , I said not problem , for the short time I was there , I can tell was a quickly and good service from the guy he sold me the piece !A one bad thing its the parking lot , they should have more coordination about it !

2 mins before opening I'm sitting watching persons go in being served I walked in doors is open this young man on his phone after me saying morning three times for him to tell me that they don't open til 8am wow no good morning no ma'am can I help you just we ain't open til another 2 mins because I had to ask 3 times why not lock the door til its open ? Still here watching a guy went in came out with a bag lol wow but 2 more mins I have to wait 10 / 06 / 2022 @7:58am

If I could input less than one star I would. The absolute worst customer service ever. I just called because I want to know if they have one item in stock. Have been holding for 45 min after Johnny answered because he stated his name and still on hold. I decided to write a review since I will be hanging up. A simple question answered only takes 3 minutes guys. Awesome doing business here. Never calling again.

Somewhat undecided on the score. Sometimes they assist you and sometimes they seem bothered that you are there. As mentioned on other reviews, they have a habit of not answering phone calls and you can hear them ring while on-site. Product line is OK, and if you have parts to pick up or come in from another location, you will not be able to return it as they are considered special stock?Not a lot of people seam to know that parts online are half as much and they, at times, have a higher price than retail.Be aware that, although they may get you the part you need, their quality is as much or less than OEM. Always keep your receipt.Other than that, be careful.

I would give 5 stars to this place but the only reason is because they never pick up the phone it is more easy to speak with the president that to speak with some body there. Prices are competitive compared with autozone or auto parts but they need to improve costumer service and parking lot.
