Well, I'm extremely disappointed in Jiffy Lube. If they focused on completing the task on hand instead of selling you the entire store as they forgot to replace the cap on the break fliud reservoir which is the service I really didn't need but they tried to get me to buy. And leaving the place the low windshield fluid light came on. I guess that is not included anymore. And then an extra $10 to remove engine cover to do the oil change which is something all other locations have never charged me for ever. Going to back to Goodyear.

I am completely disappointed, I went to do an oil change and what they did was filthy, they work super dirty and they didn't do the job well, I personally won't go there anymore

I think this is one of the best Jiffy Lube s I ve been to. Everyone working together as a team and getting the job done efficiently. Everyone deserves a bonus or raise!

PSA : Stay away from this place!!!!Complaint about my experience at Jiffy LubeI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Jiffy Lube location on . My experience was extremely disappointing and has left me with a negative impression of your company.I went to the Jiffy Lube location to get a simple oil change. However, I was shocked to discover that your employees were unable to perform this basic task correctly. They took an unusually long time to complete the oil change and when I left the establishment, my car was smoking out of control .Moreover, they end up putting too much oil it could have caused serious damage to my car's engine.I immediately returned to the location and informed the employees of the issue. However, they were unapologetic and simply offered to redo the oil change, which would have taken even more time out of my day. Furthermore, they did not offer any reimbursement for the inconvenience I had experienced.I would like to emphasize that I have been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube for several years and have always trusted your company for my oil change needs. However, this recent experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. I expect a certain standard of service when I visit your locations and this experience fell far short of my expectations.I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure that this type of situation does not occur again in the future. I would appreciate a response to this email with details of how you intend to address this situation.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Manager was great as far as trying to be helpful and getting our oil change done. He however did not mention they didn t have the computer to reset the oil light on our panamera . So if you own a Porsche don t go there. But they did give good service so I recommend it for non European cars.

I call an ask a simple Question. That they just needed to know by the book. Ask for price to change 6 spark plugs on my car. & the guy told me that a mechanic needed to see my car. I try to ask why I need it to travel to get an estimate. The guy was Rude & hanged it up on me

I needed an oil change, and the front dest attendant was extremely friendly and nice. I knew I had to change my break pads and rotors and she helped guide me on the options for financing. The service was quick.

Not trusting of the business practices! It is principe not the $5 increase, it adds up if this is a common practice.$70 oil change Groupon turns out to be $85 when the coupon stated $10 taxes and disposal fee.

They always find something in your car other than just what you came in for. It always ended on a higher charge. If it is a commercial or service strategy I can understand but it always feels like they are after that more than just the service that brings you in

They insisted on my vehicle mileage when i said i would not provide it they said it was the policy of the company and would not provide me service with out it. This is not their business. I do not accept someone exerting their will. I took it to a pvt Mech and he said i don't care about you mileage i just want you business! :)

Went in for a check engine light. Paid almost $400 for a mass air flow sensor only to still have the light on after "repairs". When I informed the shop my problem was still occurring, they told me I had to pay again for another sensor. Horrible service. Horrible employees. Sad to say this was my go to place for oil changes but will take my business elsewhere.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys rock! Customer service here is second to none...From Carmen to Michael and their manager Jose; they all made me feel like part f the Jiffy Lube family. I will continue to co m e here as long as I have a vehicle. Awesome service! Thank you!!!

I took my car in to get an oil change. About An hour after I left my car broke down on the side of 95. I had to pay for tow truck and mechanic to fix my car. The first thing the mechanic asked when checking my car was did you recently get an oil change? I said about an hour ago, the mechanic said whoever changed my oil put the air filter on backwards and sucked everything into your engine. I m out $800 and it s been about 6 weeks and Jose the GM not Corporate have done anything to fix the issue or try to compensate me. I ve called Jose probably 10 times and corporate about 5. Jose is never there when I ve showed up or called. It s not worth taking your car there only to have them break it and not take responsibility

Horrible, went in for an oil change, they left the bottom rack loose, I almost killed myself on the highway, then when I came back for them to fix it they said my battery was bad, they sold me a battery, 2 weeks later car won t start now they are saying it s my alternator. I refused to change it with them, went to another place, they said my alternator is in excellent condition. These people are crooks, now I m wondering if they did something so that my original battery would not start. I will NEVER go there again. I really want to take them to small claim court, they ve caused me to spend 200. Whatever you do, don t go to Jiffy on Flagler and 82 avenue. They are the WORST!!!!Services: Battery, Oil change

I went with my friend for the engine oil and filter replacement. The manager is quite well known person in terms of car related queries. The waiting area is pretty small but the free coffee makes the waiting time worth it.In less than 20 minutes the car was ready.

Worse Jiffy Lube in town! They do not like the covers, they leave them untied, so you may loose it, then next time is easier to them to change the oil.You have to be on top of everything including the re set of the oil change on the screen of your car.The owner should know clients will not return just because of the employees not doing a good Job. This is a dishonest and racist store. Manager made me cry infront of customers and kept insulting me. When I try to reach out to regional manager I was lied to and refused to allowed to talk to them.

Great experience at this location! Got here at 9:30am and luckily they were able to get my car in right away. Fast and efficient service, they had me in and out in under 30 minutes. It was a little more expensive than Take5 or other places I ve gone to, but not by much, and it was worth it for an oil change + filters + fluids and all under 30 minutes. Francisco was extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend coming to this location if you re looking for fast, friendly and efficient service on your vehicle.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I would give no stars if I could. I'm stuck at the gas station next to this Jiffy Lube because my car won't start. I walked over there and waited in the lobby to ask for help. Two employees walked and didn't even acknowledge my existence. They came in and walked right out. It was beyond rude and unprofessional, I do not recommend this location to anyone. The one on bird road is much better, it's unfortunate I couldn't make it to that one.

They SEEM honest, but you have to watch out at these places. Just make sure they're being honest and ethical with regard to add on services besides the oil change. Besides that, service could be a little friendlier.

The employees were all very friendly and helpful. I was impressed that the mechanics were very by the book communicating with each other above and below the car as the serviced it. They had a routine almost seemed to follow a checklist. I've been to other Jiffy Lubes that are very disorganized. I was in and out in 15 minutes and never had to get out of the car. Very satisfied.

ZERO STARS for this place. These fine professionals at the store on 82nd ave and Flagler St. cracked my windshield installing wiper blades and they tried to hide it by not mentioning it to me. They thought I would drive off and not notice the broken windshield. JOSE, the unprofessional rude manager with a bad attitude wasn't happy with my disposition after I told him that his employee had cracked my windshield. Yes, this guy was upset at ME for complaining in front of his other customers. He wasn't upset that his employee damaged a customers car and didnt report it. He wasn't mad that his employee broke my windshield. He was mad at ME for creating a fuss in front of his employees and customers. A real work of art this "manager" is. At no time did he ever tell me that I had every right to be upset. He is certainly OK with his workers damaging other peoples property as long as you don't hold them accountable. I've taken my car there before for scheduled maintenance, never before had I ever had a problem with these guys, until they tried to take me for a fool. No, not this guy. I called them out on their non existing customer service. I will never bring my vehicle here for service ever again to these thugs. If your looking for CLOWNS.. this is the perfect CIRCUS !!Stay away from this place at all costs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
