First and foremost, the staff at JA Auto Parts were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. As someone who doesn't have a lot of expertise when it comes to auto parts, I was grateful for their patience in explaining the options available to me and helping me make the best choice for my vehicle. They took the time to understand my needs and ensured that I left with the perfect parts for the job.

I needed a new battery right away, and they were so nice to stay open a little later to wait until I got there. He even help put in the new battery and did it super quick. Thank you!

Had to replace the battery on civic 2022.The new owner seems to be doing a great job running this place. Reasonable price, fast service.

Horrible I walked in because I caught a flat on the 826 after realizing I would need a fix aflat I was directed into pos shop and as soon as I walk in he tells me his store was closed meanwhile not only was his door open but the hours were clearly displayed on the door it said he closes at 6:30 I walked in at 5:30pm I was absolutely appalled. Yeah if you are African American you are not welcomed here do not grace this sewage facility with your hard earned dollars

i rolled up to the auto parts and they ordered my parts with an hour wait for cheap too, honestly worth going here especially since they treat you with so much hospitality.

The owner Ronald gave me a great deal on an oil and filter and was even nice enough to help me change it. Definitely recommend stopping by for car needs.

Very helpful, needed a left mirror replacement for a crack and it ended up being a quick fix so they did it free of cost !!!

Great store/mechanical/machine shop to take care of your car needs with things like rectifying drums, heads, blocks, valves, etc. at very reasonable prices. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Glad to know there s still people around doing work like this.

This place is a rip-off, I dropped off an oil pan and intake manifold to get clean dipped as many other machine shops offer and was told it would be a few days which was fine, however...it took 4 visits to finally pick up what turned out to be a rush rush clean up with regular degreaser and a rinse which I could had done at home. They charged me $30 for a $5 job, and the excuses were even more insulting than the terrible job they did, I will never set foot in there again.

Left and engine to be rebuild and $2000.00 deposit and never finish or work on the engine worse customer service I have ever encounter. Don't recommend it.

One of the worst experiences I ve had in my life. Ordered an auto part and they promised me that it would be ready for pick up on 3 days. I ended up waiting more than an month, and when I finally got it, they had ordered the wrong part! So, the sales representative told me he ordered the right part and told me that it was going to be ready for pick up in a week. Its been one month again, and I am still waiting for the part. I call them and they told me that it could take a year! This is just unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my personal experience.

Everyone from Danny and Emilio the owners to Brian and Flaco any one of them is guaranteed to give you the best parts price and customer service from your first visit to your last 10/10 definitely recommend

Worst place to go too !! Shi*ty attitudes.. They sold me used parts i went back they told me they couldn t help me or refund my money back !!! Now i know why they be selling parts cheap because they are use and broken DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE !!!

I hace to places i go to cause in at a great distants but I've been coming here for about 15 years it has always been great authentic very neighborhood friendly and strive to get you what you need anything I need and want they can get it for no questions ask now they made a change they redesigned the whole inside to run it like today business and I also think it's gone even better not that before I had any complains but I give it 5 stars there awesome

Very bad service and irresponsible management. We ordered a very basic A/C piece more than 3 months ago and still waiting. Sales representative said it could take a year. Unbelievable. Not recommended at all.

Vehicle had $2,000 in repairs done here to the engine. 6 months later they replaced oil pump failed. Took it back 6 months later which was much within warranty (I had the receipt with his signature on the warranty info), and JV himself would not honor it, instead was very rude about the whole situation.

Garbage! Stay Away... cheap Chinese parts that do not last. Rude, ignorant employees that don't know a thing about auto parts, or auto repair. Be careful with their machine shop services, they will damage your parts and say you brought them there that way. I had to spend over $500 dollars in parts because of them. Save yourself from these animals, STAY AWAY !!!!!!
