Took my Jeep there for a minor diagnosis, mind you without an appointment and service was great, Timely, accurate and courteous. I'll be back!

Please don t go here they are scams they do not do good business .they had my car a month for a fuel pump job and the car lot connected to them want you still to pay your monthly payment while your car in there mechanic shop save yourself the headache don t go to splish splash at all they are scams trust me this a big lesson in life

Took about 3 hours for an oil change.. when the lady in the front desk told me 1 hour or less. I was referred by splish splash but I will not be returning to this mechanic. Very unprofessional, when I came back after an hour the woman informed me that they were just now starting on my car after an hour of waiting because they didn t have the oil filter (which they did not tell me in the beginning) she had told me the oil filter had arrived, then I wait another hour just for her to say she made a mistake and they still are waiting for the oil filter. Never in my life have I waited this long for an oil change. Even when other shops were super busy I ve understood & it s at max an hour. This shop wasn t even busy, all the mechanics are walking around doing nothing, smoking vapes, and driving the clients cars with no respect. I watched a mechanic drive fast in the shop just to slam on the breaks... worst experience at a shop ever.Service: Oil change

This shop is the designated shop for Splish Splash Auto Sales.I took my truck to get the ABS fixed and a couple of days later my brakes were going all the way to the floor, they forgot to hook something up.After that I was having an issue with my truck shutting down while on the road. They put it on the code reader but it wasn't giving them an error code so they automatically assumed it was electrical and charged me $198 to reset the system. Twenty minutes after leaving it shut down again in traffic.Through a different mechanic I found out it was the throttle body.Had I taken it back to J's I was going to be charged again for them to actually fix the problem.

Excellent job done on 2012 Avenger.Was given an appointment quickly as the car was not fit to drive.Repaired same day.It feels like a new car. Amber is fantastic .The mechanics are top of the line.

Towling services very quick, professional, fair price. Mechanic services no as expected (seems superficial). Booking (quick, no written copy of repairs made, diagnostic).

This mechanic shop they are great at fixing the problems with your car they even better being on time when they say it's radio on Wednesday it's ready on Wednesday great shop Jay's Automotive
