This family-run operation is dependable, fair and efficient. I walked in because of a palm got inside the front and A/C radiador, and everyone was courteous from beginning to end: mechanics, front desk attendant and owners.I felt safe leaving my car with them, and they gave me upfront pricing. There was an honesty about their approach that reassured me that I wasn't being hosed for the repair.This definitely was a positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a repair specially if you have a Mercedes Benz. I hope I don't have to go back, but if something else were to happen to this car or future cars, they'd be at the top of my list.

High level Benz is by far the best location for Mercedes. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and Ruben the owner is the best. So if your looking for highly trained mechanics with reasonable prices. Go to High Level.

the best and most HONEST service you will EVER find... I wish i could give them 10 stars. I have taken my Mercedes and all my BMW's to them and everything has always come out awesome.

There s not enough stars for High Level. They have been amazing since day one. I will only come here because they re honest, reasonable and do the job right. I feel it is a blessing to have found them. Ruben knows his craft and Mariela always has a smile and is willing to accommodate the client first. Thank you guys for being so awesome.

I rarely have the time nor the inclination to write a recommendation for anything or anyone, however, this place was a little bit special.They have a nice, friendly atmosphere and you immediately get the feeling that they know what they are about. They asked questions and listened very carefully to my answers in finding the source of the problem with my Mercedes. I am extremely happy with the service and recommend them highly.

I have had 2 of My Mercedes go to them for service, A 1982 Mercedes 300D and a 1983 Mercedes 300SD. It is very hard to find an honest and Reliable Mechanic Especially in Miami But Ruben and Mariela are very nice, honest and where very helpful in all aspects of the car repair process. They do very good work and are very reasonably priced. i would definitely recommend them for your Mercedes Benz.Shalom

Very honest, friendly and decently priced auto mechanics. I brought my car once for service and never went back to Mercedes dealership again. Highly recommended and will use again.

I found High Level Mercedes through google and they are amazing. They work with you to get what you need fixed. He took his time to explain where the problem was and worked with me in figuring out what needed to be fixed first and what could wait.I will continue doing all my repairs with them and you should too.

After calling my local Mercedes-Benz dealership and the service advisor asking me if my 2008 C Class was a C250 or a C300 (they didn't start making c250s until 2012) I decided to find a local shop that specializes on Benz. First time taking my vehicle to them. Friendly and knowledgeable, they make you feel like family and won't try to push you into getting things that are unnecessary on your car. Facility is clean and organized, great prices compared to the dealerships and they use original Mercedes-Benz parts. Will definitely take my car to them again for any automotive needs.

Yesterday was my first visit to this repair shop. I would highly recommend them! Excellent service, very friendly and honest. Ruben and Mariela were great and took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me in a way that I could understand.

I strongly recommend High Level! Family owned and operated. Low prices and excellent service. My 2005 Mercedes is riding so much better now.

Took my ford fusion there to get a full tune up and fix a few things and gave me the best customer service I have seen from a shop. Hands down the best place to take your car.

This shop is top notch professional technicians who are very knowledgeable and most importantly good honest people. They charge fairly for their services and don't rip you off like other repair shops. I highly recommend this shop.

I have been taking my car here to be serviced since 2013. I can honestly say they really go above and beyond to do the work efficiently and in a timely manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
