Got my f350 front off road tires replaced here and they did the alignment as well. Very professional and great service.

A BIG and HEAVY Thank you to Cisco @ Heavy Tire for helping me get my flat tire taken care as I was stranded at work in Miami (live 38 miles from Miami). He gave a strong recommendation on the condition of my tire and provided the tire that I needed. He came to my job, changed out the tire quickly, at a good price and got me rolling. He was friendly and even helped me practice my Spanish !!! I ll be coming back for my other car. Call Heavy Tire when you need tires!!

I understand covid is out there and we are all financially impacted. But there s no need to try and sell me tires with patches and over all really bad quality. Def avoiding this place in the near future.

Avoid this place ,owner and sister were very disrespectful no customer service and very unprofessional .had issue with the tires i purchased they wouldnt change it or replace it

All my experiences with this company have been excellent. They always have a personalized and quality solution for the client. Bad service, I bought used tires, I know they have no guarantee and they supposedly have to check them and they tell you that they did the wrong thing, it's a pure lie, they sell you any tire in order to make money, in particular I would never buy thereMala atenci�n le compr� gomas usadas,s� que no tienen garant�a y supuestamente las deben de chequear y te dicen que le hicieron el tes es pura mentira te venden cualquier goma con tal de hacer dinero en lo particular jam�s comprar�a ahi
