I ve found, unfortunately, that it is incredibly rare to not get taken advantage of when trying to repair your vehicle. Green s Garage stands apart from all the rest in the fact that not only will they repair the vehicle to the best of their ability, but they also do it while keeping you one hundred percent informed, fighting with the dealer to get you the best price and solution, and while treating you with the upmost respect and care. I often feel overwhelmed and afraid when I ve had to have my car repaired, but that s never been a problem at Green s Garage. They do the best job, and when something is out the realm of their capability, they refer you to the best shops. There s been a bunch of chances were they could ve taken advantage of me, but they ve been consistently honest and given the proper advice as to how to get my car fixed. I m grateful, and for as long as I m in this city, I will be taking my car to Green s Garage.

Worst experience took my wife s car twice and both times they came up with another problem in the car (that was working great). First time i accepted that sometimes bad luck happens. Second time took the car and happened the same issue. Talked to the owner to see how we could sort it out and he insisted on charging the parts and the work. He said he was going to make a good price. Went to another place and got it solved for a third of what he asked. Wont recommend. Expensive and they treat very bad to their costumers, specially with women. He said he is in the business for 30 years, i dont know how he did it but with my business not anymore. Definitely 1 star.

I have been taking my car to Green s Garage for over 15 years now. They are the best in the business. Family run shop who care about their customers. Would highly recommend if you re looking for a reliable and reputable mechanic shop.

I'm not one to write reviews very often, and I truly only do when it's deserved. Good or bad.Over the Thanksgiving weekend my car was leaking power steering fluid, and what is usually a smooth ride, was like driving a tractor. As I own my car, I was obviously frustrated at the anticipation of a hefty repair bill. So when the phone rang a day after my scheduled appointment at Green's, I was bracing for the worst. To my incredible surprise, the always friendly attendant said it was just a loose hose, and that I could come and pick up my car, free of charge. I was floored. Never in all my years of owning cars have I ever experienced this.I hope when folks read this review, they make the right choice, and decide to take their car to them. Not in pursuit of a free repair, but because they do right by their clients.Kudos, you guys are the bomb.

"I love the professionalism of this shop, I called to ask about my car and have absolutely no idea about cars, when I called I spoke to an advisor, her name was Nicole, she was such an angel. She was so patient and kind with all my questions and concerns. Nice to know people still have good manners in Miami!"

This is the best mechanic shop I've ever been to. Nothing even comes close. I went in for a tire alignment and mentioned I was going on a road trip. They did a full car inspection to make sure it was good to drive. They took multiple pictures of the car as well as provided a description of everything they did and things they recommend. My dad called them and asked about the alignment. They said it was all good but would be willing to check again. They didn't charge me for things I didn't need. In addition, they answered all my questions and did a great job walking me thru everything they did. Everyone there is very friendly. I worked mainly with Nicole, and she was awesome.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I have to for this place. This is the best auto repair experience I ve ever had! Great service and communication. The people are all very friendly and helpful and most importantly, they are very trustworthy. Omar is the best! So knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He even helped me sell my car that I d been trying to sell for months! If you want a friendly, reliable, trustworthy garage to take your car, this is the one!

I don t write reviews often, you can check my history. But I do when I feel the need to warn others. I had my car with them for about two weeks. The hood wouldn t open. They opened it. Great, honestly great. I asked for an oil change. Within two days of the oil change the car overheated and wouldn t drive. Take it to an emergency shop and the hoses weren t even on. There was oil splashed and spilled over all the engine. This isn t like a they charged too much hate post. They actually just messed up. Ended up having to have my car towed to a random shop nearby that hooked everything back up properly. No problems since then. White 2016 mustang eco boost.

I was able to get a complicated fix on my vehicle repaired. I have a 2011 VW Sportswagon TDI. The clutch and AC needed some work. After going to my previous mechanic, I was able to get a more reasonable quote from Green Garage.The staff, especially Nicole, Eric, and Omar, were professional, courteous, responsive, and helpful at each stage of the transaction.They are conveniently located just south of Coral Way on SW 32nd Avenue. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Called all over Miami to get my car seen the same day after some water damage. Green s was the only one willing to see me same-day. They understood my situation and seemed to make it a priority.They were able to do a full diagnostic the same day and properly diagnose my issue. I was greatly surprised, being let down by shops with empty promises before.Special shout-out to Nicole and Omar for facilitating my issue and giving the attention it needs. If I EVER have a auto issue again, especially urgent, I will be sure to bring it here. Keep up the good work guys

I seldom reviews but i ve been on the road ever since I picked up my vehicle. The service preformed was extremely precise and overall satisfactory.I am glad to see that majority of other reviews have also had the same great experience.. I highly recommend stopping in.

I have been taking my cars to Green s Garage for 25 years. The people are wonderful and the service is excellent. Green s experienced technicians and service people get right to the point in diagnosing the problems. They do not look to create additional or unnecessary work or repairs on your car. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and highly professional. Their pricing is very reasonable. I recommend Green s without qualification. I recently moved to Miami and went to the Keys for a week. That s when the radiator on my old Lexus let go. I did the research and based on their excellent reviews I had the car towed all the way to Green s (it s close to my house). The service was amazing, there was a detailed estimate and pictures to support it. They replaced several parts and I had them do some preventative work as well. The whole process was amazing, comforting and priced very fair. They replaced the parts and sent me pictures of the progress. They were done ahead of the promised time and made the whole thing easy. My car has over 200k and they treated me the same as if I had brought something actually nice. As a result, they now also have serviced my Porsche and continue to be fantastic. I highly recommend them, honest, fair and professional as I ve ever seen.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys were great. From now on this is where I ll be taking my car for repairs. They were honest, kept me informed of the progress, provided pictures of damaged parts and replacement parts. My check engine light came on, and a call to Kia meant I had to wait at least 2+ weeks to be seen! I went online and made an appointment at Green's Garage due to their reviews and proximity to me, and I was glad I did! Everyone from the person who checked me in to the other staff on-site was friendly and welcoming. They were quick to get me in to check out the problem, only to see it was a loose fuel cap and they didn't even make me wait long or charge me any excessive diagnostic or additional fees. I'll definitely be coming back here for any mechanic/car maintenance needs in the future!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My car had the engine light on. I stopped by and they explained their diagnostic procedure and cost. The problem was detected and they explained everything in detail to me. I accepted the quote and a new appointment was schedule for the repair. Everything worked smoothly and my car has been running great. They replaced the oxygen sensor and figured out the start stop problem without no cost, because it was a code problem, very honest from them. I would like to highlight David's and Emily's detailed explanations and all the attention they have, especially when listening to the clients. They are great and could not care more about the clients! They have the best waiting couch in the car shop. It was my best experience at a car shop in my entire life (39 years old). Great mechanic shop. My A/C stopped working and they got my car in quickly. I have a plug-in hybrid and didn t realize not all shops work on EVs but Green s does. David (service rep) was super nice and listened well to the problem and was great at explaining things. They sent me a great text with photos of work done and a well explained description of the problem. I ve never seen this before but I love it to keep a record of the car s history. Definitely will be back!

This place sucks, brought my car with an appointment when they opened on Tuesday. Called around noon on Wednesday said they found a parasitic draw and needed and additional one hour to find out where it was coming from. I approved it. Then they sat on my car for the rest of the week got no response on Thursday told me their phone system was down and could not answer my phone calls. Of course nobody that works there has a cell phone either. Waited all day Friday and still nothing. Decided to just to call it a loss and pick up my car because they are not open on the weekends. Everybody was real nice when I showed up to pick up my car since they didn't do a thing. Asked if I really didn't want to leave it for the weekend when they aren't open?. Would you leave your car if you were waisting money on Uber all week.. I already spent the whole week Ubering from and too work and then I had to to pay these idiot's 165.00 plus tax for absolutely nothing. I am still where I was at when I took my car to them. Greens Garage is a great name for them because that's what they are really interested in The Green. I really doubt these guys could help anybody with their car electrical problems or electric or hybrid vehicles. I heard Green s Garage was going close several years ago they should have done themselves and Miami a favor. This is a new trend in Miami everybody wanting to charge to inspect then not really fixing anything or not finding anything or just sitting on your car for days while you are getting screwed.

Do you remember the last time your garage sent you a message every day about the status of your car repairs? Sent you pictures of the work in progress? Snapshots of the computer diagnostics? Issued electronic work orders to review and sign on your mobile phone as they became available? Answered questions after hours? Finished the work on time and under expected cost?Yeah, neither do I. Until now.Green's is the best garage I have ever been to. Period.Genuine service. Truly knowledgeable. Fair pricing.So long as I have a car in Miami it's going to Green's from now on. Believe the reviews, this place is legit and then some.
