Place over charges. They say they are selling you the wholesale price but they make you buy four brakes before you can replace half your brakes. Another time they wanted to charge me over 1,200 for an oil leak and change of gasket. And this with the military discount. The tires are ridiculous prices. It seems the employees work on commission. They only had one cashier that spoke English. I went to another repair shop and they fixed my oil leak problem for $220.

I went to 3 different repair shops, and every one couldn t fix my car, I was so close to giving up and selling my car for parts, but my friend recommended Gramenzi s. I said why not, and when, and then ended up finding the problem, thank god! They fixed my unfixable car and will forever recommend them

This is an amazing mechanic i brought my car here with many problems they got it done in a week, the team is so inviting and Alex was a very big help, and was always letting me know and keeping me up to date i highly recommend coming here

Great customer-oriented business, came with a complex request to fully replace transmission fluid in a German car. Alex set a very good start communication-wise, it was easy to schedule the work and get the process started. Luxury tech (don t recall the name) took time to complete all steps and considered my preferences as well shared his thoughts on the current condition with pictures attached.. As a result, the transmission shifts smooth and completed the adaptation phase. Definitely an honest mechanic spot, highly recommended!

So far i have had 2 jobs done on my car. Replace the computer a year ago no issues and just recently they replaced my AC compressor blowing like new. Few machine shops that you'll find fair and honest. Ill recommend this place.

They were fast, polite, and fixed everything at a great price. I have a Nissan Altima and they replaced my bad wheel bearing for about $170. Plus they were available the same day I called them and worked on my car even though it was an hour until they closed and there were like 5 other ppls cars being worked on. I m impressed!

I went to Gramenzis because my car was giving me trouble. I didn't even have to wait! They diagnosed my car issue and fixed it immediately. I always receive the best customer service when I bring my car. They are the best!!

The service was great. Morel (sorry if typo), Alex, Alejandro, Eduardo THANK YOU GUYS! I really appreciate your help fixing Mia. Just come over to fix your car, they will take care of it, with great prices and service. They explained what was going on with the car and fixed it. Definitely will come back. I was waiting for the oil change and a lady told me she has been going to that shop for the last 11 years... WHAT??? That's fantastic!

This is the best place in town to repair your car. A family oriented business, quick service, reasonable prices, the staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and speak both Spanish and English. Always give you an honest suggestion and fair prices and answer any questions you may have pointing you in the right direction. You will be back to the road with peace and easy in mind.

My car was broken down and these guys helped me every step of the way. They helped me get my car towed. Helped communicate w the tow driver for me as i speak English and he Spanish. They had my car assessed, quoted and fixed before the day was over! They are super nice over the phone, have great prices and treated me with respect. I would definatly be back and highly reccomend.

I ve had some previous work done here(replacing Mercedes interior door handle) which other shops wanted to charge $800+ to repair. Their rate was $300 and came with a warranty, haven t had any problems and it s been 6+ months. Just took the car back here recently for some more repairs, since I emailed them a quote from a competitor, and again, they gave me a much better rate saving me over $400. No problems yet. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good shop, great prices, friendly staff. They're legit, and good people. And yes German cars cost more to fix so don't cry..If ya have to go fix ya car, I'd recommend here.

They stole from me.. if you every see an orange jumper pack at their shop, it came from my truck.. I've been meaning to write this forever. I know it was there because I looked at it before I gave them the car and thought to myself it should be ok.. Boy was I wrong.I feel like I was robbed not only of my personal items but with the service they provided as well. I asked for the parts that they removed and they were never given to me. I'm not worried because as much as they talked about God... Karma will come back towards them.the job went from 3 hrs to 24hrs.. which is unheard of. I'm glad others have had a great experience but I promise you I will share this story with everyone I know.update 8/25/21 I found my jumper box.. Came in cause my oil pan was leaking and they definitely OVERCHARGED charged me for an extra 1.5 hours of labor!!! Dropped my car off at around 12 and was told the car would be ready by 4. I come by at 4:40 to pick up my car and it s still sitting there where I left it. That s not the problem, the problem is I get a text at 6:15 and a call that my car is ready. Soo why did I get charged for 3 hours of labor? Scamming money is not cool.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
