I had a mechanical issue with my 2016 Mercedes sl550 and was referred to Gold Wing by a friend. They were professional, they repaired the critical issue that I had and also they let me know other minor concerns that needed to be addressed. Elvis and Alexa were great and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning if I need their professional services in the future. Thank you

I took my 2017 X5 in for an inspection. The staff was friendly, helpful and upfront. They provided an Uber ride back to my home while the car was being serviced. I found that to be very convenient. I got a text message link to see the details of my service and recommendations, once my car was ready. I highly recommend Goldwing for a positive service experience.

Highest rating. My 2007 SL 55 AMG really needed some analysis from a knowledgeable tech. That s what I got. Lots of diagnostics which were overdue and my world class aging German sports car required some in depth reasoning we did not get from the local dealership.Gold Wing took the time to figure it out and offer sensible solutions instead of just replacing expensive parts or systems which likely would not solve the problem.I m enjoying my car again!

I brought my 2001 MB SL500 to have my AC Blower motor repaired. They determined it was the Blower Motor Regulator. After 5 days I was told they could not repair the car because they tried 3 different Regulators but none worked. I was charged $145.00 for Diagnostic and $420.00 for labor a total of $515.00.I thanked Alexis for her honesty. Specifically, admitting they could not fix the car. Also, to be clear, this review is not about being charged the $515.00. I understand that they have to keep the lights on and pay staff. Not that charging a customer you could not help shows any pride. I recognized the effort. However, when I got home I realized someone had pull a piece of trim of while closing the driver side door. I called and let them know. Alexis asked for pictures. I sent pictures and a video. I never heard from them again. So that is why they get a One Star Review. Ironically, the trim was simply glued back on. But there is always a cost for irresponsibility.The place is clean and looks very professional. In this case, don't judge a book the cover.Service: Air conditioning

Always friendly and communicate well. I like their process for approving repairs. Whenever I have questions about a particular item, they going into great detail about why I should or should not do the repair.

Luis was amazing and super communicative. I can highly recommend this shop! I brought in my 380SL with a plethora of issues and they addressed all of my concerns professionally, quickly, and with reasonable prices. Trust them with your classic Mercedes Benz, they clearly know their stuff.
