This place is registered as a certified repair center for Warn & Dana/Spicer products. On seperate occasions I took my driveshaft and warn winch for repair quotes. With the driveshaft the quote came very high and I was able to just walk away from that.With the winch I left it in the shop for them to perform diagnostics on minor issues and then recieve a quote. The quote came abnormally high as well and after consulting the manufacturer, WARN, I realized that they were way off base with the quote. A complete ripoff. Trying to clarify the difference, arguing details back and forth the manager took offense and refused to do any repairs to the winch and demanded I pick it up.When I got there the winch was completely dissasmbled in boxes. I argued with the manager to return it to me in the same condition in which I dropped it off. The manager said that it would cost me $300 dollars to put it back together and, with a smirk said, no guarantees that it would ever work properly again.I had cut my losses and left. To add insult to injury they did not give me back all the parts to the winch and the parts they did back were purposely damaged so as they could never be re-used. They broke my drive shaft and didn't fix or replace it,then when confronted they said what I'm I going to do about it. Very unprofessional

Not all Jobs are the same but they really go out of there way to help resolve the issue we have. we have taken them a few drive shaft and they have been able to get the job done and fast

Stole my money told me my pto was bad rebuilt pay them $700After didn t work took my truck there Charge me $200 extra labor after 6 mounth find out it was a ground cable Got disconnected
