After weeks calling to see if I will be refund it, for the $120 transmission piece y purchased by "they recommendation", but doesn't needed it. they promised to call me back with the approval, and never happened.Today, I went in person to Florida Detroit Diesel Allison Miami and they REFUSED to refunded me my $120, because the brown PLAIN Carton (original) box, it's a little dirty in one corner.Apparently I paid for the box, not the transmission piece.I lost my $120, because the original box was a little dirty. Remember, this is a mechanical piece!!!

Jeremy Mendel. Thank you for you expertise. What really sets this location apart is its knowledge of diagnosing the problem while saving the customer money. Mechanics with decades of experience, not rookies just making a paycheck! The way Jeremy explains the diagnosis and remedy is unheard of. I ve found a new home for my cascadia. Thank you so much.

Stay away from this specific Miami location. These people in the parts office "couldn't close an umbrella"...especially Antonio "Tony".Every time I go in here, trying to give a benefit of a doubt and give another chance, (I know ahead of time there is going to be) some kind of an issue takes place. Parts not in, parts not ordered as told, change up on prices, just to name a few.It is always the same thing.Spend your money on fuel (like I end up have to do after leaving this place) and go to the location in Ft Lauderdale area. Better service and better (guarantee) chances that you will be taken care of as the valued customer that you are.

I have my freight liner in there getting engine work done to it. And even though it might already be done? They're double-checking one more thing just to be on the safe side. But these guys are very pleasant Jeremy in service an awesome guy to deal with.I very rarely come to Florida let alone the Miami area. But for the work that I'm needing. I'm glad Florida Detroit Diesel was here.

Excellent mechanics very knowledgeable and very quick! Had problems with my truck sent it to FDD and they resolve the problem and truck is ready to go to work!

i wish i could give this place a zero star. I was told to call them because the GM Dealer does not carry internal parts for an allison transmission. I called there parts department atleast 40 times during the day and almost left 20 messages. They never picked up the phone. Very very poor service. Is this how big professional companies do business? amazing ! never every i will buy from them. Will buy parts online. I may have to wait a couple of days but never ever will call this company ever !!!! Garbage service !!!!

I brought my freightliner here thinking they have professional mechanics. Ended up destroying my engine for a simple head gasket. They installed my engine wrong and destroyed it. DO NOT Trust this shop. The Mechanics here don t have a clue what they are doing. And the manager was very rude and unprofessional. My Truck is my Job and I am out of one because of this shop. Stay Away.

Thank you so much for working tirelessly to solve our Freightliner DEF problem. After our truck had been looked at by 5 or 6 different Freightliner repair shops in just the 10 months we ve had this truck. You stuck with the troubleshooting and found the problem. The truck never regened like it does now. Outstanding!!!

Brought our Freightliner into this dealer for a bad Injector. Took them almost 1.5 days to tell us it needed a tune up . They did a tune up and told us we were good to go. Charged almost 1500 bucks . Truck got to Ga and broke down had to get injector at Freightliner dealer . Miami Detroit said sorry we can't do anything about adjusting the bill for not fixing the truck. Wont go back here anytime soon. They don't care about customers and that is for sure .

They got a great new warranty and RoadSide Assistance program. Don't know how we did it without this..A must buy for any over the road truck.

Getting onto 14th with the tractor and trailer was tight but easy getting into facility. Staff was great. No issues.

Worst customer service. Never answers the phone. Never returns calls. Doesn't want to be any help with trying to locate parts. Don't know how they stay in business.

Very Bad Mechanics! Run. Never Fixed the issue. Cost me over $10,000 with no end. They put me through hell. Run!!
