Never a bad experience! I've been coming here for the last 8 years, always a welcoming and easy service. Boss man is one of the most genuine people you'll meet. You can't beat the service or the pricing here!

Bought new front tires last week which I specifically asked if the price included Balancing the wheel , it did. Awesome , I continued the service but after driving around for a week my car was shaking at around 50mph . Thinking it was an alignment issue I went to another tire shop( as this one doesn t do alignment ) and I described my symptoms and they wanted to check balance first before Alignment . The tires went not balanced ! The technician showed me the machine and showed me the small weight they add on the wheels to balance and they looked old ( meaning they never added or removed any ) after the wheels were balanced according to spec , car drives fine ! Prices are good at Flagler Tire Center . But I feel scammed and played . Just for that they lost a customer .

This is going to be the most honest review I will ever leave.I went here on November 11th the total was $270 dollars I got 2 new tires and everything including alignment putting the tires on ETCTell me why my car was basically dancing side to side I told the owner which is a lady that my car needed the tires changed but to check all the tires as well and to do the tire rotation for me too.I have been driving a car that basically at any point could have caused me to lose control due to there negligence of not aligning the tires at all. And one of my tires were completely destroyed and deformed and they did not inform me as well even when I asked them to checkI will not return here yes the price is great but at the cost of you not even getting services you paid for.They will ask you to leave so you don t see them scamming you. I will be posting this review everywhere I don t want a remedy at this point because I do not trust them please keep yourself safe from scammers.

The best time to go is in the morning. They offer all type of tire service including placing a patch in the tire.

If you re going to listen to a review, listen to this one. I went to this place to get a new tire for my car. First of all, the customer service was lacking heavily. Majority of the employees seemed like they didn t care nor like they wanted to even be there in the first place. After I finally received my tire, within 24 HOURS my tire went flat. Luckily I was around my neighborhood and was able to make it home pretty quick. I called the tire center to explain to them what had happened and they told me they would be able to fix it. Once Ifinally arrived, they told me they couldn t do anything. They say they have 100% guarantee, but then have an issue actually fixing what they did wrong. This place is an absolute scam!! The owner is a complete thief who is incapable of taking any accountability for the issues and problems their establishment has caused. The professionalism was completely absent and I feel cheated. I now have to call off of work to have someone take me to ANOTHER tire center to replace my tire because this place was unable to do it. This is a horrible establishment and I hope that soon they will be held accountable for their actions!!

Excellent high quality service, very knowledgeable and experienced staff and they have VERY good prices compared to other places and they work VERY fast. I've been here over 5 times with different cars and not a single issue. Definitely one of the best tire shops around

Unprofessional and unethicalThey charged me 3% extra for paying with cr card. Credit card company indicated that the 3% extra in for business owners, not for the clients. On top of that their tires are overpriced... Big SHAMEWill not go back to that place

Iam the owner call me Gio been here 25 years never ripped someone off don't need the money I love my job if you talk to me from 1:30 pm till 6:20 pm I'll help you no matter what if I did something wrong I'll fix it everybody knows me here iam not perfect but I'll help you out

Where people fail is trying to compare this place to the bigger establishments like "Tire Kingdom" etc. It's not like them at all, but when you speak about efficiency, Fair pricing and reliability! There's not many other's like it!

First off you can't pay debit/credit most times, they ask for cash. They seem to never have the right size tire, no matter what vehicle I take to them. Everyone is real unprofessional, so many guys hanging out in front you can't tell who works there and who doesn't.On the upside the prices are low, the tires aren't bad and the guys are lightning quick.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Went for a tire change and was absolutely ripped off with a faulty tire. They wouldn t refund me the $150 or fix the issue. Absolutely THE WORST

Deceiving advertising and uncourteous unprofessional customer care service. They advertise on Google Maps as open on Sundays until 2:30 pm. I called a Sunday before going there, and they said they would fix my tire if I arrived before 2:20 pm. I arrived at 2:10 pm, and they were already closing. The employees there just said they were closed already and didn't care at all. They ignored me and closed the doors leaving me behind, not even apologizing. Wasted my time.

These people are scam artists. I went to get my tires changed and it was supposed to cost 97 bucks but they charged me triple??? They blamed it on a faulty card machine but neglected to pay back the extra two charges! I asked them to return my money and the lady at the front desk gave me a hard time with attitude. In the end they didn't even return all of my money. Don't go here if you don't want to be scammed. Definitely not worth it.

Go somewhere else! Rude service and unprofessional people. Went for a $150 tire replacement, was defective and now they refuse to solve the issue.

Thieves! One min my tow eye hook is sitting in its styrofoam mold, in my 2017 vehicle. I decided to keep my "old" tire with a nail puncher. Then the guy puts my spare tire back in the trunk, get home and the tow hook is gone.... It was already a questionable experience, quoted me a "new" tire for $55, then it was used, but for $25, then $35 used. And as for the "old tire" that wasn't good according to them because of the nail puncher location; that it would only last me one week! Guess what, using it right now on another vehicle . What was wrong with it? Nothing, just needed a plug... I kept my old tire, they couldn't keep it, fix it and resell it. So they figured they'll take my tow hook as compensation. They must be hard press for money. Ghetto.

One of the few places in Miami that still plug tires the old school way. The place seems kind of sketchy but the guy help me out really quick, gave me a quote took care of my tire and I was gone. They sell new and used tires here but they have a very limited supply in stock.

Honestly the best honest quickest cheapest everything that you can think of that would be a good superlative adverb to put for this shop is what they are they don't talk to you much they don't give you the amazing customer service if you will but they get the job done they're super quick they're honest with you they're not there to try to get your money by any means they are there to literally do their job and to help you out it is amazing to still have people like this and everybody should come here

caught a flat while driving on the turnpike when in so they can take a look at it. my technician suggested i switch the tire before it blows. great service expert advice!!!

I honestly will no go back here, realizing I got overcharged for tires that were only $50 and paid $80/each. They barely speak English and are very rude.

Took my dad's truck to get the tires balanced and they came out much more messed up than when I got there. There are much better places to get tires a block away.
