My tire air pressure was giving me some issues so I took it in and they took care of it within minutes. They fixed the problem in a very professional and attentive matter. They explained everything they did in detail and showed me where the problem was. I was very pleased with the great customer service! Not only did I receive great car service, but I also received great customer service. I was one very happy customer! Highly recommend this store.

Came in to get my four tires changed. The rims of my car were damaged in the process. The store did not want to take responsibility for the damage. Do not come to this shop unless you don't mind getting damages to your vehicle. They tried to blame me for the damage, when clearly you can tell the damage if from tire change. Don't come here with your new car or any car.

Make sure you get a second opinion on any recommendations they make. They frequently do sketchy stuff and with three of my cars that I have gone there with, they always claim that more work needs to be done which will cost more money. I ve never gone here and left without any recommendations from them that would cost more money. Most recently they claim to have tested my battery and said it needed to be replaced for $450 otherwise the car wouldn t start anymore. It s been over a week, car starts just fine and I got it tested at another shop today and the battery is 100% fine. In general these people are rude unpleasant to deal with, I ve been going because it s around the corner from my house but this was the last straw.

I tried out this new service witch at first it seem good. Came in for my tires to get balanced. They recomended changing the brakes, something I knew had to be done sooner or later. They promised the car would be ready by 6pm.Arrived to pick up the car and it wasn't ready, their scuse is that the spacer on the truck did not want to come offSo it is now 7pm and they decided they would jutt put everything back together witch will take another 40 minutes. Really unprofessional, bad service. Owners need to be aware of who they hire.Lastly at the time of pay they were charging me for labor they never did.

I am very grateful for my experience at this Firestone Auto Care center. My front tire was completely flat, and I had to make it to an appointment in 20 minutes. Amir H greeted me; he immediately looked up my information on his computer and helped me phone a ride to my appointment. His kind and calm demeanor turned an anxious moment into one that was solvable. Michael and Daniel also need to be commended. It is not easy to find outstanding service or employees and this auto center offers both. Thank you very much!

Finished my mount, balance and alignment relatively quick and solved an issue with a previous alignment that had been bothering me. Ricardo was very nice and made sure I was serviced well.

I came to change the 4 tires of my Cadillac, it was 5pm on Saturday... when I arrived... Mario told me that he couldn't change my calls... because they closed in an hour... he said he needed an appointment... but there was staff to work... the manaher Andrew continued on the same path their owners need to review who they put in charge. I do not recommend them!Service: Tires

These boys are like family because they treat you as such. They try their best to make everything right. I love them. Amir finds answers and knows his stuff. He treats me with respect and compassion and explains everything. Mario and Anthony are so knowledgeable and awesome as well; they know a lot and assist their customers in every possible way ! Love them. They all honor their customers and I would recommend this store to everyone! All the boys there are knowledgeable and just awesome !!! Thank you.

I took my car for an oil changed. My car did not have problems at all. When I picked up the car I noticed that now when my car is on idle the revolutions goes up and down , it fluctuates. Also I noticed that the oil life percentage was not reset so don t know if the oil was actually changed. Completed disappointed

I only trust my car to Neury. He is the only reason why I choose this Firestone location. Been to others and are not trustworthy. Neury tells me exactly what s going on with my car without instilling fear in me. I trust him and him only.

Workers her lack integrity. I ve had a pair of shoes in my trunk and an Apple Watch I left in my console stolen after getting my car serviced here. Stealing people s property that they worked hard for.

Great, fast professional service with no pressure to get extras. They show you all your options and you don't have to spend a fortune for tires. I'm consistently very pleased with them. I won't buy tires anywhere else. Highly recommended when your car needs new "shoes."

I went to get a minor leak in my tire fixed and ended up coming home on a spare tire! When they were working on my car they bent the rim and ruined the tire. The staff did not inform me about it & let me drive the car home. I could not drive even for a block because the tire pressure went down so fast. I had to go back to the store and that is when they informed me about it. I just got it fixed, needed to order a new rim and a tire and had to spend $1400 for both!Service: Tires

This is my favorite Firestone location, the staff is friendly and I don t feel like I m being harassed to get things done to my car that I do not need. They re honest and hard working. Mike is the best leader and Mario is a great addition to the team too! Bait and switch. Tires shown online available and made an appointment. When I came in I was told that they were discontinued and could not compete the service. Really bad business practice, way too comfortable suggesting a different tire that cost a lot more. This is the second time I have had this happen at a firestone location. Needless to say, I won't be coming back.

Been coming to this shop for a few years now, and it s always been a great experience. Much better than the service, high prices, and wait time I ve received at the dealers. They're close to home so I drop off the vehicle, and pick it up later. They always call and keep you informed via phone of any further recommendations or issues your car might need. They are always honest, helpful, and reliable. Prices are fair too for the services they provide. Happy customer that highly recommends this Firestone Complete Auto Care shop!

Went in there and got an overpriced oil change. When I went in my car was perfect. All the tires were excellent. They called me and told me front right tire needed patching. Got it fixed. Today, the next day, all my tires are flat. ALL of them. Never told them to even touch my tires to begin with. Not trustworthy.

Second review, I arrived today February 3, 2023 at 5:50 PM, more than 1 hour to close, I just needed to change 2 tires (very bad condition one of them), service denied because they were closing, just before me another person was admitted to do a service including wheel alignment , oil change and general review, no problem...there were 3 employees inside the place and they were closing, and unless emergency don't take any other service since 6 PM? I will do the same in my office, will close 1 hour before the actual time...easy, I would like to know what the actual owners think about it and would like to hear a logic behind losing client in the las 2 hours... congrats!!Went 8:30 am to change just 1 tire, Anthony told me should take about 2 hours, went 4 hour later and nothing done, car at the same place, then Anthony told me I was in the walk in waiting list , there was a lot of people before me, I asked him how long would take, all day? His great answer was probably , it was really a great answer for a customer arriving 4 hours ago that was supposed to be out about 2 hours later, thank you Anthony great service and help

Great staff. I took my car for an oil change with an appointment. They had my car ready in 3 hours. They honor appointments. They are quick and get the job done. Great job team

Car was ready before expected, although it was Sunday and a full house. They honored the tire rotation that was included with a previous purchase of tires and threw a $15 coupon on top, for a total of thirty and change dollars for an oil change and tire rotation on a Sumday. Good deal if you ask me.
