I have been a customer for a couple of years, until they started treating me like I was stupid.I brought my car with an abs alarm. They wanted to charge me $2,700 for parts and labor. The parts were $135 x 4.When I called to say I would provide the parts they said it would cost $880 labor.I called another shop and they have replaced all four wheel sensors for $900. Parts and labor.They just lost another customer.

Stay away from this place. Unethical, cursing and violent! Had to call police !Read other reviews and you will see it s a pattern. Even business around call him a jerk and that many customer call police and complain I had an oil change done, first time I tried them, which ended up leaking all over - went to my dealer, they wrote up paperwork to say - Fast Auto Service never put a new filter.. recommended I get a refund - when I went back to this place I told the owner- he called the dealer and me a liar. when I offered that he can talk to them I was Cursed out and physically grabbed and pushed . Wish I had recorded it! Stay away !!

I definitely do not recommend this place. demands more than what you agreed upon at the end of the job. I had to pay almost twice the amount we agreed on. zero customer satisfaction. If you love your car, don't go.

I needed a break change and I went to this place because of my parents. When I got there the guy that was working on my car didn t speak no English which was cool with me but the whole time I have a gut feeling that something was wrong on the passenger side, I ain t really make a big deal of it but after he was done putting on my break he did not test drive my car so I just left and the next day I m going to work I almost got in to a car accident because the breaks was hard after I turn under the lights so I hit the side of the road to I won t hit the two cars that was in the turning lane. So I went to the shop and show the manager and told him what happened he told me to bring the car in after I had it at a shop already I said okay so I m waiting for him the whole day told me the guy from the tow truck was gonna pick up never happen so I called he said someone going to pick up the car 24 hours later second guy never came now I have to get my car fix on my own because he didn t send someone to pick up the car. I went to the shop he was yelling, cursing telling me idc you bring the car here etc. now I have to pay and get my car fixedService: Auto brake repair

I had a great experience repairing a minor bump on my vehicle, Leo el cubano took care of it and fixed it carefully and fast. Everyone very friendly and professional. I recommend this place with no doubt.

Straight shooters! Don t speak to a service/sales rep speak to a mechanic! They did a transmission replacement on my G37x after Warren Henry infinity screwed it up and it now works like a charm! Thanks

Went to this business to have a safe and quick check before I go on a roadtrip to North Carolina alone. They said I needed an oil change that the last place I took it did not do the synthetic oil change and I was over my miles. I paid $90 for that, next day 6 hours into my trip, I see smoke coming out of the engine, I stopped at a gas station in Jacksonville I open my hood to find that the oil was spilled all over the engine, the 2 oil caps where open , one was missing and the other one was sitting on the edge of the hood because they did not place it back on (see pictures of how I found it) it was Sunday and there where no Auto repair stores open at 4 pm, I was alone with my child, desperate to find where I could buy synthetic oil to refill since it was almost completely gone ( if you guys understand about cars, if I would have driven 30 more minutes I would have killed my engine completely because It cannot run without oil). I finally found an Auto zone in the middle of nowhere and was able to purchase a replacement Cap and synthetic oil.I contacted the shop, sent them all the pictures of the proof of what they did, they mentioned they had cameras to be able to see who did the oil change in my car. I asked for a. Full refund of my money and b. reimbursement of the money I had to spend fixing the HUGE mistake they made.No consideration, no accountability, not even apology, no refund was made, they where rude and unprofessional.I called several times and no response from either owner, manager, or anyone working there. I would never recommend anyone to ever come to this shop. I went in there to make sure I was safe to embark on a roadtrip, they almost ruined my trip and my car would have been a total loss if I hadn't pulled over soon enough.Worst experience, no accountability, Poor customer service,Service: Oil change

Was surprised they were open on a Sunday.Two mechanics on duty, took great care of me and the A/C issues I was having.EXTREMELY HONEST!Highly recommend.Will be a faithful customer going forward.

I went there twice for a oil change and tire replacement they overcharged me the amount which was owed on my debit card ; when I asked why I was told because I didn't pay CASH.. never again "CONS"..

Great guys!! Honest and fair. I was towed to them by the company driver due to their reputation of being a good shop.They checked the car,told me everything,and recommended solutions. Got everything done quickly at a fair price. Henry, the boss,is great.

The manager WILL OVERCHARGE you no matter what. I just needed my sensors replaced and they charged me $300. Keep in mind that the pieces that it needed only cost me $60 buck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don t waste your time. Owner never kept his word. We had to tow my fathers car two. And we for the tow! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Brought my car in because I was hearing a clunking sound in the front right side when driving over bumps in the road. I got scammed. They told me my shocks were bad and tried getting me to replace all 4! I only did the front 2 hoping this would solve my issue and nothing changed afterwards. $600 down the drain.Took it to an honest mechanic and he spent an hour and half looking at my shocks and couldn t find an issue. They then took a look at my motor mount and the problem was identified. Fixed that and now my car runs smooth. Don t go here if you want your problem solved.

I had a minor issue and the mechanic fixed it on the spot. Thank you for that, I appreciate it! Now, what I didn't appreciate was agreeing on one price and then being overcharged. Tainted the experience. I doubt I'd go back.

Problem: AC leakFast Auto Diagnosis: Everything is working but your car is old so everything should be replaced.Ok. So where was the AC leak? We did not check for the leak.May I have a written estimate? Huh????Buh-bye.

THIEVES, my car was having problems with the compressor so they sell me a new compressor and they install it, my car continued to have the same issue and when I took it back they told me it must be something else. I then take my car to another mechanic and what he sees is that they had sold me a used compressor and it was installed incorrectly. I tried to take the compressor back to them and they would not return the money, terrible job, I waisted more than $800.00 with these peopleService: General repairs & maintenance

Henry and all the guys ta Fast Auto are the MAX. Go nowhere else. I was reviving my old car and they did a great job on everything. With a few additional tweeks that were needed after the big job, they were kind, professional, and totally listening to the customer. That goes a long way in my book. All the way, actually. Their customer service was great but the mechanic did the oil change incorrectly.I brought the filter and the oil for a Ford vehicle. The filter was twisted more than supposed to and created an oil leak which I had to clean all the mess that this did inside my engine bay as the oil was spraying out in all directions.This shop has done more work for other cars I know. I will go for tire services but not an oil change again

What a great team, you gotta be patient because they are fast but everyone is looking to get their car fixed so it feels like a race to talk to someone. Be patient! The ONLY place to trust when you need your car repaired right. Quality work at an honest affordable rate. The owner and staff are incredible and genuine. Many shops should take Notes from this place on how to run a good quality consistent business. I can t say enough good things about this place.

I only use Fast Auto because they don't lie. They don't fake. They do quality work at a very fair price. For 10 years I have always been very satisfied. I'm posting again because not sure if you received other post the place is awesome and amazing like family I only bring my 2 BMWs here I won't bring them anywhere else I only trust them they are like family , friendly ,fair, knowledgeable,fast,the place is close , convenient,has been here for years in the neighborhood I highly recommend them the mechanics really care ,you will be happy and satisfied, also great service has well and reasonable the owner is the best, and they are all very professional, Josh & Holly

I went to patch my tire. I asked the employee and EVEN the owner Henry of the place if they can do it without damaging the rim & they said yes no problem!. BIG MISTAKE, they messed up my new $380 rim. Best part they did not want to take up responsibility AFTER Guaranteeing all will be good.While complaining to them 2 other customer came back with issues regarding things they fixed the day before!!Do not take your car here!

Stay away. They kept my mint condition pickup truck for a few days to repair the brakes. They ended up using it as a shop truck adding many miles on the odometer and draining my gas tank. They also scratched my truck bed while using it to haul scrap. I was barely compensated for the damage and they never fixed my brake issue lol.The owner is known for using his customers vehicles for his personal and business use, do not leave your vehicle unattended. The worst part of the whole situation was that I found the receipt for a giant order of pastelitos and empanadas under my seat, apparently they used my truck for a food run and they didn't even share one single pastelito with me.

BEWARE!! WORST AUTO MECHANIC experience ever. The process, employees and owner is very unprofessional. I took my car here for valve cover gasket which costed me over $1000. I get my car back to find out the mechanic that worked on my car broke a cord connected to the coolant. The mechanic tried to cover it up by taping the mistake with electrical tape, unbelievable! I'm forced to take my car back cause they are the reason for the mistake and to add insult to injury not only do I not get an apology but they just brush it off as though this is common practice. The only thing said to me is "we have to order the part and fix it tomorrow. He then proceeds to make a big deal out of me getting there by 5pm the next day cause they would like to leave on time, WOW like WHAT?! The next day they fix the cord they broke, However now my car is leaking coolant and the service engine light is on which it had never been on since I've had my car. I wish I could give minus stars. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place. A TOTAL WRONG CHOICE AND I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT.

It wouldn't allow me to give no stars. They don't even deserve this one. Took our vehicle here for coolant fan running continuously after you stop driving car and park it and oil light staying on. We were told diagnostic charge and would let us know if vehicle would be worth repairing or not. Given a quote of $1600 to repair everything. After giving a $600 dep called check on status of repair told car was towed next day after giving dep. Had to pay $400 to get car out of tow. Called to see if vehicle ready ( OWNER NEVER CONTACT ME ONCE DURING TIME VEHICLE IN HIS SHOP ) told car ready. Get there oil light & fan not repaired. TOOK OUR $600 and claimed they had to replace fuel pump. No list of part prices or labor time. DO NOT TRUST these people ESPECIALLY if your NOT HISPANIC!

Always nice and willing to help. Three times I had to stop by after work for flat tires. Always helped me! I am glad I have them so close to my house.
