Highly recommend this place for all your automotive needs. My Chevy Suburban was having engine problems and they fixed it, perfectly. I was very happy with their expertise and professionalism. I did have the best experience with them. Vivian is very nice and helpful and Erich is just a delight to work with. They work with a lot of high end cars. From maintenance service to major repairs, go give them a try you won t be disappointed.

Ive taken my van here twice and its been a great experience both times. Super quick repairs. They are very honest people and reasonably priced and update you on your car. Highly recommend

Our MINI Countryman had a bad ignition coil, went to Erich s today, Erich and Viviana were able to install the new part that I brought and reset the check engine light right away. The entire process was less than an hour with a reasonable price. Viviana was sweet and attentive, Erich fixed the car in a timely and professional manner. Pictures were provided to show me what went wrong with the plugs. We definitely appreciate Erich and team s help today.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

My Audi A4 rack and pinion broke and I was told about Erichs car care . My mother and I visit and off the bat they were so caring and helpful . they immediately accommodated us. They were able to find the exact parts we needed even though it was a struggle. Vivian was always so helpful and kept in contact throughout the repair on my car . Customer service was the best I ve seen and my car was fixed and runs like a dime! 10/10 recommend this place for any repair !Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

Worse car service ever! Took my car there and Eric kept misdiagnosing my BMW X5 and charging for it. After 5 attempts to fix the A/C and almost $5k later, it was still not fixed! When Eric realized he wasn t able to fix the issue, he was rude and asked his staff to let me know he wasn t going to try to fix my car. Changed parts that had already been changed less than a year and made a mess! Stay away from this place!!!

Erich has been working on my 2004 Z4 for 5 years now. He never disappoints. The work is done quickly and properly with fair pricing. He tells me when I don't need to worry about things. Importantly, he stands behind his work! He is just excellent. Honesty, fair pricing and integrity. What more does one want from a automobile shop?

Erichs Car Care for me has always been Top notch service. He and his staff are Very Professional and knowledgeable. I was introduced to him through a client on Fisher Island in 2006 and I have been going there ever since. He is my go to person if I have any problems with my Mercedes. Very Reasonable and accommodating. THE BEST!!!!

I have read the other reviews here and find it hard to believe some of them went to the same shop as I did. I brought my F150 in Monday morning and had it ready for me same day, and this included putting in a new radiator among other things. This is the third time I have taken a vehicle there, and every time they were more than pleasant to deal with, and at a much lower price than expected. The service and value were fantastic every time. I cannot imagine going elsewhere and would recommend Erich's to friends and family.

I first went to Erich's about 10+ years ago with several issues with some old junker I was driving at the time. I had him look at the car and he gave me an estimate and explained everything that was wrong with the car. Since I used to fix/race cars I knew what was wrong and Erich was on point with everything. And explained how one was affecting the other and all of it was again on point an totally honest. Since then I knew that I can send anyone I know and not worry bout referral backlash. You want an honest, knowledgeable & humble mechanic? Go to Erich's Car Care you will not be disappointed.

My sister introduced me to Erich when I had to go pick her 5 Series BMW up one day at his shop about 15 years ago. I took him my MB C220 for service, and he's been my mechanic ever since. Honest, thorough and quick.

It was the worst experience of my life I am 64 years old and I could say not to go to this place ever.. the owner Eric has a very bad attitude disrespectful kept my car the whole day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. he was supposed to fix some things but he charged me $110!!! And he didn't do any repairs he told me that I needed a tune-up and a couple of other things ..he was supposed to send me a estimate and it's been 5 days I'm still waiting I hope somebody read this this guy's the worst of my life!!!

I have a 2008 BMW 650i and have taken it to several "foreign car specialist" to diagnose and "fix" a problem with the brakes. After what seemed to be an endless quest to find a competent honest mechanic and thousands of dollars spent getting nowhere, I was referred to Erich's Car Care. What a breath of fresh air. Erich looked at my car and told me he needed to have my car for a few days to diagnose the problem and he would notify me before he did anything of his findings and what the repairs would cost. I left the car and when I was called back by Erich, he told me he had identified the problem, repaired it and to come and pick it up. When I picked up my car, Erich explained everything to me and my bill was about a fraction of what I expected. Weeks later, I now can write this review and say that |Erich is "REAL DEAL!" My BMW drives perfect and Erich is the reason for that. I highly recommend Erich's Car Care to anyone that has a foreign car that is out of warrantee and wants an honest mechanic that knows how to fix anything that is wrong with your car.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!Great mechanic, I have a 2003 Audi Allroad which has a very complex 2.7L Twin Turbo engine. The car has had a mystery slow cooling system leak for over 3 years and 4 different other mechanics tried to fix it, but failed. The whole cooling system had been replaced yet the slow cooling system leak could not be cured. It was a mystery leak that had other qualified mechanics stunted, until Erich got a hold of it. I don't know if Erich's tenacity and refuse to loose mentality took over, or maybe he's just simply a genius, but he actually found the hidden mystery problem and fixed it! I am very grateful because he actually saved my car and gave it a new lease on life. I also want to mention how appreciative I am for his consideration when it came time to pay because he saved me a lot of money by charging me a fraction of what i was expecting and willing to pay.Thank you Erich, you definitely have earned my business for all future work and I obviously HIGHLY RECOMMEND "Erich's Car Care".Juan Puig

Unbelievable car repair shop. Honesty and abilities make this place my garage of choice for my Mercedes and Buick Lucerne. A bit expensive but worth it in service

I took my Mercedes Benz that it would Not start the guy Erich told me I needed a fuel pump told him to do it Only later to find out all it needed was a fuel pump relay the scammer really be careful You'll better be off going anywhere else and I heard he does not pay his employees I overheard a conversation with him and one of his employees the employee was complaining that it was 3 weeks overdue and still not getting paid STAY AWAY from that place ERICH RIPOFF CARE
