I have been going here for years. Honest and Trustworthy.. I must add Javier grow in this place it a team. An octopus, better said. Every person here has his heart behind this person. He the head they are the tenacles to making this little corner a machine. It is a small place, but he is honest and helpful. He will send you to a place of the same value and worth.

The best place to fixed your car in Miami, period!Ask for Carlos or Javier, very honest and straight forward guys, they will tell you the issue of your car and if they can fixed it or not. And that s what I like the most; for that reason I ve been a customer for few years now.I come from West Palm Beach to get all maintenance for my car, so imagine to drive almost two hours to Miami, that s how much I trust them.Trust me you won t regret it, bring your car here! But good luck, because since they are so good, they are always FULL, that tells you everything : ).

Don t let the exterior fool you. These guys have handled everything from manifold replacements on my VW to tires on a Tesla. Real pros. Great prices.

Man there's the spot in all Miami. Sw 8th street and 62 Ave. Place is packed constantly. Javier and Carlos Young guys with drive and ambition oozing all over. Prices are the cheapest and technicians the very best.They worked on my Formula Firebird high performance restored show and race car.They accept walk ins but best call for an appointment. We'll worth it. See Javier or Carlos. They treat you like royalty.

I drive from JACKSONVILLE FL. to get my car checked out! It s worth the drive and gas. Their the true doctor mechanics . Jacksonville needs mechanics ! I don t want to deal with someone that just got his certification and just learning. This is everywhere in Jacksonville. Shame on them!

Highly recommend! I ve been coming here for 10+ years for all my car needs. Javier and Carlos (the owners/brothers ) are always there and work with integrity. Their prices are reasonable and service is excellent. I trust el Mago Del Ponche 100%, I never look anywhere else. They have a fantastic team.

The guys there were super nice. As soon as I got there this guy came and asked my how he could help me. I went there to get a tire. Another guy comes over and tell me to go the office so I wasn't in the brutal sun and heat.The job was done quick. Their parking does not have a lot of space, he got my car out and put in in a position that I would have never be able to do ready for me to get the car out to the street. He open the door of my car for me. And told me to change the cover on my steering wheel cuz i could get in an accident since is a little big for my car. I told him not to worry that I was already used to it. Ty guys!! I got to Clermont sound and safe. Btw when I used to live in Miami I always went there cuz of their service. I have never had complaint. Bern going there since 1998. Ty.

Wow, the young man who helped me was soooo honest! He could have sold me a needles new tire, but did not. This will definitely be my shop for tires, oil changes, etc.

Freaking amazing mechanic shop. The owner Javier (I believe he is the owner) is super nice and professional. I called him in the morning to see if he could check my rear bearings and told me to drop it off. I picked it up the same day after he changed my bearings and break shoes at a very reasonable price. Thanks Javier!

This shop is the epitome of excellent service. Owner always comes to greet you with a smile and very professional. His team is very professional and accommodating. It's not just the service, you can feel his leadership around the shop. Everyone is always active and everything is "yes sir" "no sir". If they get a bigger shop they would put most shops around town out of business. Keep up the great leadership. Our neighborhoods need small business owners with this type of leadership. Show your support for small businesses like these and stop going to franchise shops that don't know what they are doing.

I've gone to El Mago Del Ponche with my tire issues for years, and they've always performed well and charged reasonably. Yesterday, I took my wife's expensive lease to fix a flat front tire. After a while, the owner let me know that the worker messed up and ruined the tire (mistakes happen to everyone - it's how you handle mistakes that show your character). The owner promised to replace the tire the next day by 10:00 a.m. I told the owner that my wife's car is an expensive lease and I need the same make/brand of tire - the owner promised he would get the same make/brand of tire. I went today at 12 noon and in less than five minutes a tire of the same make/brand and in better condition that the other front tire was installed. I did not pay a penny. THAT IS WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE. THIS IS A BUSINESS - AND OWNERS - OF EXCELLENT CHARACTER AND INTEGRITY. Many business owners in similar situations would have BS'd me, try to avoid blame, given me a hard time - not El Mago. They already had my business due to the convenience and price of their service - now they have my business for life because of their character and integrity. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS 5-STAR BUSINESS!Service: Tires

I live close by and any time I have any kind of issue with my car, I go there as they seem to know about everything. These guys are so efficient, as soon as you drive in someone comes to greet you and they start working on it right away. They are quick, professional, courteous, and fair in their pricing. Other businesses could learn a lot from their customer service model. Would highly recommend.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Incredible & Honest Auto Service!Moving from NY, I was looking for a mechanic to help service my Mercedes for new brakes, tires, oil change suspension services, etc. After going to several local body shops in south Miami, I soon realized that most places were trying to rip me off. (Unfortunately, they think they can get away with it if you are a woman) But Luckily, I found Mago Del Ponche and I have been going to them for 2 years for maintenance and upkeep for my vehicle. They are family owned, consistent, affordable and reliable auto service. I greatly appreciated their communication, fair and dependable services. I really know nothing about cars but their staff will go out of their way to ensure you understand both the issue and what is needed to be fixed. The prices are fair and they have a great reputation in the industry by providing an efficient and fast repair turn around. Best there is for getting a flat tire fixed. They can also fix so called "flatless" tires. In and out service. Right off SW 8th Street. A staple for over 30 years.

This is a local family run and managed tire business where you get personal attention. I went to anther tire store with a slow air leak. I had a long, long wait and they couldn t find anything wrong with my tire. At El Mago del Ponche they immediately helped me and found a small nail that was causing the problem. They don t only do tires, they do any mechanical work. I highly recommend this local business.

This place is fantastic! My flat tire was patched for $15, the service was fast and friendly. Yes, the dealer has coffee, a waiting area, and TV, but I had to buy a new tire on a car I bought a week ago because tires are not covered by the warranty. I definetly recomend this place. Expect honest, fast service at a fair price, but not luxury.

My family and I have gone here for years and while they re great for the easier things like flat tires, oil changes, and tire alignment I can tell you my luck with them has run out. They were okay with my 1st car (a Honda), however they ve nearly ruined my 2nd (a Hyundai) to the ground. I normally don t even write reviews, however I feel it s necessary to show the truth.I rather a mechanic tell me they don t know how to fix a part of my car or not have the correct part than to lie to me. Several times previously I ve had them tell me nothing is wrong with my car but I go elsewhere and clearly I was right and the bill is crazy expensive bc of a maitenance I wasn t told was due.In short, please ask the mechanics here questions before you leave any car with them.

Excellent mechanics and tire store. Very smart and fast service. Prices are always fair.Great selection of tires and they do car alignments. Full service mechanic shop does everything from brakes, suspension to solving even the most challenging problems. They have a wide range of computers for diagnosing most every make of car.

I came in with a half punctured tire on the sidewall of the tire, they were able to fix it in one try where other places had claimed to and not actually done the work. They took maybe 20 minutes, a great experience especially for the price.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great family owned business, Carlos and Javier have followed on their father's footsteps and grown the business to a full service mechanic shop, the most honest and down to earth people I have found in the industry in a very long time, I have been taking my family's vehicles to them for service for well over 15 years and have never had an issue or complaint. Keep the the good work guys!!
