Love the new setup;I recommend VW vehicles and have been a loyal customer for years and their dealership in Miami at Dee is one of the reasons why- the service center is incredible - l it's luxurious, highly functional, great location, convenient, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they'll fix whatever mechanical issues you have, I dealt with Axel and he made the whole process as painless as possible, when I dealt I could tell that he cared and he was on my side, the place is great

You're better driving your car into the ocean than trying to get help from this dealership. These people don't care about you or fixing your car, all they want is your money. Brought my car in because it died from an ignition switch recall and they tried to charge me $600 to replace the battery that died FROM THE RECALL. Total scam, stay far far away from this place.

Short story: their negligence on maintenance caused over **$4k** in damage to my car.I have always taken my car here for regular maintenance, always asking for them to do everything required for maintaining and taking care of the car. I never ask for anything specific just say whatever is needed to maintain and take care of it because I am not a car expert and one supposes they are. Always paid over $700 each time. Recently the car had a bunch of water come in from the rain, the inspector says part of the regular maintenance of this car is cleaning out the drainage and wherever I was taking it has NEVER done it so it clogged up and that s why the water got in. It has caused over $4k in damage because of this places negligence. When I confronted them about it they said I never asked for them to clean it. I said I asked for you to do everything required for regular maintenance of course I don t know every specific thing to ask for I don t ask for any of the other stuff either I ask for maintenance and supposedly YOU are the experts in cars and VW who know what all the car needs. Bottom line Do not go here they are lazy and negligent and will cause damage to your car and not care. They did absolutely nothing to help or to make up for their negligence.

I don t understand how there is no complimentary loaners available ever. In Miami of all places, where you can t live without a car! So cheap and inconsiderate of them!

Extremely Overpriced.....$200 oilchange, $550 battery replacement. Do not go there take it anywhere else. Also take a very long time to finish anything, had appt at 8am called me at 3pm hadn't even looked at car yet.

The waiting room is awful. The sitting area is a joke, noisy and not comfortable. No place to relax or to work while waiting for the car. I expected more and this will surely move me away from this dealership

Horribly over-priced. I came in for an oil change and to have a wheel speed sensor replaced. They had to charge $200 for an inspection before anything could be done and that cost would go towards the repair, ok fine even though I already know it's the sensor, go for it. Then they call me the next day and say it'll cost $570 to replace the wheel sensor (a $100 part) . I replaced one last year at Esserman VW for $150 so of course I declined the repair. Still out the $200 and the oil change was $140. Big rip off! Do yourself a favor and take your VW anywhere else for service.

Been here 3 times for service and repairs. Always had good experience and on-time job done on my Atlas. The only negative thing I can mention is the absence of loaner program, you have to arrange for transportation while your car is in service, or take a free shuttle provided by the dealership. But I'm not sure if this is the policy of this particular dealership or entire VW chain

Awful customer service!9am, with appointment, dropped off my car for a simple service, oils change, filter and tire rotation. Asked to check an light in the dashboard.1pm, I called because I forgot to tell them to check on a light as well. I was told that they hadn t started to work with the car yet and had 2 cars in queue first.5pm, I got worried because they close at 6 and I never got a call. Rep says that car wouldn t be ready until the next day I was stunned!!! Now, I didn t have a way to get back home!!! NOBODY said car would take more than a day for simple oil change and care rotation. I went there to take my car back.Talked to Service supervisor, he lamented the situation and he was explained to workers didn t go and offered me to get me a loaner, but for next day, because they already closed for the day. Customer service is simply non-existent in that place. They should have called me when they realized they were backed up and offered me a loaner or at least notify me in advance.Avoid that place!!!

If I can recommend something. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Worst service department. They had my car for 6 months, no answering my emails when I got it back, my window wasn t working and the lower front protector was in my trunk. There are other VW dealerships, trust me, STAY AWAY.

No car wash with service. Don t answer their phones AT ALL between 12PM-1PM. If you didn t buy your car here, don t try get your included services here. They won t honor free tire rotation usually included in carefree service plan.

Car "ready" 5 days late. With check engine on and some panels not put back in place. Dent not fixed though I purchased the plan. Tires not rotated despite being in the work order.

This is the third time we have had to return the car to " repair" the same piece. The repairs are costly and they take too much time to do it. I had to leave the car with them for 8 days...you would think that I would have gotten it back washed for the amount of money they charged for keeping it 8 days ...particularly since it's the third time they repair the same piece. UNBELIEVABLE.

Spoke to someone named Arturo, who had no idea about anything. When my insurance called him to verify some information, apparently he hung up the phone on them. Terrible attitude, so I decided to get my repairs somewhere else. It s a shame because the sales department was awesome.

The phone number on their website is not in service. The main number does not even let you connect you to the service area, even if they are open. And worse of all they promised my car would be ready in one day and it has take two on a procedure that only takes 1-2 hours.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Called several time to get an estimate on service , they hung up the first time . Second time they kept me on hold for 10 minutes just to be told no one was available . Left a message with my number have not received a call back . Taking my business else where
