I have been here 2x and they are one of the best auto body places I have ever used! Nellie in the office is sweet, smart and super responsive. She anticipates your needs and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Their service is top notch and their auto body work is great! They even cleaned my car, inside and out! Go here, you won t regret it!

I rated 3 stars as neutral based on the fact I did not use their service as it was very! Pricy. In fairness, they may be great as I saw some expensive beAutiful vehicles and 1 classic Monte Carlo done to perfection. Still (I feel) expensive.

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee here for body repairs. They did a beautiful job on the repair but they somehow managed to cause a leak in my A/C line and now there is a constant hissing sound coming from my vents and all of the freon has now leaked from my car. When I brought my car back to tell them about the leak, they had the audacity to gaslight me and tell me that they did not cause the leak and it is unrelated to the repairs they did on my car. It was working perfectly fine before the repairs. I don't appreciate being gaslit and hate when businesses make a mistake and instead of fixing it, pretending like it isn't their problem. Don't take your car here unless you want to pay for extraneous repairs that they caused. I am still dealing with this situation months later. Terrible experience.

This place is amazing! It looks like nothing ever happened. It was repaired so quickly, I forgot it was in the shop. Literally less than a week. Customer care and service was impeccable. I d give them 6 starts if I could.

Friendly and attentive personnel. Good job. Great service. They honor their work. Honesty on price. They do their best to help you with pricing. Currently, just like every other business, parts are on delay and your vehicle may take long to retrieve, Any issues make contact with them, and they'll do their best to help you. I had my car repaired here after a crash. After months of waiting for parts they said it was ready. I was traveling and had my son pick up the car. They did only partial work and didn t even install the parts they were reportedly waiting for. They took advantage of the fact that my teen son was picking up and failed to repair the car fully. This place does speak english, and they were GREAT. Great price and fast service. $35 to reposter my motorcycle seat (not including material because I brought my own). They used stainless steel staples instead of the cheaper galvanized staples. Would go back and would recommend!

What a find. This place is amazing. The people are honest and genuine. Shortest wait for a repair and the woman running the office is amazing with the rental car people and organizing what you need . Just hang out in the office for 10 minutes and you see the care, dedication and time they take with each client. They have many regulars for a reason. The body work they did to my Porsche was amazing. The owner is there making sure all is done up to an amazing quality. Good old fashion good business. Place has been around for a long time for a good reason. Best place in town!Services: Painting, Auto detailing

Horrible experience.If I could put 0 stars I would.I took my car two times and on the second time they said they had to order the parts and it would be ready in 3 days I call in 3 days and they told me that they didn t even order the parts. One week passes and my car is still not done.Once it s done and I go check the car they used the same bumper it had they just covered it up super good. I had my own marks on the bumper that was mine. So, I knew they didn t even change it to a new one.I go check something on my trunk and I m missing a Soccer ball that I take to school to teach my students soccer.I spoke with the owner of the place and he told me he would check the cameras to see who stole my soccer ball. He told me that he was not responsible for valuable items inside the vehicle.That is so ridiculous because why would you have thief s as workers. Horrible experience.They just know how to steal your money and items from your car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I took my car to De Colores for some body work on my Ford Edge. I had made an appointment and was greeted by Nellie who took my information and Jorge looked at the car and within 10 minutes I had an estimate! I had asked Nellie about a rental and Enterprise had a car ready at the body shop. All this was great but the most impressive was the quality of the work. It was perfect, the quality of the body work and paint, just perfect. What is usually an unpleasant experience after an accident , De Colores makes the whole process a lot better.

Very happy with the work done at DeColores. They quoted me about 2/3 of what the dealership wanted, and then completed the job on time. DeColores quickly resolved my stressful issue of having an out-of-commission car and got me back on the road.

Twice I physically went to this company in early June to get an estimate to fix my damaged car.The first visit I was told to come back in several days as they were busy.I did.When I came back, the woman in the office took pictures of my car and said in a few days she d email the estimate to me.That didn t happen.After about a week of waiting, I called, spoke to the same woman who assured me they d email an estimate to me.I waited almost another week but no email.Today I called and was told the boss had open heart surgery in May and as a consequence, they couldn t provide me with an estimate (this is a fairly good sized shop).I understand if this medical situation causes a disruption in their business, but what I can t understand is why, after telling me twice she d email me an estimate, she couldn t email me, or call, to tell me this couldn t happen. And why, if the boss was incapacitated in May, didn t they know they couldn t do estimates.In speaking with this same woman today and asking why I was left dangling and no one had the simple courtesy to let me know they couldn t do the job, she grew quite defensive, saw nothing wrong with her behavior, and blamed it all in the bosses medical condition that was known about since May.Terrible customer service, very inconsiderate of the customer.

I went there to get a quote for my body work, the gentleman was helping me was super professional, and gave a detailed quote and an estimate for my repairs, unfortunately I didn t move forward with them but definitely recommend them as they are approved by tesla to do their body work.

Lady who answered the phone sounded very sweet until she heard my situation.. Literally never let me got a word out.. my technician made a mistake and bumped into a tesla and now another body shop is trying to charge 10k to fix a scratch and rim scrape. But all you can say to me is Everyone s expensive , it s a Tesla , Everyone In the program have the same rates Good Bye Thank you .. literally didn t even get a word in .. That company needs a lesson in customer service.. She s beyond ridiculous..

In my opinion, it is one of the best body shops in Miami!! I have been taking my cars there for the past 20 years. Not only do they do a great job on your car for an honest price but Nelly at the front desk is a gem!! She is so cheerful, helpful and efficient. She makes the whole process a breeze!! Thanks to the whole team at Decolores. You are amazing!!

Just got my car home from this shop and took a close, careful look at the work, which I d quickly reviewed at the shop just to make sure everything had been fixed. Wow. DeColores has some very fine craftspeople. My car had extensive damage and it looks brand new. The lines are perfect. The blends are perfect. Super impressed. They really took their time and held themselves to a high standard of excellence. I m super impressed. I would recommend them without reservation.

People from the shop stole things from my car. And then all they said was, in our policy says to remove items from your car or they could get lost . And to top it off, they used the same broken bumper on my car and charged it like it was new. Worse place to go fix your car.Service: PaintingService: Painting

WOW! It almost looks like they gave me back a new car! I am extremely happy with how quick & easy they made the whole process after I was rear-ended. The whole staff was very thorough and never had me waste my time. Hopefully I won't be in anymore accidents but if I am, De Colores will definitely be my GO TO! Can't say enough how amazing this place is.

Top-notch body work and Tesla certified! But that s not the best part. DeColores Paint & Body Shop provided me some of the most noteworthy and friendly customer service that I can remember. Juan and Nelly were especially gracious. Thank y all so much!!

I had my car repaired here this week. The team is professional and efficient. Daisy had my paperwork prepared for my arrival to drop off the car even though I was early, I received multiple phone calls with updates about the repairs from Juan, and the work was done early! The damage is completely gone and the car looks excellent, thanks to Rudy and the techs who returned it super clean. l will absolutely recommend them and bring my car back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
