I chose this place because it was accepted by my insurance and was close to my home. The customer service is great and with a lot of courtesy and smiles. The problem comes when you see the results of the job. We left the car that was hit on the side, after 3 weeks we receive a call that the car needed another week, then after 2 hrs we receive another call to pick the car up. We go and the painting job was horrible, with several bumps on both doors and the front panel. We decided to leave the car for them to fix it. After 5 more days we go and it seemed that they polished the car, when they should've repainted, still with several imperfections, at this point we preferred to get the car and just leave. The manager said that we could take the car whenever we wanted for them to polish further, it will not happen. I just cannot recommend this place. They charged a lot for a mediocre job.

Be aware, this shop expects customers to leave their car there for an indefinite amount of time. All while the customer spends a fortune on a rental car or is carless.I took my car to get a quote on a fix that required new auto parts. Typically, shops give you a quote, you take your car back if it's good to drive, and they call you back once they have the parts they need to fix the car.That's not the case at this shop. They WILL require you to leave the car throughout the whole process of quoting, ordering parts, and fixing it...a process that can take weeks or more...absolutely ridiculous.

Had an accident and brought my car to this shop since it was certified by my car manufacturer and worked with my insurance directly.Drop off was smooth. They did a good job keeping me updated via sms throughout the time they had it. They did take a bit to repair the car but I did not rush them as I rather have the work done well over fast.Well either way this was not the case. The paint job was great but the reassembly was very shoddy. They put a new OEM bumper but failed to align it with the emblem and grill. When pointed out they said they would fix it and call me back to come pick it up. After 4 or 5 hours I get an email saying they were able to fix it. I show up and it was exactly as before. When pointed out again, the employee stood his ground on that being up to "factory standards". After several minutes of arguing it became clear they were not capable of rectifying the situation and I had to leave with the car as is.Safe to say I won't be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. "Repairs that are done right the first time" should definitely not be the slogan.If you love your car like I do and expect attention to detail avoid this place.

Brought my car to classic collision after insurance sent me there after an accident. Car was fixed in about 10 days. After receiving the car, I noticed a crack in the trunk with no signs of impact which was apparently replaced. When I took the car back to classic collision, they said they would not fix it, only discounted the part. Now why would they give a discount?

They left my car sitting at the same spot I left it for a month! Every time I called to get an update they said they were working on a different part until last week when I called again and they told me to go pick it up. Imagine my surprise when I found it in the exact same condition I had left it. I thought am I on tv? Is this some joke? Having lived in Miami for a while it s not my first time dealing w bad service, but this is beyond incompetence. Playing with customer s time and money! I had to get a rental thinking my car was being repaired only to find out they didn t even move it

Imperio Auto Body & Collision, should set the standard for auto repair facilities , there service is outstanding and there attention to detail is awesome, They fixed my 2015 lincoln MKC they did a great job and before schedule due date , very professional and the girls in the front are great.Thanks Stephanie and after my wife got a total loss in her car i didn't hesitate to take it to Imperio Auto Body & Collision

I am more than satisfied with the work done with this company very great staff awesome estimator who performed phenomenal work and communication. But before arriving I called 15 mins prior for preparation for my car to be delivered upon arrival. I was informed by management I would not be given my keys due to the system not having records of my insurance payment( which they PARTNER with). This was unusual because I was sent an invoice statement showing a payment had been made and was called the day before informing me my car was ready for pick up. However, it took an hour 1/2 for management to confirm which caused me to miss a business opportunity that was scheduled that day. Not to mention after waiting for confirmation that the payment was issued. Not to my knowledge very small display at check out the company recently started an interest on credit cards which is understandable but I was not informed that before using my payment method. I was told by management I would be issued a gift card for the inconvenience of payment system but was never called. I followed up the next day after being told it would need to be confirmed by higher management and was never followed up with. Overall A1 service and staff despite my time not being considered.Service: Body & Trim

After an accident I took my car to this repair shop due to the fact that it was in network with Statefarm.They received the car on Aug 3rd.They Sent an estimate on Aug 8 and was approved by insurance on the same day.It was scheduled to be fixed and ready by Aug 26.On Monday 22 I called to confirm everything is ok. Willy the GM said they couldn t fix my car because they are not Audi certified for aluminum.Conclusion. They had my car for 3 weeks and nothing happened. It was a waste of time resources and energy. Either their staff lacks of skills or they are very inefficient.Ask twice before leaving your car with this guys.

This has to be the worst collision place ever who are awful at communicating. How hard is it to call and update you on the status of your repair. State Farm needs to take them off of their list and no one else should go here.I called today and the lady told me the guy in charge of my car left for the day without leaving any notes! How is that professional?!I'm still waiting for my car and I've been getting the run around. I took my car here after picking them here from the list my State Farm insurance company provided and there were plenty of others closer and I wish I and picked another.My car was dropped off July 13th and communication has been poor. I'm the one who has had to constantly call for updates.First day they said they're waiting on parts, then they said they've put everything together and it's in paint now and they're waiting for the last two parts, now the last part that's coming from California with no ETA, the last part was available at another Honda that I was able to find for them otherwise who knows how much even longer they would have kept the car, they didn't even try to find the last part anywhere else, if I had taken it somewhere else the car would have even done by now. It's absolutely ridiculous. Sad part is I know it at least I thought the workers were working hard in the Florida heat that I even showed my appreciation by sending them UbetEats tres leches! I've been without a car and using Uber to get around and now they can't use the parts excuse, the last part didn't need to be painted. From Monday-Friday they needed to put the support bumper and calibrate the car and check the sensors. I'm not happy. Send your car somewhere else if you want car fixed in a timely manner without excuses.Now let s see if the manager calls me Monday.

I want to thank Imperio Body Shop for the amazing job they did on my 2018 GMC Terrain. The work they done on my Vehicle was above what I expected! They provided the best professional customer service and kept me up to date with status emails. On top of it all, my vehicle was done before the expected date!Thank you again for your dedication and hard work. I will for sure recommend you to all I come across!!!

The worst service experience i ever got. I paid them for bumper cover and engine splash guard replacement for my toyota corolla. They didn t even fix the right screws. My bumber cover fell off on road. Even the engine splash gaurd is coming out just 20 days after the repair. They took whole week to do this irresponsible job. Changed my appointment twice. Please avoid this if you want good service.

The people are fantastic. Very clear explanation of what is needed, cost and time involved for repairs. I have used them several times over the years and have always been pleased. I just had my 2006 Infiniti painted and lights cleaned and the car looks brand new! I recommend them!

Great place and employees! My car was done quick and came out perfect. The insurance company had no problems paying what needed to be done after learning we too it to Imperio. Insurance adjuster also told me it was a top notch body shop. After dealing with them I determined that to be true! I recommend anyone to Imperio Auto Body & Collision.

Excellent and timely. From the receptionist to the gentleman that went over my car with me when it was ready. This is the shop my insurance recommended and I am glad they did. They also did a few other minor 'touch ups' that were no extra charge. Highly recommended 10/10 !Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst experience after a collision. Employees are very unprofessional. A vehicle is a need and not a luxury. As a paying consumer make sure you steer away from this body shop. Customers should feel protected and comfortable with any service. This company failed to accomplish the reason my car was taken there to begin with. Any insurance working with this company should audit the shops repair and service and recommend another body shop to their clients. Hopefully someone can read this review before thinking of taking their car to Classic Collision of DORAL.Service: Body & Trim

The paint on my car doors were literally pealing away after three years from a bad paint job done at a different shop. Geico asked me to take the car to Classic Collision Doral, and they corrected the horrible job done by the other shop. The car finally looks good again and the job was done correctly. This body shop should be audit immediately!! They keep your car forever to fix it and then when they finally ask you to pick it up something will be broken (SOMETHING NOT RELATED TO THE PREVIOUS DAMAGE). Juan Prestamo o Joe Rodriguez will ask you to leave your car AGAIN stating they will pay you a rental car with ENTERPRISE (that one that is located next to them) but SURPRISE SURPRISE: Enterprise will charge you with the service not immediately but months later.In my case everything took place last February and last June I was charge by Enterprise with the total cost of the rent. I called them to ask why? EVEN WHEN THE DOCUMENT I SIGNED STATE CLASSIC COLLISION WILL BE THE PARTY RESPONSIBLE TO PAY and an employee named Aron told me since Classic Collision did not pay that service, they had to charged me because SOMEONE HAS TO PAY FOR IT I called to Classic Collision and spoke to Joe Rodriguez who very unprofessional just told me he needed to review if that story was true C mon!!! He asked me to sent several documents to prove I was charged AND OF COURSE I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE FROM HIM AND I AM PRETTY SURE I WILL NOT SO BESIDES ALL THE TROUBLE CLASSIC COLLISION CAUSED ME IN THE PAST I HAVE TO ADD ONE MORE: I PAID FOR A RENTAL CAR I DID NOT ASK but they offered for made me return my car to that body shop.I am pretty sure a lot of people has been in the same situation and maybe they have not realized about it and my husband is just the perfect example (BECAUSE YES!!! WE HAD TO RETURN ON MARCH AGAIN FOR MORE TROUBLES WITH THE CAR AND AGAIN JOE RODRIGUEZ OFFERED A RENTAL CAL WITH ENTERPRISE) and it was until this week my husband noted the charge from Enterprise in his credit card when I told him what was happening I tried with BOFA to reverse the charge but since there was a real service with Enterprise they did nothing So please, if in the past you were offered by Juan Prestamo o Joe Rodriguez a rental car with Enterprise go and check your bank statements because for sure you will see you ended paying for that rental you did not ask!!!Can you imagine all the money Classic Collision and Enterprise is taking from all the customers in the exactly same way?! Very lucrative, do not you think??? And please noted all the time I waste due to the negligent service.Besides let me tell you this: back in February the initial estimate from Infinity to repair my car was $2 000 and at the end Classic Collision took from the insurance company more than $14 000 Jump yourself into the conclusionsService: Painting

Amazing work. My car looks brand new. The staff is very friendly and professional. JR kept me updated with all my repairs and answered all my questions and concerns. Rene and Eylin were patient and kind with me. I would absolutely recommend Imperio to anyone in need of car repairs.

My first visit to Imperio about a year ago was painless. I took my car directly to the car dealership where the owner met both me and the service agent . He was very attentive and fair. Other than the time it took for the repairs to be done to my car, everything was okay .However, this last visit was extremely disappointing.I am not going to mention the name of the person that attended me . But an easy and cheap fix quickly turned costly once insurance was mentioned .Let s start from the beginning. The mechanic took a look at my car , told me he estimated $400 to repair. I told him I was hit and was still deciding on which insurance to use.My mistake.He not only tried excessively to get me to go with the other parties insurance but also tried to get me to get an estimate from the insurance inspector to guide him in his estimate.After a while of going back and forth on this, he handed me an estimate for $1,000.When I confronted him about it , he first fed me a story about the quarter panel having to be taken off to paint the bumper.(Come on).Then he told me he was also including painting some knicks or scratches on the rest of my car.(That s not what I asked for).Mind you , none of the above was mentioned before the insurance was brought up .To the dealerships affiliated with this body shop... These people represent you in one way or another. You are recomending them to your clients. It s sad that their quality of service changes so durastically if one of your agents is not there to oversee the process.

So far, they have kept me updated with the progress of the repairs on my vehicle. Even though I received an estimate, they conducted their own evaluation. During it, they discovered more damage than was initially reported. Imperio contacted the insurance company to get the further damage covered. I have received an ETR. If they can stick the landing (quality repairs within the specified ETR), it will be one of the best customer service experiences I've had while in Florida.

Fixed my vehicle in a timely manner, but STOLE $6 to $7 dollars worth of change out of my car. When I called to give them a heads up of what was going on in their shop the Manager refused to come to the phone and advised the Secretary to have me to come in. Luckily I work in the area so I stopped by. Once there he still would not come to the front to speak to me. He sent the Supervisor Andy out to tell me verbatim, "we advise all of our customers not to leave anything of value in the car and we will be glad to help you again in the future."Service like this you guys will never work on any of my vehicle again and I will not refer anyone to you.

I was referred to Imperio Auto Repairs by the insurance of the person who crashed into me in an accident I was involved in. The rear bumper was the spot of impact, so it had to be replaced completely. I was assisted by a Mr. Juan Prestamo, who has great customer service and sense of humor. Mr. Prestamo went over and beyond in making me feel comfortable that my car will be in great hands. When picking up my car, it was washed clean and the rear bumper was brand new as promised. Not only was the bumper replaced, Mr. Prestamo and I m sure other Imperio Auto Repairs workers had worked in repairing my glove compartment box which didn t close at all and was always left opened. Thank you all at Imperio Auto Parts in doing an excellent job. 5/5, I highly recommend taking your vehicle for repairs here.

While on vacation we were hit by an 18 wheeler. The damage was extensive and fortunately our insurance company directed us to Imperio. They stayed late to receive the vehicle, were very courteous, explained the process, kept us informed throughout the repair and finished ahead of schedule. We flew back to Miami, picked up the vehicle. It was like off the showroom floor. Could not be more pleased with the work they did and how professional they are.

The service was amazing. The whole process of repairing my car was explained clearly and easily. I was notified of every stage of my car by email. I highly recommend this shop if you need body repair work done.
