Best service I ve ever had at a collision center! I don t usually write reviews about these things but, they got the parts from my car, painted and ready within nine days! That s replacing an entire rear bumper, and when I picked up the car, they even washed it and cleaned it inside and out. I ve never heard of a collision center cleaning your car, the young lady at the front was super nice and would call you with updates of the vehicle. I really felt like they had first class service. it did a great job. My rear bumper looks beautiful painted and there are zero panel gaps. I m pretty OCD about those things. Car looks great. Definitely bring your car here if you have an accident.

Great service! Excellent work. Raul the manager was very attentive, made sure my repairs happened quickly and efficiently. Very polite and knowledgeable on the claims process. Rudy answered all my questions and always got back to me promptly. Great Team! Car looks like no accident occurred. Recommended! A++

Not very happy over all. I had multiple issue in the car after the repair. Which were caused from the accident but they never agreed and never fixed , they said go to another mechanic bring it in writing.I would not go there again.All i have in my car now is nothing but issues. I spent 1700 on extra repairs after the my car came back from classic collision.

I am a Chevrolet Owner, My experience with Classic Collision Kendall was Excellent, repairs were completed ahead of schedule and were done perfectly and car left like new, they kept me updated on the repairs and everyone was very professional, I would recommend Classic Collision Kendall for any necessary repairs that need to be done.

Got rear ended by someone with Progressive and they recommended I go here for repairs. From the start, the process went smoothly. They were able to fit me in for drop off the next day which is unheard of these days. Enterprise picked me up from the shop and took me to get a rental. I got texts with updates. When I went to pick up my car, I left the rental with them and they took care of returning it to Enterprise. I had a lot of questions regarding my repair because I had never been in an accident before. I also have a BMW so I wanted to make sure the car was back to how it was before the accident. Rudy walked me through what was being done to my car and answered all of my questions. My car came out great and they even detailed it. I hope I never get into another accident and need repairs but if I do, I will be returning to the team at Classic Collision.

Horrible work. Went in for a minor accident and ended up with problems starting my car, bad alignment, they didn t even place the front bumper on correctly. One of the workers even asked me It looks good right No it does not! My car is 2023 (that s to add that it really should not be having these issues) because of this place it now sounds and drives worse. Honestly hoping when I go back on Friday that something can be done to fix what they left me with.

Service was quick and the work looks wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly and had no problem explaining the car repair process to me. This was the first time someone had ever hit my car and the staff at Arrow made sure the repair process was stress-free.

Any time I need body work done to my vehicles, this is where I take them. I always know when my vehicle is returned to me it will be turn out as perfect as it was when I purchased the car. You can never tell it had body work done. I 200% recommend Arrow auto collision! Backed with a lifetime guarantee! U can t get any better! I can only say, this place was excellent from beginning to end!..first time for me taking car for repair(accident) so I was apprehensive after horror stories about women and car repair shops, so happy i went to this place,very professional,friendly and my car looks like new!...and got it a day before promised,I will definitely recommend this place!... a very pleased customer!Service: Body & Trim

They work with infinity insurance, but seems they are in different worlds. When to pick up my car on a sa5as per adjuster an they were not even open. Waist my time and had to rent car for the weekend.
