The short male cashier with the glasses and hat is always argumentative. If a customer is giving you feedback nicely about you air machine on your property you shouldn't argue with them. The machine clearly has a set tire pressure feature which does not work. The only option it has is on and off. It took my dollar and I never asked nor wanted a refund. I was simply giving feedback. A few weeks ago with the other tire pressure pump he was also argumentative and defensive. Poor customer service. I'll never use this gas station again. There are plenty of competitors around.

I parked by the trash/air pump area, I was there for about two minutes when an attendant came out, knocked on my window and rudely said I could not park here. I explained that I was finishing a phone call and was going to check the air pressure in my tires, he repeated the same thing again like a robot. I calmly raised my window, finished my conversation, and checked the air in my tires. Bro, get a life.

Car wash doesn't work .The cashier by the name of Maria didn't want to go outside to check.She told me to come on Monday to see the manager.Do not use the car wash horrible service.

La se�ora Karla es una grosera la mujer m�s despota que puede estar aqu� en los Estados Unidos , da pena y verg�enza que trabaje atendiendo publico , ya hemos discutido mas de dos ocaciones , Deber�an tomar una decisi�n con esa mujer grosera he incoherente .Sobran palabras para describir lo horrible que es esa mujer .Les recomiendo que no vayan a esa gasolinera mientras exista para que no les da�en el d�a .Gracias !!

Jueves 6 de julio, 9.30 pm. Me pararon la bomba en pleno servicio. La chica fue irritantemente descort�s. Trato p�simo y poco coherente. Estuve discutiendo con ellos(Victor tambi�n) por 10 minutos, por gusto, algo que pudo resolverse en 2 minutos con un poco de Atenci�n al Cliente y ESCUCHAR. Victor medi� mal, tampoco ser coherente, aunque es salvable. A la chica si la pueden botar pal cara.... que en Servicio al Cliente est� perdida o mejor, mandenla para una Bodega en Cuba que ah� si dar� la talla

Hola mi familia y yo vamos mucho a esta gasoline pero hay una se�ora que se llama KARLA !! Es la peor persona que tienen all� es una grosera no saluda tiene mala actitud para la clientela es muy despota horrible para estar en esa posici�n no entendemos como pueden poner a una persona as� !! Es terrible para esa posici�n pero ya no tenemos porque volver all� ! Por culpa de esta se�ora karla! Deber�an entrenar bien al personal cuando trabaja con el p�blico!! Terrible terrible!!

Very bad service. They deactivate paying at the pump to force you to enter.Muy mal servicio. Desactivan el pagar en la pompa para obligarte a entrar.
