Worst experience ever! Unprofessional and disrespectful. Don t come here, they cut corners.(10/23/2022) I took in my car for a flat tire, and eventually decided to do a balance, the gentleman on the first video told me I can get cash at the family dollar around the corner, which I proceed to and it took me no more than 10 minutes to comeback. When I returned, the gentleman had already removed the front driver tire and he then asked me where is the lock key, I then asked him, wait so you removed the lug nut with out the key?? He then proceed to say it was fine that it come out with no issue. (I proceeded not say anything and gave him the benefit of the doubt it was fine)Several minutes go by, another gentleman was putting the wheel back and I notice him having trouble tightening the lug nut, and I told him, it s not grabbing right? It s because he removed the lug nut with the impact gun that required the special key huh? The gentleman agreed that it was that case.The helper then told the guy who removed the wheel without the key that I was not tightening, which he then became offended and started to state it was fine when he removed it.The first video was of him eventually trying to make it work, which I already knew the stud was stripped, and it eventually it ended tightening after a minute of trying. It should have not taken more than 5 seconds for a lug nut to tighten.After that video, I told him I was not happy with the results but he kept insisting it was not problem even if it eventually tightened. I then told him, if you so confident about it to please remove the lug nut and put it back again well there you go, it did not even come out so easy, as it spewed metal dust (the issue he had caused in the first place)The second video is the aftermath, a destroyed stud that he refused to take responsibility and kept saying it s only 4 dollars stud to replace. I was heated that he did not was to fix the he caused, he refused to help, told me to take my money and go if I don t pay him, told me if I don t want to leave that I can call the police. He kept insisting that I can drive with 4 studs, that nothing can happen, but I refused to take that answer, as I will not take the risk when I m with my 2 kids of 3 years old and a 14 month old.It took him over 30 minutes to finally accept the responsibility and went to buy the stud and had one of his mechanics to help. It took 30 minutes of arguing with a customer about the issue he caused.Please if you do come, makes sure you check your studs or provide the key!! Poor service and it doesn t even deserve 1 star.I would like to also mention that his other co workers has admitted they had let customers leave without one or two lug. That s a huge liability.

Was there this morning looking for new used tires. They have good new refurbished tires but overly priced. $150 for one unused tire. The manager is a little rude and will stop giving you service if you don't buy his tires.

Carlos is an honest person and exceptional with his service and experience. It is the only shop I trust when I have to fix or buy tires for my vehicles. He gives you his word and always resolves if you are not satisfied with the tires or service. Very bad experience, first they told me that they were charging me $15 for a plo and after they took the air out of my rubber, they told me that the plo had to be a large one and cost $20, they are people who take advantage of other people's problems I do not recommend it to anyone.Muy mala experiencia primero me dijeron que me cobraban $15 por un plo y despu�s que me sacaron el aire de la goma, me dijeron que el plo tenia que ser de los grandes y costaba $20, son personas que se aprovechan de los problemas de los dem�s, no se la recomiendo a ninguna persona.
