Came in to check out the screen for my vehicle that had gone blank, darn electronics. Anyway Aventura Jeep Dealership did their best but no cookie, I was referred by them to Cartronics now the head man (sorry forgot his name) went through it thoroughly as could be and I could glance over too to see how he was pulling it apart and going through the motions, very satisfied with his handling of my vehicle. We could see that it had gone Kapotes so I have two choices head to the flea for parts and he said he would kindly assemble it for free, nice man or buy new equipment hmmm what do I do ??? Google I will get back to you later with my decision but overall very satisfied with the evaluation and analysis, and he cleaned up my boot and organized my equipment at the back where he was working .. I have my vehicle back now and now contemplating what I should do ..Cartronics is a good Spot for those who don t want idiots in your car playing around. Thanks Cartronics fast and through and his price was fair.

This place tried charging me $600 for a dash cam install.... nooooo thank you. Don't come here unless you want to get scammed!P.s. the owner sounds like a real peach. Thanks for the nice response.

6 hours of work to install a camera that I could do myself if I had free time watching a YouTube video, the camera cost me $99 and they wanted to charge me $600 for the installation!! What the chubby man at the counter told me is totally absurd.. and obviously at that price I wouldn't do the job, I went to a store a few blocks away and paid less than half.

Got a back up camera and alpine radio screen with apple car play & android auto installed. They did a great job. I had two small issues afterward but they were able to fix it for me. Very nice people and they do great work.

Excellent service, professional staff. Replaced the headlight and touchscreen on a Cadillac Escalade. All work was done quickly and efficiently. As a compliment, they changed the battery in the key fob for free.Highly recommend!!!

This place doesn't even deserve one star! My friend took his 2002 Ford Explorer to have a radio installed. The employee yanked out the old radio and began cutting wires, before even checking, what these wires were connected to. He told my friend "don't worry I know what I'm doing", the install was completed, but the car would not start. They looked over the wiring and said they did not do nothing wrong - it must be the car or the key! The car had to be towed to a garage. In the meantime I personally called and spoke to "Rick" and he informed me that if it was their fault, they would pay for the repairs. I, also, called "Lester", the owner and he screamed at me telling me that his "technicians" are trained and they know what they are doing and that my friend had an OLD car!!!! After two weeks, without a car and towing fees - it turned out that "Lester's so called "trained technicians" had cut the ground wire that created costly repairs for my friend! My friend returned back to the store with the repair invoice reflecting that the "ground wire" was cut - the manager "Rick" began screaming at my friend and told him to get out of the store! In the meantime, I tried to contact "Lester" which he never returned my call. They both had said "that if they were responsible - they would reimburse my friend for his damages". This company is dishonest and their work is shoddy. I personally saw their shoddy wiring job as they shoved back my friends old radio with all the wires cut! Unfortunately, the company does not want to assist my friend with this costly repair - now it will go to small claims court and the internet will warn others of their lack of customer service and most of all their "untrained" installers! Beware - this can happen to you as well! I have attached a picture showing how they cut wires without checking what wire went where!!!!!

Highly recommended. Keith and the team here are super professional. I walked in, explained my problems, and they took care of it in a day all while making me feel like I ve known the team for years. Pricing is excellent and you get a very experienced team that cares about the quality of their work.Just to give some context - another shop installed some wiring on my Jeep without installing quick disconnects, they spliced into wiring that shouldn t be touched, and used twice as much wire than needed. Keith and his team not only cleaned everything up, installed a new up-to-date alarm system, but made sure to show me everything was working before I left.A big thanks to Keith and the team - appreciate the quality of work and professionalism of everyone in the shop.

These guys did a good job for me as far as I can tell. In and out with a problem for a radio/stereo replacement. Wait time wasn't that bad, and everyone is pretty nice.Lester, the owner, is a pretty knowledgeable guy, in just about all things surrounding analog audio systems - gets very detailed. Just finished this install so might update this in a month or so, but so far I have no complaints. Smooth process; Professional guys that know what they're doing.

Great place. Lester described everything needed for the car and told me about the mess that another shop did to my car when they removed the factory radio 5 years ago. They provide great customer service and are very helpful. Lester made sure that the new radio worked 100% before he released the car to me.

got a amplifier placed in my truck from this company, after placing this amplifier in my brand new truck my battery kept dying. so I advised rick of my problem who told me it wasn't the amp. that the problem was my truck however this is a brand new truck. after continuously going back and forth to them they then discovered that the LC7 was not working. the LC7 is the power switch to the amp. it controls the off and on of the amp. the new owners advised me that they can fix the problem for an additional 269.00 only after paying 1700 for the inoperable equipment and installation. I don't recommend this company to anyone and I will never return there again. that's not how to conduct business.

Got the big three upgrade(grounds in engine bay) and a line out converter for my stock stereo done, also got a kicker 0 gauge dual amp kit installed all in one day. I must say my system sounds clean, crisp, and awesome now! These guys did a great job on the wiring, tuned my amp and made it look really nice, and they back up their work with labor warranty for the life of the car. Prices were pretty decent also. I couldn't be any happier with my tunes now. Thanks Cartronics!!!

This place is great!! My audio suddenly kicked. I first went by the dealership. They quoted 5X the amount that I paid for it to be fixed at Cartronics and that was for a diagnosis ONLY. I m so glad I drove off that lot and over to this shop. They are a family owned place with great customer service and are very trustworthy. I won t consider going anywhere else since finding this gem.

The sales team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing was fair and the installation of my stereo, alarm and rear camera looked, sounded and performed super! They even offered a ride back to my office while they worked on it.

This is really the place to go, Lester was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, making suggestions and options a great straightforward guy, Rick was always on the spot ready to answer anything and Pete was so efficient and perfect installing the system, which was a radio with screen, amplifier new rear speakers and cameras. can not say enough about them, they wanted me to be happy and I am. Again another shout out to Pete.

Good place for speakers and amp Installation they are willing to work with u if your on a budget very professional. Also they finance if you dont have the full payment in hand recommend this location out of all the other cartronics.

I've had the privilege of dealing with Les and his team for close to 2 decades. Every single time that I have been to Cartronics I have been treated with class and respect. Les listens to what I want and then he puts together a package suitable too my needs as well as my budget. I have done alarms, bass systems, speakers, amplifiers, tuners and window tinting on all of my cars, my family's cars and employees cars all with Les and Cartronics. I would trust no one else to perform at the level of Cartronics.

Just left from there. He was quick and didn't charge me a penny. Before i went there, I had checked with another place that was going to charge me 49 bucks just to check the radio to see what was wrong. I'm glad I called this Cartronics location right after. In less than 5 minutes, he had my radio working again.

I've been going to Cartronics for about 20 years. I had my 2000 Accord, 2008 FJ Cruiser, 2010 Altima, 2014 Sonata, 2017 Santa Fe, and now my 2020 Santa Fe. All these vehicles have been serviced from window tinting to radio installation and they have done an excellent job. I highly recommend them. Rick has been great to work with and I look forward to doing business again. If you need and want profesional service and professional treatment, go see RICK.

This has got to be one of my best electronics shopping experiences ever, went into the store and was quickly helped out by Jose and Rick, these guys are true professionals, I had an overhead dvd installed and the install was absolutely immaculate, after the install Jose showed me the different functions and explained to me all the features as well, I would not hesitate one bit whenever I need something electronic for my vehicle again. I highly recommend this specific shop to everyone, you will not be disappointed, A big thank you to all of the staff at Cartronics in North Miami Beach, really appreciate all you did for me, thanks again !!!

I agreed to take my car to Cartronics in North Miami Beach to have the headlight and fog light housing replaced and my tail lights smoked/tinted. About 2 to 3 days after it was completed, I notice part of the cover flap underneath the engine was hanging and one of my high beams was not working. I didn't think much of it, but maybe the one of clips came off. As for the high beam,it was just the power cable they forgot to plug into the bulb. After a few days later during many rainy days, I noticed the left headlight (passenger side) was fogging up. You actually could see condensation building from the inside. Fearing that I could lose my new head light, I immediately contacted Cartronics and they agreed to look at it. The manager contacted 2 to 3 hours later over the phone stating that the headlights didn't have the caps that could prevent from coming inside the housing. I thought it was strange they didn't tell me initially from the beginning. When it was time to pick it up, they told me the shocking news that I was missing the entire mud flap cover underneath engine, the entire mud flap cover on the right fender bender over the tire (passenger side) and missing partial mud flap over the left fender bender over the tire (driver side). I found it very strange to be missing these parts, considering that I have never been into an accident with this car. I only take it to the dealership I bought it from to get it serviced and for the most part nobody really ever drives the car by myself. It was only fitting that the headlight with the condensation was located on the same side where the entire mud flap cover was missing unlike the other side where it was partially missing. The partial missing clearly looked like it was cut off and not even torn off. I took pictures of all these areas. I don't think these installers knew what they were doing. To replace the head light housing on my car's requires you to take off the bumper and it took the second time around to tell me that 3/4 of my mud flaps were missing. I found highly suspicious since they were the last people to work on my car. On top of that, the tail lights tint kept bubbling and they did it a second time which is still not satisfactory. They forgot to take off the plastic over the fog lights and left it on there. They were signs that it was a job rushed and inefficient. Eventually, I had to purchase new covers flap which cost me about $273 for the parts and $90 for the labor. Of course, I took it up with the owner of the shop on how I was furious about all this and he claims they had nothing to do with the lost of my flaps and they even looked at the surveillance camera. This experience was a complete nightmare. I paid them about $315 for the labor and it was unsatisfactory.
