I was hit by someone in a parking lot and their insurance covered the damages. Caliber was on their list of shops so we decided to try them out.From the beginning, Chris was nothing short of wonderful. He guided me thru the whole thing and updated me throughout the process. Even when I wasn't able to answer the phone, he would leave a detailed voice messages.The day I was due to pick up, I was also scheduled for surgery. He was kind enough to offer flexibility for the pick up and even asked my husband how I did.Upon receiving our vehicle, we were shocked at how good it looked... inside and out. Not only did they repair the damage, they detailed the daylights out of it.The last amazing thing is that we were able to leave our rental there. It's a small detail but it saved us time as we didn't have to then drive to Enterprise.Highly recommend!

I just have to say absolutely outstanding services and customer service. Making the appointment to drop off car was extremely easy. I received the estimates for the repair and the time it would take super fast.During the repair process they contacted me several times to keep me informed about the repair status, I wasn't expecting them to do this, but being informed the whole time during the process gave me a peace of mind.My car was ready at the time it was promised, they did an amazing job, and the best part is that they were no surprises at the time of paying.

Amazing to work with, my car was in great condition and was even detailed inside which made me even happier when picking up my vehicle. As a mother of two small children having my car fixed perfectly AND clean was great. Would recommend to anyone needing work done. This shop was great, everyone was kind and helpful. I got updated on my vehicle through text and was able to check up on it with the link provided.

Car hood was not aligned with the grill and fenders and clearly noticeableThey missed multiple damage and wanna act all nice but don't get the JOB done.My head lights had condensation/water and the store manager Jessica tells me take it to Lincoln for a opinion. Very unprofessional they should not be a certified establishmentI went cause they had good reputation. But clearly they need to clean house. My car had to be return and they did nothing.They had my car for over 55 days. Denied to provide a loaner. The denied to correct they bad work.My insurance had to get involved.Car was dirty I saw all the flaws when I washed my car. They responded by saying "they are not a car wash "Horrible experienceMy claim been passed on to a district manager. Don't let these people get over you. Be respectful and don't give up demand it and they have to be held accountable.My car was dirty when I picked it up. They responded by saying they not a car wash.I washed my car and came back the next day.I would have gave 0 stars if I could.Do not take you're vehicle if you expect a certified detail job.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Very satisfied and grateful with the service received. Jennifer was very kind, she even called to have me taken to the car rental, and Robert, who took care of my car, was very helpful and professional, explaining everything regarding the repair of my car and keeping me informed about the progress. My car was ready before the estimated date and was like new. They have an excellent team work and customer service. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Caliber Collision took care of repairing my car after an attempted theft. They worked with my car insurance and rental car company to ensure a smooth and supportive experience. David the manager is awesome! He is very professional, respectful, caring, and compassionate. David and his associates took their time to repair my vehicle in such professional manner. I was very happy with the service provided by the team. They always kept me in the now with lots of communication. When I went to pick up my car it was so beautiful. They did such an awesome job I didn't even recognize my car. My car look great as if it was brand new; like it was never been in an accident. I felt very greatful to have David and his team work on my car. Thank you David for everything you have done. I really appreciate your patience and help with everything .

I've brought my truck for repairs in the past to Caliber and the service was great. This time, the service advisor Saidi or Saudi lacked communication and awareness of general automobile parts and functions. She gave me several incorrect reasons to why my car engine light suddenly popped back on after paying over $3500 for it to be fixed since it did not come on until after the accident. She then didn't communicate with the insurance company that the car had to be returned for repairs and dodged my calls as well as the insurance companies calls, which led in them trying to charge me for the rental. I had to show up to the shop to get answers in which over the phone other advisors agreed that the damages and engine light could have possibly happened during the accident. When I showed up to the shop, she came out and saw me and immediately went to the back and never came back out. Their service in the past was pretty good, however her service was not acceptable at all. Once I was in the shop and face to face, everyone started to speak in Spanish not knowing that I'm actually an African American woman who also speaks Spanish. Upon their surprise when I told them, I got a bunch of red faces in embarrassment. Ultimately my car was left with two headrests that were cloth when it was brought there with full leather, and engine light issue that started after being hit in an accident, over $3500 paid and the same issue still pending. The new service advisor's response was "well I fixed your airbags in which the car is now safe to drive." My response, " it's still not so safe if the engine light is on and was the main reason for me bringing it in being that the car began to smell of carbon when the engine light came on." I called Caliber the minute I got home from picking up my truck the first time and in my soanish the new advisor tiold the insurance rep that he didnt know of me bringing my car back although they were contacted the same day of the repairs and advised that the keys for my truck were left in the door where you put gas and they had to retrieve them when I called the next morning, to advise them of where the keys were since the car was left that night and there were no envelopes to leave the keys in the dropbox. My car is now at the jeep dealership to get the right repairs. The jeep dealership has already scanned my truck in which they found two errors coming from the rear in which the engine light could possibly be triggered by. They will be doing extensive diagnostic tomorrow. This has been the most frustrating experience ever! This will be my last experience with Caliber Collision.

These guys were great to deal with. David was fun, helpful. My car rental had a hole in the console, when I couldn t find my keys. Sairy & David helped me through my panic & got my keys . I will admit my previous review of the level of work performed by Caliber Collision at 16960 S Dixie Hwy wasn't favorable under previous management. I felt I was misled on the scope of work performed. Since then I expressed my concerns to the new manager, David Hernandez. He promised and delivered in fixing the defiencies on my vehicle. He's made a noticeable and positive change to the work ethic, integrity and quality of work of Caliber Collision. I'll recommend this place of business to anyone requiring automobile paint and body work.

Took my car there after an accident because my insurance said they were very good. That has not been my experience. I have had to go back multiple times to get there bad workmanship fixed again. If I can give a zero stars I would. They offer lifetime guarantee yes you will need it because of their bad workmanship. Plus they left my interior dirty with greasy fingerprints everywhere. I took it back to get cleaned and they tried but still dirty and stained.

Very bad work I was there on December. I took my Lexus to fix it in there and paint it and the painting was really bad so don t take your cars in there.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for a painless experience. Not only did they leave my car looking brand new, the customer service and attention to detail is one of the best I ve seen at a shop. Dealing with an accident already sucks as is, but Caliber did their part to make it better for their customer.

I work down the street from them, like 100 yards away, and went in for an Estimate for bodywork. Was told they only do 2 Estimates per day and only Monday through Friday and there were no openings that day. My wife uses the car Monday through Friday for work but was off so thought I would be able to get estimate. Caliber Collision has a good name and I hoped to use their services. What a shame.
