Front Desk personnel very polite , respectful and customer oriented. Angel Posas excellent advisor, he kept me posted and updated all the time about my car progress. I really recomend Caliber Collision Body shop if you need a serious business.

This is the second time we use Caliber Collision for body work. First time, it was my car and now my husband s car. Both times we have been completely satisfied. Jorge helped us the first time and Angel assisted us the second time. They are very attentive and always available to answer our questions and concerns. They keep you posted throughout the whole process as to all the repairs that are being done to your vehicle. Everyone is courteous and customer service is important to them. Caliber Collision is our place to go. Like their logo says, they restore the rhythm of your life.

Jorge at caliber collision was always updating me on the status of the repair, from parts arriving to when the truck went through the different stages of the repair. Great job Jorge! Would recommend highly!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Angel, Dubby and the Caliber collision team, although there were a few headaches along the way (none of which were really their faults) they made my repair experience great and the car came out perfect and I am very picky about little things when they aren't right. No one likes to be in an accident but after I mine I was surely certain I would sell the car thinking it would never be the same, and they truly left the vehicle looking amazing. Angel was super commutative and never left me unread no matter the time or day. He was super professional and caring about my experience, his manager Dubby was also very caring and supportive of my time. I went to the shop multiple times and was always treated well, ( was even offered pizza, cake during a team members bday). I hope to never have an accident again but if I do I'm going right back to them. Thank you Angel Dubby and your team, it's great to meet/deal with amazing people especially in the miami area where it's lots of scams and bad service. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at Caliber Collision when I took my vehicle there through State Farm insurance. This is the best place to get your vehicles imperfections fixed, if you have been involved in a crash make sure the insurance is notified of the damaged parts the vehicle has.Jorge Villanueva was of great help and a very correct representative, he fixed the vehicle to perfection, as it initially was before the crash. Brought my car here through an insurance claim after an accident. Repair came out to about $12,000, billed to my insurance company. At first, all was fine, received regular updates throughout the week regarding my repair. I get my car back, everything was acceptable upon first glance. After a few days, the car battery begins having issues, and soon thereafter more problems come up. The remote push to start (key fob) still did not function. The car itself had died on me and would not start unless jumped. Luckily I keep jumper cables and a spare car jumping battery kit for this, so I was able to jump my car by myself each time it died. Due to work constraints and shop hours, I was not able to take it in for about a week, until eventually the car finally died permanently and would not turn back on after jumping. Towed back to shop. Was told they d take a look at it and should be done SAME DAY. Called later on close to closing to find out there is apparently more wrong with my car that they did not see before. And that it ll be a couple days. It has now been a full WEEK since I dropped my car off and it was quoted to be done same day, with 0 communication. I have not been called once nor have I been updated on the date to pickup my car. The lead mechanic / manager / person attending my car also happened to leave for vacation a handful of days and left no notes regarding my car, and didnt inform anyone of the status so everyone at the shop seems to be lost on the case and can t give me an answer. Called a couple times for updates and receptionist only says they ll forward it to an unnamed manager and they ll call me back, on more than one occasion, which of course they have yet to do. Have to pay for a car rental out of pocket until the work is completed and I can show the insurance paperwork. Will update review later on based on how this procedure is handled.Service: Body & Trim

I came in after my car was rear ended and they quickly handled all the repairs. Both Daniel and Barbara made the whole process seamless. I arrived and Barbara quickly coordinated my car rental. Daniel updated me the entire time and facilitated my car rental return. I m definitely very happy!

The worst body shop experience ever and this is coming from a person who spent 25 years as an Auto Damage Appraiser for Allstate Insurance company. The paint, body work and customer service was horrible. They even put the wrong running board on my Tahoe. Jason the service writer never updated me on my vehicles status. When I called, I was told 3 different times that my vehicle was going in to paint that day or the next. When I did pick up my vehicle after 3 weeks of them having it (should have taken 1 week as they said) there was dirt in every panel they painted. The repair work done on the door looked like a first grader did it. There was over spray on every panel of my Tahoe. I brought it back and still no calls to update me when it would be ready. I finally stopped in for an update and found out that the manager who was handling the re-do was no longer working there. So after another 2 weeks of having my vehicle it is still not right but refuse to take it back. Oh, when i got home i realized that 2 items were missing from my vehicle so i called to let them know. I was told by Alysa that someone would call me back (yeah, right!) it has been over a week and still no call back. I would think twice about bringing my vehicle here. The workmanship and customer service was horrible!! plus they will have your vehicle for at least a month even on a small repair like mine.

Very bad experience.They finish the job after changing 8 times the completion timeI just came back because after they fix the AC , no this one is making a sound and the saying that is nothing to do with , and probably I did not notice it before.Ask for a pictures about the job about a month ago and I m still waiting.The call me on 8/31 saying that the car is ready and I NEED IT to pick up same day ( why because was the end of the month and they need to get pay )The customer service is really a joke
